Detailed Description
In the following, with reference to the drawings, the working principle of the related health care device and the related embodiment of how the health care device is operated according to the present invention are disclosed in series. With respect to healthcare devices, further embodiments of which may be found in the "healthcare device" application filed on even date herewith, only a few embodiments sufficient to illustrate the method of operation of the present invention are disclosed, with emphasis being placed on the description of embodiments of the method of operation.
Referring to fig. 1, a first embodiment of an acupuncture point working device 1 according to the present invention comprises a working body 10 and a working member 20, wherein the working body 10 has a central screw hole 12 with internal threads 14 and a thickness D0. The working member 20 has a working rod 22 and an operating portion 28, and the working rod 22 has a working end 24 and a threaded portion 26. The height H0 of the threaded portion 26 (i.e., the length extending downward from a bottom surface of the operating portion 28 of the working body 10) is slightly larger than the thickness D0 of the working body, so as to determine the extent of protrusion of the working end 24 from the working body after being screwed into the internal thread 14. The operating portion 28 is manually operated to determine the non-invasive depth or force with which the working end 24 is pressed against the cavity.
The pressure applied to the acupoints may vary depending on (1) age, (2) constitution and (3) the degree of tenderness of the skin and flesh. Furthermore, as we know, the pressure is derived from (4) the force divided by (5) the area, i.e. the area under force also acts as a determinant of the same amount, except for the magnitude of the force concerned. The pressure values of the points in the table below should be all ranges in general consideration of the above five factors, and the two examples of the force-bearing area show the corresponding force-applying values.
Figure BDA0003002065600000091
* 1kgf=9.8N
Generally, the effective area of the finger pressure acupuncture point is about 0.3cm 2 (the actual force application surface of the finger is 1cm x 0.3 cm), so that the force for pressing the acupoint with light or heavy pressure is about 0.9kgf to 5.4kgf. That is, such force, makes the person applying finger pressure feel tired. But as reduced in area (no matter 0.03 cm) by the working end 24 of FIG. 1 2 Or 0.07cm 2 ) Therefore, the force is only required to be applied in the range of 0.09kgf to 1.26kgf (even if the force application area is increased to 0.2 cm) 2 It is only 0.6kgf to 3.6 kgf) but not obviously much effort is needed, and it is possible to serve the user anytime and anywhere because it is not dependent on the manpower or the physical effort. The working end 24 is preferably shaped as a blunt circle, and has a full circle area of less than 0.02cm 2 It is not suitable for the pain feeling to be less than 0.02cm, and for those with weak tendons and muscles, there is a danger of them falling into 2 (ii) a On the contrary, the whole circle area is larger than 0.8cm 2 Although pain is unlikely to be felt, there is a chance that accurate interaction with the acupuncture points will not be lost. Therefore, the preferred area of the whole circle should be in the range of 0.05cm 2 To 0.6cm 2 In between.
In other words, the present invention replaces the hands of the traditional Chinese medicine practitioner with the working end 24 to perform the acupoint adjustment. What is the therapeutic effect between acupuncture and acupressure? An experienced physician (e.g., professor Pan Longsen/physician) answers: if the acupuncture points can be precisely controlled, the pressing effect can reach eight advantages of acupuncture. Here, we reanalyze as follows: although the pressing effect of the same physician is only eight times of the acupuncture, the time of the acupuncture is limited and the cost is very high. Therefore, if the user owns the acupoint working device 1, the pressing time will not be increased by himself, and the final cumulative effect (instantaneous effect applied time) will be over-marked by !
Referring to fig. 2, the working body 10 further includes two grooves 16, and each groove 16 has a hook portion 18 inclined downward from the left. In order to make the working end 24 a working person, a soft health body 30, i.e. a cloth strip 30, has two ends 32, each end 32 having two hooks 34, each hook 34 having a left inclined lower hook end 36 for engaging the hook portion 18. A plurality of buckling line segments 38 are provided near each end 32 of the cloth strip 30, so that after the cloth strip 30 winds and fixes the acupuncture point working device 1 on a certain acupuncture point of a user, the most appropriate line segment pair 38 capable of buckling and positioning the acupuncture point working device 1 is selected according to the final circle length determined by the weight of the user, and a positioning relationship between the acupuncture point working device 1 and a certain specific acupuncture point of the user is maintained. Therefore, the acupuncture point working device 1 and the cloth strip 30 together form a health care device 2, which can achieve the same effect as various health care devices in the former mother case. Of course, for aesthetic reasons, the cloth strip 30 may be silk or any other pleasing texture or design.
