The invention relates to an easy-to-drag throttleer, which has the specific working principle that:
when the throttler is installed underground, the throttler is installed on a feeder, a central rod on a special feeder is inserted into a hole of a locking split 26 from a hole above a fishing connecting rod 2, the locking split 26 is expanded, an annular bulge at the lower part of the locking split 26 is fixed in an annular groove in a hole of a piston 22, an upper bevel and a lower bevel of the annular bulge at the lower part of the locking split 26 are matched with an upper bevel and a lower bevel of the annular groove in the hole of the piston 22, an inner boss at the lower end of a distinguishing claw head on the feeder is clamped into the annular groove at the outer part of the upper end of a connecting ring 4, then a sleeve on the feeder is sleeved on the outer circular surface at the lower end of the distinguishing claw head, and a spring in the sleeve of the feeder controls the disengaging speed. After the slip 9 is installed, the slip is in a contraction state, so that the slip is kept within the maximum outer diameter of the throttler, and a larger distance is reserved between the slip 9 and the inner wall of the oil pipe all the time, so that the slip 9 and the inner wall of the oil pipe are prevented from being rubbed or clamped on the oil pipe in the process of going down the well. At this time, a closed space is formed below the piston 22, and the pressure therein is 1 atmosphere. The steel wires of the well testing vehicle are connected with the feeders, the feeders are slowly and smoothly put into a gas well, the lowering speed is accelerated when the underground preset position is reached, the emergency brake is realized when the lowering speed is reached, the sleeve of the feeder moves upwards, the claw head is separated from the connecting ring 4 of the throttler, and the central rod of the feeder is also pulled out from the locking split 26. The air bag is compressed under the action of the pressure in the well, the piston 22 drives the inner connecting pipe 16, the sealing ring 13, the fishing connecting rod 2, the seat seal locking block 14, the supporting pipe 12, the outer cylinder 15 and the upper part of the restrictor to move downwards together, the piston outer cylinder 27, the boosting ring 23, the upper pushing ring 20, the lower pushing ring 21, the piston inner pipe 28, the air nozzle 29, the air nozzle baffle ring 30 and the sand control cover 31 move upwards together, the lower rubber cylinder 18' is compressed and expanded, the boosting ring 23 pushes the lower inner pipe 19', the lower pressing ring 17' and the upper pushing ring 20 to move upwards, the upper rubber cylinder 18 is also compressed and expanded, the two rubber cylinders are tightly attached to the inner wall of the oil pipe to seal the oil pipe after being compressed and expanded, the top ring 25 pushes the opening locking ring 24 to move upwards along with the opening locking ring 24, when the opening locking ring 24 moves upwards, the piston 22 moves downwards, the inner inverted teeth of the opening locking ring 24 meet the outer inverted teeth of the piston 22, the inner inverted teeth of the slips 21 are engaged together, the lower pushing ring 21 cannot move downwards, the rubber cylinders are always kept in a compressed and the state, the sealing of the oil pipe is kept, the sealing block 7 is released, the upper pressure spring 6 is released, the outer teeth of the well bore 9 and the slips seat and the outer teeth of the slip seat 9 are prevented from moving upwards, the slip seat and the slip seat is attached to the outer wall of the natural gas production well, and the slip is prevented from moving upwards, and immediately, and the slip is prevented from moving upwards.
When the throttler needs to be lifted out of a well, only the lower end of a steel wire rope cap of a well testing vehicle is connected with a jar, the lower end of the jar is connected with a special fisher and is lowered into the well, the lowering speed is moderate when the position of the throttler is reached, the fishing head 1 of the throttler is grasped, then a steel wire is lifted upwards, the jar is started to cut off a shear pin 3, the steel wire is continuously lifted to start the jar, the fishing connecting rod 2 is forced to move upwards, after the lower end of the fishing connecting rod 2 is separated from a sealing ring 13, the seat seal locking block 14 loses restraint, the steel wire is continuously lifted to start the jar, the seat seal locking block 14 moves towards the right side and leaves a groove on the inner circular surface of a supporting pipe 12, at the moment, the fisher drives the fishing head 1 and the fishing connecting rod 2 to move upwards, the fishing connecting rod 2 drives a connecting ring 4 and a slip inner pipe 11 to move upwards together, the step of the slip inner pipe 11 is clamped on the lower end surface of the slip seat 8, the upper slip seat 8 moves upwards, and simultaneously the upper slip seat 8 drives an excircle boss of an excircle 9 mounted in the groove at the lower end to move upwards. At this time, the piston outer cylinder 27 drives the lower push ring 21, the lower push ring 21 drives the lower inner tube 19', the lower inner tube 19' drives the lower press ring 17', the lower press ring 17' drives the upper push ring 20, the upper push ring 20 drives the upper inner tube 19, the upper inner tube 19 drives the upper press ring 17, the upper press ring 17 drives the outer cylinder 15, the outer cylinder 15 drives the lower slip seat 10 to move downward together, the lower slip seat 10 pulls downward the lower boss of the slip 9 installed in the groove on the inclined surface of the upper slip seat to force the slip 9 to be recovered, and simultaneously, the seal ring 13, the inner connection tube 16 and the piston 22 also move downward together with the piston outer cylinder 27, the compression distance between the upper rubber cylinder 18 and the lower rubber cylinder 18 'is opened, the upper rubber cylinder 18 and the lower rubber cylinder 18' are released and recovered, the engagement of the slip 9 and the packing of the rubber cylinders are released, and the choke can be lifted out from the well. If the fishing is not in motion, the throttle is knocked downwards, the jar knocker transmits a knocking force to the fishing connecting rod 2, the fishing connecting rod 2 pushes the slip inner pipe 11 and the connected supporting pipe 12, and the supporting pipe 12 pushes the upper pressing ring 17, the outer cylinder 15 and the lower slip seat 10 which are connected together to move downwards, so that the slip 9 can be forced to loosen and then retract inwards. After the slips 9 are forced to loosen after multiple downward shocks, the choke holder can be easily fished out. In the lifting process, the piston 22, the piston outer cylinder 27 and the piston inner tube 28 do not need to be displaced, and even if rust or sand jam occurs between the piston 22 and the piston outer cylinder 27, the lifting is not influenced, and accidents are avoided.
The choke holder is convenient to install and operate in a well, and the device can be installed in the well by controlling the lowering speed of the steel wire going into the well on the ground; the sealing is reliable, the rubber sleeve can be compressed and expanded by utilizing the pressure difference to seal the oil pipe, and the accident that the rubber sleeve is clamped in the shaft can be avoided. The fishing tool is convenient to pull out, and fishing is not influenced even if the piston is corroded or clamped, so that fishing accidents can be avoided. The method is suitable for producing gas in deep wells, high-pressure gas wells or inclined wells.
