Description

Method for correcting endogenous fingernails or endogenous toenails
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a method for correcting an endogenous fingernail or an endogenous toenail, and more particularly, to a method for correcting an endogenous fingernail or an endogenous toenail, in which an adhesive composition is applied to an upper portion of an endogenous fingernail or an endogenous toenail, and ultraviolet rays and visible rays are irradiated thereto, whereby the endogenous fingernail or the endogenous toenail is corrected by the force of the adhesive composition bending toward the upper portion and curing.
Background
Endogenous fingernails or toenails occur mainly in the great mother toenails, which are diseases in which the fingernails or toenails grow into flesh and cause inflammation and pain.
All cases where the fingernail or toenail continuously presses the outer flesh will be a cause of the above-described endogenous fingernail or endogenous toenail. For example, when the outer side of a fingernail or a toenail is cut deep with a nail clipper, a part of the uncut fingernail or toenail may enter into the flesh, and when the shape of the toenail is deformed due to long-term untreated tinea manus or tinea pedis, if the phalanges of the foot protrude when a tight shoe is worn for a long time, endogenous toenails are easily generated due to an increase in internal pressure, and endogenous fingernails or endogenous toenails are generated in the case where the fingernail or toenail is naturally bent seriously due to obesity or aging. In addition, in the case where a part of family members have endogenous fingernails or toenails themselves, many cases of other family members have endogenous fingernails or toenails, and thus genetic factors are also considered as relevant factors.
The above-mentioned ingrown fingernails or ingrown toenails occur most frequently in the great mother toenails, and particularly, frequently in the great mother toenails of the right foot. This is because the right toe is the most stressed part of the foot when walking or running.
In the initial stage of the above-mentioned occurrence of the ingrown fingernail or ingrown toenail, the outside or inside of the finger or toe is reddish and feels slight pain. As the friction increases, it immediately becomes more swollen and pus is produced, and the periphery of the fingernail or toenail will start to be swollen. If the symptoms of the ingrown toenails continue, odor is also generated, and if the ingrown toenails occur, there is a problem that pain is increased and normal walking is difficult.
The method for preventing the endogenous fingernail or the endogenous toenail comprises the steps of not excessively cutting off the fingernail or the toenail, and applying pressure to the hand or the foot. However, it is difficult to cope with an already-developed endogenous fingernail or an endogenous toenail only by a preventive method, and a method of performing correction has been proposed.
As a method for correcting the above-mentioned endogenous fingernail or the endogenous toenail, a device such as an endogenous toenail corrector disclosed in korean patent laid-open No. 10-1565692 may be used. The above-mentioned existing endogenous toenail corrector is a device for correcting an endogenous toenail into a normal toenail by mounting a plate spring having elasticity to the toenail.
However, when the existing endogenous toenail corrector is worn to correct the endogenous fingernails or the endogenous toenails, the correction device needs to be continuously worn, which is inconvenient for a user who wears shoes or the like to perform outdoor activities. Also, purchase of an endogenous toenail corrector incurs a charge.
Therefore, there is an increasing need for a method of conveniently correcting an endogenous fingernail or an endogenous toenail even without a separate correction device.

In the present invention, when a part "includes" a certain structural element, unless otherwise specified, it means that the part may include other structural elements without excluding the other structural elements.
Hereinafter, a method for correcting an endogenous fingernail or an endogenous toenail of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The method for correcting an endogenous fingernail or toenail of the present invention comprises: a step (S10) of applying an adhesive composition 20 to the upper part of the endogenous fingernail or the endogenous toenail N; and a step (S20) of irradiating the adhesive composition 20 applied in the step (S10) of applying the adhesive composition with ultraviolet rays and visible rays to thereby make both side end portions O of the ingrown fingernail or ingrown toenail N ingressed to the inner side of the skin 1 、O 2 Projecting towards the outside.
FIG. 1 is a diagram showing a common endogenous fingerA perspective view of the shape of the nail or ingrown toenail N. In the following description, when the fingernail or the toenail is oriented upward and viewed from the tip of the finger, the left-side starting point from which the endogenous fingernail or the endogenous toenail N starts is referred to as a left-side starting portion I 1 The right starting point of the endogenetic fingernail or endogenetic toenail N is referred to as the right starting portion I 2 . When the fingernail or toenail is oriented upward and viewed from the tip of the finger, the left end where the endogenous fingernail or toenail N ends is referred to as a left end O 1 The right end where the endogenous fingernail or toenail N ends is referred to as the right end O 2
As shown in fig. 1, a normal endogenous fingernail or toenail N will be at the left end O 1 And a right end O 2 The state of entering the inside of the skin, therefore, the corresponding part is abscessed or inflammation is generated. For this reason, the nail is produced by making both side end portions O of the endogenous fingernail or the endogenous toenail N 1 、O 2 Protrudes towards the outside and is fixed to correct the ingrown fingernail or ingrown toenail N.