In use, the flexible health care body 30 is used to position the health care device 1 at the body part having a skin surface so that the working end 24 and the acupuncture point are maintained in a specific positional relationship with each other. The first end 32 of the soft health care body 30 can be connected to the working body 10 as described above, or simply placed on the skin surface or the health care device 1, because the soft health care body 30 is made of cloth, after the soft health care body 30 is wound by itself for several turns, the first end 32 is automatically held between itself and the working body 10 (and/or the work piece 20 or the skin surface), so that the end surface of the soft health care body 30 close to the other end 32 is sewed or provided with a plurality of buckling line segment pairs 38 for buckling and positioning the buckle 34. Thus, under the limitation of the specific position relationship, the top end 24T of the working end 24 and the skin surface perform a pressing or health care operation on the acupuncture point with a working depth.
Depending on the body's size and location, the finger or working end 24 is depressed to a depth of about 0.1cm to 3cm, preferably 0.2cm to 2cm for normal body types, but more preferably, or more typically, to a depth of about 0.3cm to 1.5cm for body locations. Therefore, if the height H00 of the working end 24 is defined as 0.2cm, it is obtained that (the height of the threaded portion 26) H0 is slightly larger than (the thickness of the working body 10) D0, meaning that it is not preferable to exceed 1.8cm. Since the acupoints on the chest and back are not far from the zang-fu organs, the difference between the tip 24T (fig. 1) of the working end and the skin surface should not exceed 0.3cm. Of course, H0 is preferably equal to D0 at this time/these places for safety. In detail, although the working depth of the workpiece 20 can be completely defined by the range of the height H00 of the working end 24, in order to make the operating portion 28 fit with the working body 10 to avoid the abrupt feeling of the health care apparatus 1 on the skin surface, the threaded portion 26 is preferably completely locked into the internal thread 14, so that the working depth of the health care apparatus 1 is preferably determined by the threaded portion 26 and/or the working end 24 extending on the lower surface of the working body 10, and the range of the height H00 is at least 0.1cm to 0.3cm to avoid the contact of the threaded portion 26 with the skin and the discomfort of the skin. Of course, in body parts suitable for deeper working depths, where the height H00 is defined to be in the range of 0.3cm to 0.5cm due to the non-invasive nature of the present invention, the total height H0 (+ D0) of the threaded portion 26 is greater than the thickness D0 of the working body 10 by a range of 1.5cm to 1.7cm (the total working depth is equal to the aforementioned preferred range of 0.2-2 cm). Viewed from another perspective, if the working depth is entirely played by the working end 24, the length of the working end 24 can reach 2cm at the preferred working depth. Conversely, if the working depth is mainly defined by the threaded portion 26, considering that the working end 24 preferably has a height of 0.3cm, the height of the threaded portion 26 greater than the thickness of the working body 10 should be less than 1.7cm. However, in consideration of the adjustment requirement of the working depth at different acupuncture points, the thread portion 26 should preferably or more usually range from 0.3cm to 1.5 cm.
Referring to fig. 3, a second embodiment 1400 of the health care device comprises a working body 390 and a working member 380, wherein the working body 390 includes a central screw hole 392 and two wings 394/396 respectively extending from two symmetrical lower sides thereof. The right wing 396 has a plurality of lower posts 402 and a plurality of mating recesses 404, and the left wing 394 has a plurality of lower posts 398 and a plurality of recesses 400. In addition, the working body 390 has two symmetrical transverse through slots 406/408 so that the free ends of the two wings 394/396 can pass therethrough for self-retaining positioning. Thus, the two wings 394/396 are adapted to be formed with a perimeter around the body part to be held in place by the posts/grooves 398/400 (402/404) in interlocking relation. The working body 390 may be transparent to facilitate the user to locate the acupuncture points. Workpiece 380 includes threaded portion 382, working end 384, timer 386, and jewelry 388. As previously mentioned, in use, the tabs 394/396 are pseudo-assembled to the working body 390, as shown in the left tab 394, and the workpiece 380 is pseudo-aligned to a point portion of a body part, and then the alignment is made inconspicuous because the working body 390 is transparent, and the correct point pressing is finally accomplished. Of course, the two wings 394/396 may be integrally formed with the working body 390. To use this tab design in the previous embodiment, rows are envisioned.
