Detailed Description
It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
The main solution of the embodiment of the invention is as follows: the method comprises the steps of obtaining the orientation of an air inlet and/or an air outlet of the projector, obtaining the working time of the orientation of the air inlet and/or the air outlet of the projector in the preset direction, and if the working time of the orientation of the air inlet and/or the air outlet of the projector in the preset direction reaches the preset time, sending a dust removal prompt. Based on this application scheme, pile up from the dust screen and lead to blockking up the blow vent after using for a long time, can make projecting apparatus heat dispersion greatly reduced's angle set out, the user who reminds through this application method has saved resource and cost at last to better watching experience has been had.
Currently, LCD projectors and DLP projectors are the mainstream in projector products. For the LCD projector, dust is accumulated on the lens, which affects light transmission and causes obvious defects such as spots in a projection picture, and when the dust is accumulated on the surface of the lens, the light path is changed, so that the projector is not focused on one point, and imaging is blurred; in addition, since part of the optical path of the LCD projector is semi-closed, dust easily enters the core optical path, and if dust accumulates on the LCD panel, a noticeable black spot appears on the screen. For a DLP projector, a color wheel is arranged in a DLP projector body, the DLP projector is a device for projecting color separation through rotation, the rotating speed of the color wheel is quite high, about 7200 revolutions per minute, when dust is not well protected, dust accumulation can be gradually attached to a rotating wheel, the rotating imbalance of the rotating wheel is caused, and the imaging color is out of alignment. Therefore, dust prevention and removal are important for the projector.
The embodiment of the application considers that there is not good custom and the problem of reasonable foundation to user's maintenance projecting apparatus, if used the dust screen to solve, along with time one long, dust impurity piles up on the dust screen, and is unfavorable to the projecting apparatus: the accumulated dust blocks the air inlet and/or the air outlet, so that insufficient heat dissipation is caused, and the service life of components inside the projector is shortened due to high temperature. Because the dust screen utilizes aerodynamics, the material is processed into the structure of intensive combination to reach the effect that blocks the dust, this leads to the through-hole of dust screen little, if remove dust untimely, through-hole rate greatly reduced, radiating effect greatly reduced thereupon.
Therefore, according to the scheme of the embodiment of the application, the user is reasonably reminded to use the projector and then timely and manually remove dust according to the preset dust removal time obtained by detecting the reliability of the projector, and the problem of reminding the user of reasonably removing dust is solved. Based on this application scheme, pile up from the dust screen long-time back dust of using and lead to blockking up the blow vent, can make the angle that projecting apparatus heat dispersion greatly reduced set out, the user who reminds through this application method at last in time removes dust and handles, and the projecting apparatus has improved heat dispersion and life after reasonable dust removal processing.
Based on the above terminal device architecture but not limited to the above architecture, embodiments of the method of the present application are provided.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic flowchart of an exemplary embodiment of a dust removal reminding method applied to a projector according to the present application. The dust removal reminding method comprises the following steps:
step S1001, acquiring the orientation of an air inlet and/or an air outlet of the projector;
first, referring to fig. 3, an air inlet 1 and an air outlet 2 are provided on a housing of the projector. A fan is arranged in a shell of the projector, negative pressure is generated by rotation of the fan, external cold air enters the projector through the air inlet area 1 to form heat dissipation airflow, the heat dissipation airflow flows through components in the projector, heat generated during operation of the components is taken away, and finally the heat is discharged through the air outlet area 2. It will be appreciated that both the inlet region 1 and the outlet region 2 are provided with dust screens to prevent dust from entering the interior of the housing of the shadowgraph.
In this embodiment, step S1001 obtains the orientation of the air inlet and/or the air outlet of the projector;
in one embodiment, the projector has a device for determining a direction inside, where the device for determining a direction may be a gyroscope, a gravity sensor, or a gravity sensor. The projector can obtain the current placement state of the projector through the direction determining device, and then obtains the orientation information of the air inlet and/or the air outlet according to the placement state of the projector and the positions of the air inlet and/or the air outlet on the projector shell.