As shown in fig. 3, in the above step (S10), the adhesive composition 20 is applied on the upper portion of the endogenous fingernail or the endogenous toenail N.
In the above step (S10), the upper portion of the endogenous fingernail or the endogenous toenail N may refer to above the surface of the endogenous fingernail or the endogenous toenail N, and may also refer to the upper portion thereof after the protective base composition, the protective tape, or the like is bonded to the endogenous fingernail or the endogenous toenail N. In summary, the upper portion of endogenous fingernail or endogenous toenail N includes all of the upper side space of endogenous fingernail or endogenous toenail N.
The adhesive composition 20 in the step (S10) may include an Ultraviolet (UV) and visible light curable resin. The adhesive composition 20 may contain an additional composition in addition to the ultraviolet and visible light curable resin.
For example, the adhesive composition 20 in the step (S10) may be a composition containing one or more selected from Urethane Acrylates (Urethane Acrylates), epoxy Acrylates (Epoxy Acrylates), polyester Acrylates (Polyester Acrylates) and Acrylic Acrylates (Acrylic Acrylates). In addition, the adhesive composition 20 is an adhesive composition of the present invention as long as it has a property of being cured by ultraviolet rays and visible rays. That is, the adhesive composition 20 may contain additional components in addition to the above components.
In the step (S10), the adhesive composition 20 is preferably stored away from the fire source, and preferably, should be stored in a place inaccessible to the infant or the young. Further, the adhesive composition 20 should be a composition for fingernails and toenails, and should be used in places where eczema, skin inflammation, and the like are involved. The adhesive composition 20 should not be used together with soap or anion detergent, and should be stopped immediately and used in conjunction with a doctor if abnormal symptoms occur on the skin.
As shown in fig. 4, in the step (S20), both side end portions O of the endogenous fingernail or the endogenous toenail N entering the inside of the skin are irradiated with ultraviolet rays and visible rays to the adhesive composition 20 applied in the step (S10) of applying the adhesive composition 1 、O 2 Projecting towards the outside.
In the step (S20), the adhesive composition 20 has a characteristic that the surface is bent toward the upper portion and cured when irradiated with ultraviolet rays and visible light rays.
In the step (S20), the adhesive composition 20 is preferably irradiated with ultraviolet rays and visible rays by using an ultraviolet and visible ray lamp 50. The ultraviolet and visible light lamp 50 is a lamp having short, long, and visible light rays used for sterilization, disinfection, curing, etc. of a product, and may be a lamp capable of irradiating ultraviolet rays and visible light rays having a wavelength range of UVV to UVC, that is, ultraviolet rays and visible light rays having a wavelength of 1 to 1400nm such as UVV, UVA, UVB, UVC, etc. The adhesive composition 20 of the present invention has a characteristic of being cured by bending the surface toward the upper part when irradiated with ultraviolet rays and visible rays from an ultraviolet and visible ray lamp 50. As the adhesive composition 20 is cured, the surface area is bent and cured toward the upper portion, that is, the surface of the fingernail or the toenail is bent and cured toward the upper portion from the periphery toward the center, so that the ingrown fingernail or the ingrown toenail N also bends both sides toward the upper portion and enters both side end portions O of the skin by the force of the adhesive composition 20 bending and curing toward the upper portion 1 、O 2 Exposed towards the outside.
In this case, it should be noted that the adhesive composition 20 is not allowed to stick to the skin around the endogenous fingernail or the endogenous toenail N, and some people feel somewhat hot due to the ultraviolet ray and the visible light ray lamp 50 in the above step (S20). Therefore, in the step (S20), the ultraviolet and visible light rays are preferably irradiated by the ultraviolet and visible light ray lamp 50 for 1 to 90 seconds, more preferably for 30 to 60 seconds.
On the other hand, fig. 11 is an exemplary view showing the correction method of the present invention in a more easily understood manner. The first position, referenced to the left side of the drawing, is the rigid panel without any treatment. When the adhesive composition 20 was applied to the hard sheet and irradiated with ultraviolet rays and visible rays, both sides were confirmed to be bent toward the upper portion like a sheet located at the second position with reference to the left side of the drawing. The fingernail and the toenail located at the third position with respect to the left side of the drawing are the fingernail and the toenail for nail care. When the adhesive composition 20 is applied to the fingernail and the toenail for fingernail care and irradiated with ultraviolet rays and visible rays, both sides are confirmed to be bent toward the upper portion and spread laterally like the fingernail and the toenail located at the fourth position with reference to the left side of the drawing. Fig. 12 shows a configuration in which the adhesive composition 20 is applied to the fingernail and toenail for fingernail care and both sides of the fingernail and toenail for fingernail care are bent upward by irradiating ultraviolet rays and visible light rays.