Referring to fig. 4, another embodiment 1700 of the present health care apparatus includes a flexible member or strap 1702, a bottom connection member (here, in the form of a bottom fastener) 1704 coupled to the strap 1702, and having a central opening 1705, a lower case 1706 fastened to the bottom fastener 1704 and having internal threads 1708 and external threads 1710, a lower fastener 1712 having an internal thread 1714, an upper fastener 1716, a working member 1718 having an operating end 1790 and an opposite working end 1770, a working level sensor 1720, a positioning member 1722, an upper case 1724 having an upper portion 1727 and a lower portion 1725, an external thread 1726, a bottom surface 1728 and a receiving space 1735, a circuit board 1730 electrically connected to the working level sensor for sensing, a lithium battery 1780 mounted on the circuit board 1730, a USB charging socket 1740 mounted on the circuit board 1730 for charging the lithium battery 1780, an upper cover 1750, and a top cover 1755.
When assembling, the circuit board 1730, the lithium battery 1780 and the USB socket 1740 are positioned or placed in the accommodating space 1735, and then the assembly working member 1718, the working degree sensor 1720 and the positioning member 1722 are sequentially stacked, and the stacked assembly is fastened to the bottom surface 1728 by the fastening member 1716 to form a fastening assembly. The fastening assembly is then placed into the lower casing 1706 with the working end 1770 (having a top end 1772) extending downward. At this time, the lower retaining member 1712 is locked with the lower casing 1706 by the external thread 1710 on the lower casing 1706 and the internal thread 1714 on the lower retaining member 1712 from above the fastening member, so that the diameter of the flange formed by the external thread 1726 on the upper casing (working body) 1724 is smaller than the minimum diameter of the lower retaining member 1712, and the fastening member cannot escape from the restriction of the lower retaining member 1712 in the non-working state.
In use, after aligning the bottom fastener 1704 with an acupoint or central opening 1705 and tightening the strap 1702 over the appropriate body part so that the acupoint is in concentric relation with the bottom fastener 1704, the working end 1770 (with a top end 1772) travels downward as the cover 1750 (with the upper housing 1724) is rotated. The operation of the working end 1770 may be varied, as described in paragraph [0005], such as allowing the working level sensor to sense pressure, temperature or depth. In the embodiment of fig. 4, it is assumed that the working level sensor 1720 is a pressure or temperature sensor, and the circuit board senses the pressure and temperature related parameter values and transmits the original or converted or calculated signal. The original value is, for example, a pressure or a depth. The converted or calculated signal is, for example, the working intensity (e.g., irradiation or stimulation intensity) or working performance (e.g., number of particles released) represented by a certain original value. Preferably, to facilitate the user's alignment of the bottom fastener 1704 or central opening 1705 with a particular location or point, the overall height of the bottom fastener 1704 is preferably controlled to be between 10% and 35% of the overall height of the healthcare device 1700 in its inoperative state.
According to the embodiment, the health care device includes a device body 1706; a working piece having an operation end and an opposite working end, wherein the working end is used for performing a health care operation on a specific part of a body part of a user or an acupuncture point; a working body 1724 connected to the device body and having the operation end installed at a lower portion thereof for allowing the user to maintain a specific working relationship between the working end and the specific portion or the acupoint by operating the operation end (i.e., the working body); and a device positioning member (e.g., a flexible member) connected to the device body for positioning the device body on the body part so that the working end and the specific part or the acupoint are maintained in a specific positional relationship with each other. The specific operation relationship includes, for example, pressing, heat radiation, electrical or optical stimulation, as described in paragraph [0005] of the present specification. The specific positional relationship generally represents the intensity of the health care task, or the degree of approach or contact of the working end or the tip thereof to a specific part or acupuncture point of the body part.
