In order to ensure easier unlocking, the length of the unlocking part of the annular clip 4 is longitudinally prolonged, so that the sufficient deformation elasticity is ensured, the unlocking is convenient, a part of the space of the female joint is occupied, and as shown in fig. 1, two symmetrical steps are arranged at the female joint. Although unlocking is easy, in order to ensure the reliability of connection, the ring-shaped clamp is not easy to unlock after connection, and after the outside diameter of the step part of the female joint occupied by the ring-shaped clamp is logically calculated, the outside diameter is in the thread bottom diameter of the female joint, so that the normal installation of the female joint is ensured, and the ring-shaped clamp is not easy to unlock after installation. The disassembly hole of the annular clamp adopts a blind hole type, and can also adopt a semicircular type, and the purpose of the semicircular type is to solve the problem of the notch caused by insufficient strength when the small-size lock is unlocked.
In order to ensure easier unlocking, the length of the unlocking part of the annular clip 4 is prolonged as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the whole unlocking part of the structural member 43, including the unlocking groove 44, the boss and the disassembling hole, is prolonged longitudinally, thus ensuring the elasticity of sufficient deformation, facilitating unlocking, occupying a part of the space of the female joint, as shown in fig. 4, and having two symmetrical steps at the female joint.
The above solution solves the problem of easy unlocking, but also needs to consider the problem of ensuring connection reliability, and needs to be difficult to disconnect after connection, and needs to be a solution. Therefore, after the outer diameter of the step part of the female connector occupied by the annular clip 4 is logically calculated, the size is the thread bottom diameter of the female connector, so that the normal installation of the female connector is ensured, the difficult easy unlocking of the annular clip after the installation is also ensured, the blind hole type unlocking hole of the annular clip is adopted, the semicircular type unlocking hole can also be adopted, and the semicircular type unlocking hole aims at solving the problem of the notch caused by insufficient strength in small-specification unlocking.
Therefore, as shown in fig. 6, the symmetrical two sides of the external thread 23 of the quick-connect female connector 2 are cut to form the inclined tangential plane 24, so that the space occupied by the original screw shaft 22 and the external thread 23 is reduced to accommodate the annular ring-shaped clip 4, thereby increasing the elastic deformability of the annular ring-shaped clip 4 when unlocked by the unlocking tool, and increasing the elasticity of the annular ring-shaped clip 4. Accordingly, the upward extending portion of the structural member 43 of the annular ring-shaped clip 4 is fitted into the inclined cut surface 24, so that the annular ring-shaped clip 4 is tightly connected to the quick connector 2 by the space cut from both sides of the space female connector of the quick connector 2 described above.
It should be noted that in order to ensure the reliability of connection, the female connector is not easy to be disconnected after connection, and the proper numerical value is obtained through reasonable measurement and calculation according to the outer diameter size of the step part of the female connector occupied by the annular clip, the thread bottom diameter of the female connector and the elastic deformation coefficient of the annular clip, so that the female connector is ensured to be normally installed, and the annular clip is not easy to be easily unlocked after installation.
The universal quick connector for fluid capable of being quickly unlocked is applied to connection in the process of conveying the fluid such as gas, liquid and the like.
The connection of the annular clip 4 and the quick-connect female connector 2 can be an interference fit in a lower-cost back-off. Namely, the fastening connection is achieved by the interference value after the engagement of the female member (the annular clip 4) and the female member (the screw shaft 22 of the quick-connect female connector 2). After assembly, the diameter of the screw shaft 22 is compressed, the diameter of the annular clip 4 is enlarged, and due to the elastic deformation of the material, a pressure is generated on the mating surfaces of the female member and the female member, and a friction force is generated by means of the pressure to transmit torque and axial force. However, this approach has a certain rejection rate and requires connection strength detection.
But in order to improve the reliability of connection and reduce the rejection rate, the preparation is preferably carried out by adopting a mosaic injection molding mode. Because the material of the injection molding part is thermoplastic material, the injection molding part and the female connector are in compact connection at a certain temperature and under the upper film, and the detection of 100% of connection strength can be solved by the mode, so that the rejection rate is greatly reduced. Therefore, in the present invention, grooves and projections are provided on the surfaces of the quick-connect female connector 2 and the ring-shaped clip 4, respectively, so as to improve the connection firmness of the quick-connect female connector 2 and the ring-shaped clip 4, knurling or convex-concave steps.
In addition, the boss of the ring clip 4 is thickened, and as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the structural member 43 with the penetration groove 45 and penetration hole 46 is used as a main connecting member with the quick connector 2, and the thickness is obviously increased compared with the inner ring 42, so that the connecting strength of the two connecting parts is improved. The specific thickness value is chosen according to the properties of the ring-shaped clip 4 and the material and the diameter of the quick-connect coupling 2.
In an initial state, the quick-plugging female connector 2, the female connector sealing ring 3 and the annular clip 4 are combined to form a quick-plugging female connector assembly, the annular clip 4 on the quick-plugging female connector 2 is gradually opened by the penetrating end of the quick-plugging male connector 1, the annular clip 4 is gradually opened by the wedge-shaped male connector end during insertion, the annular clip 4 is in a rebound original state after passing through the groove of the quick-plugging male connector 1, and the annular clip 4 is just connected with the groove of the male connector, so that the assembly of the female connector and the male connector is completed.
That is, when in use, the male quick connector 1 is directly inserted into the inner cavity of the female quick connector 2, and the groove of the male quick connector 1 is clamped by the annular clamp 4 on the female quick connector 2, so that the assembly of the female connector and the male connector is completed.
The use scene is that after the pipe connecting end of the quick male connector 1 is assembled with a nylon pipe, the penetrating end of the quick male connector 1 is directly inserted into the quick female connector 2, a sealing ring arranged on the quick male connector 1 is matched with an inner hole of the quick female connector 2, and the inner sealing ring is compressed to form a seal; with the continuous insertion of the quick connector 1, the downward extension part of the structural member 43 of the annular clip 4 is inserted until the downward extension part is pushed outwards, and meanwhile, the connection annular clip 4 is spread by the inclined surface of the annular clip 4 and the wedge-shaped end of the quick connector 1 under the action of the assembly force, the quick connector 1 is assembled forwards continuously, after the quick connector is assembled in place, the connection annular clip 4 rebounds, and the inverted teeth of the connection annular clip are just clamped in the grooves of the quick connector 2 to form connection.