On the other hand, according to an embodiment of the present invention, the above-described step (S10) to the above-described step (S20) may be repeatedly performed 1 to 5 times. May be deviated by humanHowever, if the process of laminating and coating the adhesive composition 20 and curing by ultraviolet rays and visible rays is repeated about 1 to 5 times, both side end portions O of the endogenous fingernail or the endogenous toenail N 1 、O 2 Will be exposed to the outside. The most suitable number of times is 3, which is most effective.
As described above, if the adhesive composition 20 is left to stand so that the both side ends O in the skin 1 、O 2 The ingrown fingernail or ingrown toenail N exposed to the outside is grown in this state as shown in fig. 6 and is carried out for about 2 months in such a manner that it is repeatedly carried out 1 to 5 times in one month, and the ingrown fingernail or ingrown toenail N can be fixed in such a manner that it does not enter into the skin any more.
On the other hand, as shown in fig. 2, according to an embodiment of the present invention, before the above-described step (S10) is performed, a step (S5) of attaching the base composition for protection 10 or the protective tape 10' to the ingrown fingernail or the ingrown toenail N may be further included.
The step (S5) may further include a step of irradiating the base composition for protection 10 or the protective tape 10 'with ultraviolet rays and visible rays after the base composition for protection 10 or the protective tape 10' is adhered.
In the step (S5), the base composition for protection 10 and the protective tape 10' function to improve the adhesion between the ingrown fingernail or ingrown toenail N and the adhesive composition 20. The above-described base composition for protection 10 and protective tape 10' should be suitably used to have high adhesion to the endogenous fingernail or the endogenous toenail N, and at the same time, should be suitably used to have high adhesion to the adhesive composition 20.
In the step (S5), the base composition for protection 10 may contain an ultraviolet and visible light curable resin. The protective base composition 10 may contain a naturally curable resin component and a solvent curable resin component in addition to the ultraviolet and visible light curable resin.
For example, the base composition for protection 10 in the step (S5) may be a composition containing at least one selected from urethane acrylate, epoxy acrylate, polyester acrylate, and acrylic acrylate. In addition, the protective base composition 10 is an adhesive composition of the present invention as long as it has a property of being cured by ultraviolet rays and visible rays. That is, the base composition for protection 10 may contain additional components in addition to the above components.
Further, according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5, after the step (S20) is performed, a step (S25) of attaching a coating composition or a coating tape for protection on the upper portion of the adhesive composition may be further included.
In the step (S25), after the protective coating composition 30 or the coating tape 30 'is attached, a step of irradiating ultraviolet rays and visible rays to the protective coating composition 30 or the coating tape 30' may be further included.
In the step (S25), the protective coating composition 30 and the coating tape 30' serve to coat the adhesive composition 20 and improve the durability. The protective coating composition 30 and the coating tape 30' can prevent the adhesive composition 20 from being corroded by blocking external moisture or air, and can prevent cracks from being generated in the cured adhesive composition 20.
In the step (S25), the protective coating composition 30 may contain an ultraviolet and visible light curable resin. The protective coating composition 30 may contain a naturally curable resin component and a solvent curable resin component in addition to the ultraviolet and visible light curable resin.
For example, the protective coating composition 30 in the step (S25) may be a composition containing one or more selected from urethane acrylate, epoxy acrylate, polyester acrylate, and acrylic acrylate. In addition, the protective coating composition 30 is an adhesive composition of the present invention as long as it has a property of being cured by ultraviolet rays and visible light rays. That is, the protective coating composition 30 may contain additional components in addition to the above components.
Hereinafter, a method of applying the adhesive composition 20 according to various embodiments of the present invention will be described.

That is, the left side starting part I of the endogenous fingernail or the endogenous toenail N can be started 1 Starting toward the right-side end O 2 Applying the adhesive composition 20 from the right side of the endogenous fingernail or toenail N 2 Starts to face the left end O 1 Coating is performed.
When the adhesive composition 20 is applied diagonally across the edge portions O as described above, the both side end portions O can be effectively coated with the adhesive composition 1 、O 2 The ingrown fingernail or ingrown toenail N deeply entered is corrected.
In the method for correcting an endogenous fingernail or an endogenous toenail of the present invention, as shown in fig. 8, in the step (S10), the adhesive composition 20 may be applied to the upper portion of the endogenous fingernail or the endogenous toenail N in the form of a plurality of lines parallel to each other in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the finger.
That is, along the left side end O connecting the ingrown fingernail or ingrown toenail N 1 And a right end O 2 The adhesive composition 20 may be applied in one line, and may be applied in more than one line parallel to the line.
If the adhesive composition 20 is applied in the form of a plurality of lines parallel to each other in the direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the finger as described above, it is more effective in the case where both side surfaces of the endogenous fingernail or the endogenous toenail N deeply enter the finger or toe.
In the method for correcting an endogenous fingernail or an endogenous toenail of the present invention, as shown in fig. 9, the adhesive composition 20 may be applied to the upper portion of the endogenous fingernail or the endogenous toenail N in the form of a plurality of lines parallel to each other in the longitudinal direction of the finger in the step (S10).