For the convenience of understanding, the working mode of the present invention described in paragraph [0021] can be various ways as described in paragraph [0005], and the example of "moxibustion" is given to illustrate the practical application of the present invention. However, the traditional Chinese moxibustion material, moxa, contains essential oil, flavonoids, tannins, polysaccharides and trace elements (iron, calcium and phosphorus) to obtain special effects, but needs to be performed by a traditional Chinese medicine doctor or a nursing doctor in the hands to avoid scalding, so that the traditional Chinese medicine moxibustion material has inconvenience. In the second inspection, infrared rays have been widely used in related medical treatments or rehabilitation since they were discovered in 1800 West Yuan by using triangular prism to study the spectrum thermal effect. It is divided into near infrared, middle infrared and far infrared according to wavelength, and the wavelength released by the infrared medical instrument is in the range of far infrared. The far infrared ray can generate a warming effect on organisms, promote blood circulation, improve poor microcirculation of blood vessels, promote tissue growth and regeneration and the like, so the far infrared ray not only can promote the growth and development of the organisms, but also can be used as an auxiliary treatment tool, such as wound pain relieving or healing, blood circulation promoting and blood stasis removing, diabetic foot ulcer healing, hypertension treating, mental stress relieving and the like. Recently, there have been academic researches to indicate that far infrared rays having a wavelength of 4 μm to 14 μm are a ray of light, and tourmaline (tourmaline), also called tourmaline gemstone, is a natural ore which can continuously release far infrared rays and negative ions, and it is indicated that the magnetite (magnetite) crystal in the tourmaline structure is a key mineral for emitting far infrared rays, and materials for emitting far infrared rays have been synthesized from natural minerals. Even with this material, the inconvenience in use is not different from that of conventional acupuncture or moxibustion.
For review, 70% of the human body is water, and 80% of the blood is water. In addition, one of the water resonance wavelengths is 6.27um, and although the infrared range is wide (0.78 um to 1000 um), only the life light wave of 4um to 14um covers the resonance wavelength of water, and can induce the water molecule resonance, so that the large group of water molecules are cracked into small molecule water for being absorbed by human body. Then, it is examined that the human body is carbohydrate, and the resonance wavelengths of CH bond, CC bond and CO bond are all in the range of the living light wave, so that the wavelengths of 4um to 14um can penetrate the human body molecule resonance deep into the microvasculature to accelerate the blood flow. By this introduction, it is not obvious that the present invention is not essential, but it is described below how moxibustion or far infrared rays are used in a convenient manner at low cost.
Referring to FIG. 5, a first embodiment 1800 of a work piece in a fourth embodiment of a healthcare device is shown with a work front 1802. The workpiece 1800 is molded by the material capable of emitting far infrared ray synthesized by the natural minerals described in paragraph [ 0022 ], and the far infrared ray care can be easily performed at low cost by inserting the workpiece 1800 in place of the workpiece shown in FIG. 4. Referring back to the embodiment of fig. 4, the depth of the locking of the male portion 1726 is determined by the depth of the female screw 1708, and the distance between the working front 1802 and the corresponding acupuncture point or the skin surface to be maintained is determined accordingly, and the relevant working parameters are adjusted or set according to the distance.
Referring to FIG. 5A, which is a second embodiment 1810 of the working piece in the fourth embodiment of the health device, a plurality of longitudinal grooves 1814 are formed on the working piece body 1812, so as to save the far infrared ray releasing material, and the moxa can be inserted into the longitudinal grooves, so as to achieve the effect of applying both the materials. Referring to FIG. 5B, a third embodiment 1820 of a work-piece in a fourth embodiment of a healthcare device is shown. The workpiece body 1822 of this embodiment is a circular array of four corner posts, each having a notch 1824 at the end, whereby the four notches 1824 hold a far infrared ray-releasing disk 1826, which serves as the working end. The cake 1826 is provided with a plurality of openings 1828, and in addition to placing the moxa thereon, the openings 1828 can also allow the essence of the moxa burning to penetrate into the skin, as expected by conventional moxibustion.
It was found that the maximum temperature at which human skin can tolerate contact without damage is typically 45 degrees celsius, and at 53 degrees celsius, it is likely that one minute will be burned. Burning moxa is one of the popular causes of burning when it touches the skin, which is always the cause of burning. In addition, by means of the circuit board 1730 and the precise control of the working distance between the working front end 1802 and the skin of the body part, the working temperature of the cake 1826 can be increased by keeping the working distance, and the higher the temperature is, the more far infrared rays are released from the cake 1826, so the healing effect is increased. Of course, this embodiment is different from the previous examples in structure, and as shown in fig. 6, it is a fifth embodiment of health care apparatus 1900, and includes a working body 1910 having an external thread 1912, a working member 1920 holding a far infrared ray disc 1930 at its end, a single side or a pair of apparatus positioning members 1940, a circuit board 1960, heating apparatus 1962, a heating controller 1965, an annular connecting member 1980, an internal thread 1982, and a heating degree display panel 1970. Each device positioning member 1940 has a first end 1942 connected to the connecting member 1980 and connected to the working body 1910 by screwing the inner thread 1982 and the outer thread 1912 of the connecting member 1980, and a second end 1944 connected to a limb retaining spring 1950, wherein the contact level of the retaining spring 1950 with the skin of the limb is L1, and the contact level of the bottom end of the working member 1920 is L2. The distance between L1 and L2 is very easily controlled, e.g., 2mm or 1cm, to define the operating mode of the workpiece 1920. As such many embodiments are described, further details should be left out to the contrary.