The universal quick connector for fluid capable of being quickly unlocked comprises a quick female connector assembly and a quick male connector assembly, wherein the quick male connector assembly comprises a penetration end (5) of the quick male connector (1), and the quick female connector assembly comprises a quick female connector (2) and an annular clip (4); the annular clip (4) is arranged on the side surface of the quick male connector (2) and is partially clamped with the penetrating end (5) of the quick female connector (1); the outer surface of the penetrating end (5) of the quick male connector (1) is attached to the inner surface of the quick male connector (2); the quick-connect female connector (2) comprises a connector hexagonal (21), a screw shaft (22) and external threads (23); a screw shaft (22) is arranged on the outer side surface of the joint hexagonal (21), and an external thread (23) is arranged on the outer surface of the screw shaft (22); the annular clip (4) comprises a clamping ring (41), an inner connecting ring (42) and a structural member (43) with an unlocking groove (44); the method is characterized in that:
an inner ring (42) is arranged on the inner surface of the clamping ring (41), and the inner ring (42) is clamped with the tail part of the screw shaft (22) of the quick-plug female connector (2);
the structural part (43) is symmetrically arranged on the clamping ring (41); the structural member (43) is integrally and longitudinally extended upwards and downwards respectively; an unlocking groove (44) is formed in the longitudinal upward extension part of the structural part (43); a boss is formed on the longitudinal downward extension part of the structural part (43) and provided with a disassembly hole, the boss is embedded into a groove of a butt joint base body of the quick male connector, and the disassembly hole is formed at the bottom of the boss;
the unlocking grooves (44) are longitudinally arranged on the longitudinal upward extension part of the structural part (43) in pairs;
the unlocking groove (44) is completely penetrating, divides the longitudinal upward extension of the structural member (43) into three parts, and only keeps the upper parts connected.

the disassembly holes on the boss of the structural part (43) are semicircular disassembly holes (45) or blind hole type disassembly holes (46).

the structural part (43) forms a clamping part at the part which extends upwards and is contacted with the quick-connect female connector (2), and the clamping part is embedded into the external thread (23) of the quick-connect female connector (2).
4. A universal quick connector for fluids capable of being quickly unlocked according to claim 3, wherein:
and a tangential surface (24) is formed at the corresponding position of the external thread (23) of the quick-connect female connector (2) and the clamping component of the structural component (43), so that the clamping component is embedded into the external thread (23) of the quick-connect female connector (2).
