The user can select whether to modify the contents of the EXCEL form, after the modification of the part assembly information list is completed, the CADVBA program opens all drawings under the list catalog to be filled specified by the user, automatically matches the corresponding drawings according to the content of the list and fills the contents such as the original naming, the quantity and the like of the parts in the initial detailed list in the specified area of the drawing picture frame detailed list, and before the character filling, the user can set character filling character numbers in different areas so as to adapt to the size of the detailed list form. As shown in fig. 6, the detailed steps of the implementation method are as follows:

the method mainly comprises two parts, namely estimating the price of the part and replacing the original name of the part drawing paper. The price estimation of the parts is carried out by obtaining a list consisting of character strings of original files of a guide picture under a specified directory, and estimating the price according to a price calculation rule customized by a user, wherein the price calculation rule generally comprises the size of the parts, the material unit price of the parts, the density of the parts, the processing cost of the parts and the like, the user can define the rule by himself, and after the estimated price of the parts is calculated, formal name application is carried out according to the price and the type of the parts. The original name of the part drawing needs to be replaced because firstly, designers name the parts in a simple mode in order to distinguish different parts and carry out drawing naming most efficiently, secondly, the names of formal parts are usually formed by letters, numbers or pure numbers when applying for the parts, the naming lengths are long, the types of the parts cannot be seen from the naming of the parts, finally, the sizes of the parts in the modeling stage are unknown before naming, the price cannot be calculated, and the estimated prices of the parts need to be calculated in advance when applying for the names of the formal parts, so that the names of the formal applications cannot be used for naming during modeling, and the original names need to be replaced by the names formally in the drawing processing process. As shown in fig. 8, the method comprises the following steps:

Through the information check, the error input of the user can be effectively avoided. the method is used for splitting a plurality of parts drawing papers stored in a general drawing under a file directory of a windows system specified by a user into single drawing forms corresponding to drawing names of the parts drawing papers. As shown in fig. 11, the detailed steps of the implementation method are as follows:

the method comprises the steps of checking the drawing content information under a file directory of a windows system appointed by a user, wherein the checking content comprises whether a drawing name is duplicated or lost, whether the content of a drawing detail column is lost, whether a list extraction identifier is duplicated or lost, whether a drawing picture frame area is overlapped, whether original name identification information which is not replaced exists in the drawing, and carrying out content checking that the name of a single-drawing file is consistent with the name of the corresponding drawing, checking that the actual annotation proportion of the drawing is consistent with the proportion of the drawing and the like on the single-drawing content.