It should be noted that, in the example of fig. 6, since the workpiece 1920 only needs to be buckled to the working body 1910 (corresponding to the working body or the upper case 1724 of fig. 4), the device shown by the lower case 1706 in fig. 4 can be omitted. From another perspective, the device body can now be considered to be integrally formed with the working body 1910.
The present invention is directed to methods of operating a healthcare device, rather than the healthcare device itself. The above disclosure of the health care device or parts thereof is therefore only illustrative of a few embodiments of the health care device suitable for use with the method of operation of the present invention. In particular, the core features of a health care device suitable for operation with the method of the present invention are as follows: a health care device comprises a workpiece having an operation end and an opposite working end, wherein the working end is used for performing a health care operation on a specific part or an acupuncture point of a body part of a user, and the working end has a top end; a working body, the operating end is arranged at the lower part of the working body, and the user can operate the operating end or the working body to enable the working end or the top end to maintain a specific working relation with the specific part or the acupuncture point; and a device positioning member connected to the working body for allowing the user to position the working body on the body part, so that the working end or the top end and the specific part or the acupuncture point are maintained in a specific position relation.
The health device further comprises a bottom fastener, and the means for the health work is selected from one of the following groups: electrical stimulation, light stimulation, thermal stimulation, non-invasive or non-contact type acupuncture mode, microwave stimulation, magnetic stimulation, acupuncture, moxibustion or any combination thereof, wherein the bottom buckle is a connecting piece for connecting the working body to the device positioning piece; and/or the device positioning member is a flexible member disposed about the body part, or a component secured to the body part.
While the core features of the operation of the health care device of the present invention are known as above, in order to facilitate the understanding of the operation method of the present invention, various embodiments of the operation method will be described in detail with reference to the health care device of fig. 4. Referring to fig. 7, a method 2000 of operating a healthcare apparatus, wherein the healthcare apparatus 1700 includes an apparatus body 1706, a work piece 1718, a work body 1724, a bottom fastener 1704 and an apparatus positioning piece 1702, the work piece 1718 has an operating end 1790 and an opposite operating end 1770, the operating end 1770 has a top end 1772, the work body 1724 is provided with the operating end 1790 at a lower portion 1725 thereof, the bottom fastener 1704 has a central opening 1705, and the method includes a first step 2010: engaging the bottom button 1704 with the device locator 1702, second step 2020: aligning the central opening 1705 (where the device positioning member 1702 is also required to be kept clear) with a specific portion or an acupoint of a body part of a user, a third step 2030: positioning the device locator 1702 on the body part while maintaining the alignment between the central opening 1705 and the specific part or the cavity, a fourth step 2040: bonding the device body 1706 to the bottom fastener 1704, a fifth step 2050: the working member 1718 is mounted on the working body 1724, and the operation end 1790 is combined with a lower portion 1725 of the working body 1724, the sixth step 2060: make the working body 1724 combined on the device body 1706, and the seventh step 2070: the operation end 1790 (combined with the lower portion 1725) is operated to enable the working end 1770 to perform a health care operation on the specific portion or an acupuncture point, so as to allow the user to directly maintain a specific working relationship between the working end 1770 or the top end 1772 and the specific portion or the acupuncture point and maintain a specific position relationship between the working end 1770 or the top end 1772 and the specific portion or the acupuncture point by operating the operation end 1790 (or the working body 1724). The first step 2010, the fifth step 2050 and the sixth step 2060 are performed before the factory, and the user only needs to operate the second to fourth steps 2020-2040 and the seventh step 2070.
