Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of adhesives, in particular to a non-ironing jelly-shaped waterproof veneer adhesive and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Veneer overlay decoration is widely used in the industries of artware, floors, wooden doors, furniture, buildings, ships, automobiles and the like. Taking furniture and artware as examples, the general process is as follows: selecting wood veneer → cutting wood veneer → splicing wood veneer → gluing veneer → hot pressing/ironing → sanding and trimming → spraying primer → spraying finish. The veneer adhesive plays an important role in veneer veneering production and quality, and the current commercially available water-based veneer adhesive has the problems of veneer adhesive bleeding, poor water resistance, poor brushing property, poor repairability, foaming after paint spraying and the like.

Preferably, the specification of the polyvinyl alcohol is one or more of BF-05, BF-17, BP-24 and BP-05, and the specification of the modified polyvinyl alcohol is one or more of Z-210, WR-12, WR-14 and RS-2117; the functional monomer is one or more of diacetone acrylamide, oxalyl hydrazine, hydroxymethyl acrylamide, hydroxyethyl acrylate, methyl methacrylate and butyl acrylate.
Preferably, the initiator is one or more of ammonium persulfate, potassium persulfate, hydrogen peroxide, dibenzoyl peroxide and dimethyl azodiisobutyrate, and the pH buffering agent is one or more of disodium hydrogen phosphate, sodium bicarbonate, ammonium bicarbonate and sodium acetate. The internal and external plasticizers are one or more of maleic acid di (2-ethylhexyl) ester, acetic acid dioctyl sebacate, adipic acid dioctyl ester, sebacic acid dibutyl ester, phthalic acid dioctyl ester, adipic acid di-n-butyl ester and phthalic acid dibutyl ester, the preservative is one or more of methyl chloro isothiazolinone, potassium sorbate and kasong, and the defoaming agent is one or more of tributyl phosphate and octanol.
A preparation method of non-ironing jelly-shaped waterproof wood veneer glue comprises the following steps:
the preparation method comprises the steps of weighing vinyl acetate, butyl acrylate, tertiary ethylene carbonate, acrylic acid, a functional monomer and an internal plasticizer, and uniformly mixing to form a monomer mixture for later use;
weighing polyvinyl alcohol, modified polyvinyl alcohol and deionized water, adding the weighed polyvinyl alcohol, modified polyvinyl alcohol and deionized water into a four-neck round-bottom flask, heating and stirring the mixture under the water bath condition until the mixture is completely dissolved to obtain a first mixed solution, cooling the mixture, adding a pH buffering agent, an emulsifying agent and part of an initiator into the mixture to react, and stirring the mixture to obtain a second mixed solution;
thirdly, the monomer mixture and the rest of the initiator are respectively placed into two constant-pressure funnels, slowly and dropwise added into the mixed solution II, and the temperature is raised for reaction, so that a mixed solution III is obtained;
fourthly, heating the mixed solution III to react, cooling to the temperature below 40 ℃, adding an external plasticizer, a defoaming agent, a crosslinking agent and a preservative, and stirring to obtain the non-ironing jelly-shaped waterproof veneer adhesive. Preferably, the stirring temperature under the water bath condition in the step II is 88-92 ℃, and the water bath stirring time is 1-3 h.
Preferably, the temperature reduction in the step II is 75-80 ℃, and the reaction time is 20-60 min.
Preferably, the monomer mixture and the initiator are dripped off in 3-5 h in the step three.
Preferably, the temperature rise in the step three is 80-95 ℃, and the reaction time is 1-3 h. In summary, the invention has the following beneficial technical effects:
1. according to the non-ironing jelly-shaped waterproof veneer glue provided by the invention, small molecules, water molecules, chain-shaped high molecules and the like in the gel-shaped glue are all in a metastable state (in a cross-linked network, but not as stable as a solid), and cannot flow freely under the condition of no large external force, so that the glue is not easy to permeate into the non-adhered surface of the veneer.
2. The invention provides a non-ironing jelly-shaped waterproof veneer adhesive which uses an internal plasticizer and an external plasticizer. The addition of the plasticizer can reduce the Tg point of the glue polymer, accelerate the film forming speed, and improve the plasticity, the brushing property and the smoothness of a dried glue film. The internal plasticizer has narrow application temperature, must be added in the polymerization process, can be used as a monomer and introduced into the molecular structure of the polymer through ways of copolymerization, grafting and the like, has a permanent plasticizing effect, and finally obtains the polymer with good toughness and high strength. The external plasticizer does not participate in the reaction, the effect is obvious after the external plasticizer is added, but the external plasticizer is volatilized continuously along with the time, and the later effect is difficult to ensure. Therefore, the internal plasticizer and the external plasticizer are mixed for use, so that the glue has good brushing property and high film forming speed in the initial use stage, and a certain ageing resistance of a glue film in the later stage can be ensured.
3. The non-ironing jelly-shaped waterproof veneer adhesive prepared by the invention has the advantages of short initial adhesion time, high bonding strength, good brushing property, strong water/oil resistance, non-ironing repairability and the like, and is beneficial to improving the working efficiency, saving electric energy and reducing waste.