Specifically, the gravity direction of the projector may be obtained through a gyroscope in the projector, the gravity direction is used as a reference direction, the placement state of the projector is determined according to the reference direction, and the orientation of the air inlet and/or the air outlet is obtained according to the placement state of the projector and the position of the air inlet and/or the air outlet on the projector housing. Because the direction of the rotation axis of the gyroscope does not change when the gyroscope is not influenced by external force, the orientation of the air inlet and/or the air outlet of the projector can be effectively obtained by taking the gravity direction of the rotation axis of the gyroscope as a reference and knowing the position of the air inlet and/or the air outlet on the projector shell. In addition, the gyroscope in the scheme of the application can take the gravity direction as a reference, and can also take any direction as a reference, and finally obtain the orientation of the air inlet and/or the air outlet according to the steps.
In example 1, when a power-on instruction is received, a gyroscope in a projector starts to operate, a current gravity direction is obtained and is a-Y direction, and a current placement state of the projector is obtained by comparing the current gravity direction with a preset gravity direction, where the preset gravity direction is a gravity direction of the gyroscope when the projector is normally placed. Referring to fig. 3, the preset gravity direction of the projector is-Y, and if the current gravity direction obtained by the gyroscope is + Y, the projector is placed upside down by comparison. Then, according to the known position of the air inlet and/or the air outlet on the projector shell, the air inlet direction is the-Z direction, and the air outlet direction is the + Z direction.
Step S1002, acquiring the working time of the air inlet and/or the air outlet of the projector facing a preset direction;
specifically, after the orientation of the air inlet and/or the air outlet of the projector is obtained, the working duration of the air inlet and/or the air outlet in the preset direction is recorded and updated in real time in a document or notebook manner through the memory, and the working duration of the air inlet and/or the air outlet in the preset direction can be obtained by calling the document or notebook corresponding to the working duration of the air inlet and/or the air outlet in the preset direction recorded by the memory.
Step S1003, if the working time of the air inlet and/or the air outlet facing to the preset direction reaches the preset time, sending a dust removal prompt;
firstly, the preset time can be set according to the actual condition of the projector product, for example, after the product is found to be normally used for 1000 hours when reliability test is carried out, dust deposition in the system can influence the performance parameters of the product, and the performance can be ensured only by carrying out dust removal treatment, then the preset time is set to 1000 hours.
Specifically, the working duration of the air inlet and/or the air outlet in the preset direction is obtained according to the document or the table information, the working duration of the air inlet and/or the air outlet in the preset direction is compared with the preset duration written in advance, and if the comparison result shows that the working duration of the air inlet and/or the air outlet in the preset direction reaches the preset duration written in advance, a dust removal prompt is sent.
Example 1, the processor in the projector obtains a working duration of the air inlet and/or the air outlet in a preset direction by retrieving the document or the table information in the memory, and then compares the working duration with the preset duration, if the comparison result indicates that the working duration does not reach the preset duration, the operation returns to step S1002, and if the comparison result indicates that the working duration reaches the preset duration, the dust removal reminder is sent, where the dust removal reminder includes at least one of a projection picture projected by the optical engine displaying a corresponding dust removal reminder picture, and a corresponding dust removal reminder sound sent by the speaker and a corresponding dust removal reminder light sent by the indicator light.
According to the scheme, the working time of the air inlet and/or the air outlet in the preset direction is obtained by specifically obtaining the orientation of the air inlet and/or the air outlet, and if the working time of the air inlet and/or the air outlet in the preset direction reaches the preset time, a dust removal prompt is sent. Based on this application scheme, remind the user in time to remove dust and handle, guaranteed the normal work of the cooling system of above-mentioned projecting apparatus, improved heat dispersion, prolonged life.
Further, referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a schematic flowchart of another exemplary embodiment of the dust removal reminding method applied to the projector according to the present application.
In step S1001, the step of obtaining the orientation of the air inlet and/or the air outlet of the projector includes:
step A01, acquiring the gravity direction of the projector detected by a gyroscope in the projector;
specifically, after a gyroscope in the projector receives an instruction for detecting the gravity direction, the current gravity direction is obtained according to the self functional characteristics.
Step A02, determining the placement state of the projector according to the gravity direction of the projector;
firstly, the projector is provided with a preset gravity direction, and the preset gravity direction is the gravity direction of the gyroscope when the projector is normally placed.
Specifically, after the gyroscope in the projector obtains the current gravity direction through step a01, the current gravity direction is compared with the preset gravity direction through the processor in the projector, and the placement state of the projector is obtained.
Example 1, referring to fig. 3, the preset gravity direction of the projector is-Y, and if the current gravity direction obtained by the gyroscope is + Y, the placement state of the projector is a upside-down placement state by comparing the preset gravity direction with the current gravity direction.