In the previous section, the operation method is illustrated in fig. 4, and as illustrated in fig. 6, the operation method is simplified because the device body and the working body are integrally formed. In detail, in this case, the operation method will be as follows: since the link 1980 is already coupled to the device locator 1940, the first step is: adjusting the position of the locking spring 1950 on the body part so that the center of the connecting member 1980 is aligned with a specific part or an acupuncture point of a body part of a user, a second step: coupling the working body 1910 to the coupling member 1980, and a third step: mounting the workpiece 1920 on the work main body 1910, and coupling the operating end 1930 to a lower portion of the work main body 1910, and a fourth step of: the working body 1910 is operated so that the working end 1930 performs a health care task on the specific part or an acupoint, so that the user can directly maintain a specific working relationship between the working end 1930 and the specific part or the acupoint through operating the working body 1910 and maintain a specific positional relationship between the working end 1930 and the specific part or the acupoint. As described in the previous paragraph, the third step is done before shipment. In fact, if the second step is also combined initially before shipping, it is not always necessary. Of course, the second step is directly omitted, so that the preliminary combination is considered as a local action of the fourth step, which is similar to the conceivable range.
Paragraph [ 0012 ] mentions: the pressure applied to the acupoints may vary depending on (1) age, (2) constitution and (3) the degree of tenderness of the skin and flesh. In fact, the applicant has made studies and found that there are actually several differences, as shown in the following table (in the table, the term "shallow pressure" means that the acupoint is known to be touched or massaged, and the term "deep pressure" means that the acupoint is known to be touched or massaged):

After intensive research and experiments, and as illustrated above, the applicant believes that the standard value of adult male is reduced by at most 20% (average adult male) as the default value of the individual between six and eighteen years, and the standard value of adult male is reduced by 10% for female, but the intersection (less than 18 years old and female) is reduced by at most 20% as the default value. The purpose of this programming is to design an Application (APP) so that the user can use his mobile phone to operate the health device 1700 to obtain the most suitable pressing or health task content. Referring to fig. 8, a second embodiment 2100 of the method of operation of the present invention, in accordance with the APP designed by the applicant, is performed by the user in a first step 2110: aligning the central opening with a specific portion or an acupuncture point of a body part of a user, a second step 2120: positioning the device positioning member on the body part while maintaining the alignment between the central opening and the specific part or the cavity, and a third step 2130: after the device body is combined on the bottom fastener, the fourth step: please input the years and gender 2140 of the user to adjust the preset working parameter values first.
It is to be noted that the adjustment of parameters of the preceding paragraph is only dependent on the age and sex, and the factors such as constitutions and tenderness of skin and meat mentioned in paragraph [ 0012 ] are not considered. To this end, before or after the fourth step 2140, a fifth step 2150 is queried again: the user self-rates the emaciation or the robustness index. If the self-appraisal is strong, the original preset value is followed; and conversely, if the user self-evaluates that the skin is thin and weak or the skin is tender, the theory of principle preset value is reduced by 10% to be the two-degree adjustment preset parameter value.
With the above adjustments, it is not desirable to worry about adjusting the default parameter values twice to be the best individualized temporary or long-term default parameter values, so it is desirable to design that each time the user wants to use the health care apparatus 1700, he or she tries to increase or decrease the default operating parameter values one or more times. To this end, before or after the fourth step 2140 or the fifth step 2150, the sixth step 2160 is queried again: the user desires that the intensity of the job be increased or decreased by 10% over the previous job. However, for safety reasons, at most only 20% of the intensity is emphasized by the user, i.e. the limit values for the preset operating parameter values are set (maximum for safety, minimum for minimum efficacy to occur). Of course, the term before or after a certain step is not an absolute term. For example, the sixth step is not always necessary to be the first step of using the health care device.