Step A03, determining the orientation of the air inlet and/or the air outlet of the projector according to the placement state of the projector and the position of the air inlet and/or the air outlet on the shell of the projector.
Firstly, the user inputs the position information of the air inlet and/or the air outlet of the projector on the shell into the projector in advance, and the positions of the air inlet and/or the air outlet of different types of projectors on the shell are different.
Specifically, after the placement state of the projector is obtained in step a02, the orientation of the air inlet and/or the air outlet of the projector may be determined according to the placement state and the position information of the preset air inlet and/or air outlet on the housing.
According to the scheme, the gravity direction of the projector detected by the gyroscope in the projector is obtained, the placement state of the projector is determined according to the gravity direction of the projector, the orientation of the air inlet and/or the air outlet of the projector is determined according to the placement state of the projector and the position of the air inlet and/or the air outlet on the shell of the projector, and effective reference information is provided for the subsequent step of calculating the working time.
Further, referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a schematic flowchart of another exemplary embodiment of the dust removal reminding method applied to the projector according to the present application.
In step S1002, the step of obtaining the working time of the air inlet and/or the air outlet of the projector facing the preset direction specifically includes:
and B01, respectively acquiring the working time lengths of the air inlet and/or the air outlet of the projector facing to different directions.
First, in a dust removal reminding period, the placement state may change according to the user's requirement, and thus there may be one or more preset directions, for example, when the user projects a picture on a curtain, a wall, a ceiling or a desktop, the placement state of the projector changes accordingly, and the preset direction of the air inlet and/or the air outlet changes accordingly.
Specifically, through the steps of S1001 and S1002, the working time of the projector when the current air inlet and/or air outlet face the first preset direction is obtained, recorded as the first working time, and stored in the processor in the projector. And when the preset direction is changed, repeating the steps of S1001 and S1002, and obtaining the working time of the changed air inlet and/or air outlet of the projector facing to a second preset direction, and recording the working time as a second working time. The working time can have a third working time and working times when more air inlets and/or air outlets face different preset directions according to the use requirements of users.
According to the scheme, the working time of the air inlet and/or the air outlet of the projector in different directions is obtained, the effect of refining the working time is achieved, compared with the fixed working time, the working time obtained by the method is suitable for more application scenes, the working time is more reasonable, and the user experience is improved.
Further, referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is a schematic flowchart of another exemplary embodiment of the dust removal reminding method applied to the projector according to the present application.
In step B01, after the step of respectively obtaining the working durations of the air inlet and/or the air outlet of the projector facing to different directions, the method further includes:
step C01, respectively carrying out weighted summation calculation on the working time lengths of the air inlet and/or the air outlet of the projector facing to different directions by corresponding preset weight coefficients to obtain weighted time;
firstly, setting corresponding different weight coefficients aiming at preset directions of the air inlet and/or the air outlet in different directions, wherein the preset weight coefficients are preset. When the air inlet or the air outlet faces different preset directions, the dust deposition speed is different, for example, the dust deposition speed is higher when the air inlet or the air outlet faces upwards, and the dust deposition speed is lower when the air inlet or the air outlet faces downwards. Correspondingly, when the air inlet and/or the air outlet faces the direction of the preset direction upwards, dust is accumulated fast, the weight coefficient is larger than 1, and when the air inlet and/or the air outlet faces the direction of the preset direction downwards, dust is accumulated slowly, and the weight coefficient is smaller than 1. The weights are reasonably set in the directions of different air inlets and/or air outlets towards the preset direction, so that more reasonable working time is obtained.
Specifically, the final working time length may be obtained by multiplying the working time lengths of different air inlets and/or air outlets facing the preset direction by the corresponding weight coefficients, and then performing summation.
Example 1, the weight coefficient when the air intake of projector was downwards towards the preset orientation is 0.1, the weight coefficient when the air intake of projector upwards towards the preset orientation is 2, the air intake of this projector upwards worked 3 hours towards the preset orientation, the air intake of projector upwards worked 0.5 hours towards the preset orientation, the calculation mode of the duration of weighted work this moment is: (3X 0.1) + (0.5X 2).
And step C02, taking the weighted time as the final working time of the air inlet and/or the air outlet of the projector towards a preset direction.
Specifically, the weighted time is obtained in step C01, and the weighted time is stored in the memory of the projector as the final working time of the air inlet and/or the air outlet of the projector.