To further increase the convenience of the user, please refer to fig. 9, which is a mobile phone screen for selecting the parts and symptoms of the human body that may be uncomfortable or diseased for the user to select. In the illustrated example, the regions or symptoms where a person may have discomfort are divided into twenty-two regions or prescreens, that is, (1) common diseases of the nasal and respiratory tract systems, (2) oral-dental-laryngeal related, (3) ear related, (4) eyebrow related, (5) nerve and spirit, (6) head and face, (7) shoulder and neck, (8) arm elbow and joint, (9) palm and wrist, (10) thorax and abdomen, (11) production and reproductive system, (12) digestive system, (13) back/spine/muscle, (14) waist and hip (with back backbone), (15) anteroposterior-yin related, (16) chronic disease insomnia/sleep and soft tissue, (17) leg and knee joint, (18) sole and ankle, (19) trans/unrestricted region/muscle/suction , (20) addiction/mind/thinking/dream/food, (21) multiple symptoms with concurrent heat/yin-yang, (22) deficiency/impairment/wind-cold/blood-qi/yin-yang. After the user initially selects, the APP further retrieves from the database 2300 what kind of disease is likely to be present about the selected part/initial screening? After the user selects the disease again from the plurality of diseases initially screened, the APP further retrieves the selected disease from the database, which acupuncture points should be selected for treating the disease in total? The database is established on the applicant's relationship enterprise web site. Namely, taoist Union (www.tao-body.com) and Wei He GmbH (www.taobody.com.tw) disclose websites. A segment of the database is shown in sub-table 3:
watch III
Figure BDA0003002065600000211
Figure BDA0003002065600000221
To this end, before or after fourth step 2140, fifth step 2150, or sixth step 2160, a seventh step 2170 is queried again: the user is asked to select the site or symptom of the disorder or disease, the specific disorder of the site or symptom, and the work point to be selected in sequence. According to the user's choice, consider fig. 10 as an example, which is a drawing and text illustration of the point of Quze in the pericardium meridian of hand Jueyin. That is, the APP will capture the picture of the quze acupoint from the website, so as to let the mobile phone user clearly know what is the acupoint? The classical text is attached to assist the user in positioning the acupuncture points.
Before or after the first step 2110 or the second step 2120, please refer to fig. 11, which is a circular sticker 2200 to assist the user in calibrating the acupuncture point position, i.e. a preparation step 2105 of first sticking a circular sticker 2210 on a specific part or acupuncture point with reference to the acupuncture point graphics displayed on the mobile phone screen. Thus, it is easier to align the specific site or acupoint in the first step or in the second step.
After the above preparation, the user may perform the core operation 2190: the operating end 1790 (the operating body 1724) is operated to make the operating end 1770 or the top end 1772 perform a health care task on the specific portion or the acupoint, so as to allow the user to directly maintain a specific working relationship between the operating end 1770 or the top end 1772 and the specific portion or the acupoint and maintain a specific positional relationship between the operating end 1770 or the top end 1772 and the specific portion or the acupoint by operating the operating end 1790 (or the operating body 1724). The term "specific work relation" refers to health care contents, such as pressing, irradiation, moxibustion, etc., as described in paragraph [0005 ]. The specific positional relationship refers to a geometric relationship, or a spacing, contact or orientation relationship between the working end 1770 or the tip 1772 and a specific portion or acupoint (skin surface).
The disclosure of the operation method of the health care device in the present invention is complete, but some examples of the invention have common living knowledge, such as the step 2172 of setting the working intensity, the step 2174 of setting the using time, the step 2176 of setting the using frequency, the step 2178 of setting the reminding of the using time of the mobile phone, the step 2180 of setting the reminding or stopping reminding of the next using time of the mobile phone, and the step 2182 … of displaying the current operation degree by a plurality of% preset values. Of course, to be more elegant, it is possible for the user to select 2184 that the discomfort or condition is currently in (A) the initial period, (B) the severe period, (C) the improvement period, or (D) the chronic condition, and adjust the standard taking or working period and the standard interval reminding period accordingly, which is a matter of manual choice of traditional Chinese medicine, and thus is difficult to describe herein. The remainder are not as cumbersome.
To be specific, the method of the present invention mainly comprises: the positioning opening of the bottom connecting piece or the device connecting piece is aligned to a specific part or an acupuncture point of a body part of a user, the device positioning piece is positioned on the body part, the alignment relation between the positioning opening and the specific part or the acupuncture point is maintained, the working body is combined on the device positioning piece, the operating end or the working body is operated, so that the operating end or the top end performs health care work on the specific part or the acupuncture point, the user is allowed to maintain a specific working relation between the operating end or the top end and the specific part or the acupuncture point directly by operating the operating end or the working body, and the operating end or the top end and the specific part or the acupuncture point are maintained in a specific position relation. Of course, the above four steps can be performed in sequence; and/or the user can directly operate the operation terminal or the working body; and/or the working end or tip can directly maintain a specific working relationship with the specific part or the acupuncture point.
In summary, the present embodiments may be modified as desired by those skilled in the art without departing from the scope of the appended claims.
