背景技术
花生根腐病是由多种镰孢菌引起的病害,主要为害花生植株根部,也可为害果针与荚果,引起烂种、烂芽、根腐、果腐,严重者造成全株枯死。在花生整个生育期均可发病,一旦发病病情不可抑制,对花生的产量和品质都造成严重影响。该病一般零星发生,病株率在10%以下,减产5-8%,重者发病率20-30%,减产20%以上。
造成花生根腐病流行的原因有多年连作,土壤营养、水分被大量消耗,同时,土壤中存在大量的病残体和病原菌,常会引起花生根腐病的流行发生,并传染给次年的同种作物。土壤耕作粗放,整地质量差,表土层高低不平,造成积水多湿度大;土壤肥力不足,花生生长缓慢,植株矮小,抗病性差,易感染根腐病。田间密度过大,植株郁闭,枝叶过于茂盛或杂草丛生,通风透气不良,抗病力下降,大雨过后,利于花生根腐病的发生。降雨量多,发病严重:连续降雨,土壤粘性加重,晴天土壤板结,花生的侧根、须根蔓延生长,发育不良,茎叶缺水,使根变黑,表皮开裂。同时,当降雨持续时间长,湿度过大,影响根瘤菌活动,导致根、茎基部易感病,腐烂,全株死亡。
因此,提供一种减轻花生根腐病危害的栽培方法是本领域技术人员亟需解决的问题。

(1)采用新型杀菌杀虫肥包衣,减少真菌病原体残留,杀灭虫卵,促进种子发芽培育壮苗;
所述新型杀菌杀虫肥包衣的调制方法:40-50g亚磷酸钾、80-100mg 5-氨基乙酰丙酸溶于5kg水中;喷洒包衣50kg精选花生种,并在太阳光下晾晒2天;
所述亚磷酸钾为无色透明液体,富含生物刺激素亚磷酸,可刺激作物产生多酚类物质和活性氧分子(ROS),激发防御酶系统活性,具有预防及治疗根腐病的作用,还能疏松土壤,增加通透性,改善根际环境,有利于作物健康、茁壮生长,有效控制顶端优势,避免植株营养生长过盛,使作物花芽饱满,花多花壮,坐果率及品质明显提高。所述5-氨基乙酰丙酸为有效成份≥98%的白色粉末,具有增大叶片气孔开度,提高二氧化碳的固定能力;促进蒸腾作用,增加作物根系对土壤矿质元素吸收利用和转化效率等;促进种子发芽,缩短生产周期,减少施肥量,提高肥料利用效率,培育壮苗,促进果实早熟,提高作物抗性和生长健壮的作用。
(2)播前沟施酸性改土复合配方肥,改变土壤根际环境,疏松土质;用做种肥,播种时开沟施用,亩用量30-50kg;

(1)整地:选择排水良好,地势平坦的土地。深耕,打碎坷垃,平整土地。加入完全腐熟的有机肥1000斤/亩,150斤/亩氮磷钾复合肥作为基肥。
(2)播种:选择籽粒饱满没有破损的花生种子进行播种,起垄覆膜,一垄双行,双粒播种,播种密度为1100穴/亩。5月上旬播种。
(3)田间管理:及时破膜出苗,防止烧苗。根据土壤干旱情况及时灌溉,尤其注意花生下针期及饱果期防止干旱。时刻关注田间病虫害发生情况,及时预防治疗。植株长到35cm左右时,及时调节生长,防止徒长倒伏。成熟期及时收获。
采用本发明实施例1-3和对比例的栽培方法,栽培花生,并记录各参数,结果见表1。

根据表1可知,采用本发明实施例1-3的栽培方法,与对比例现有栽培技术相比,促进种子发芽培育壮苗,出苗率达到97%以上;改变土壤根际环境,降低花生根腐病发生率48%以上;减轻根腐病造成的损伤,缺株率低于3%,减少12%以上,较不采用此技术农田,增产28.07%以上。

Claims (3)

1.一种减轻花生根腐病危害的栽培方法,其特征在于,具体步骤如下:
(1)采用新型杀菌杀虫肥包衣,减少真菌病原体残留,杀灭虫卵,促进种子发芽培育壮苗;
所述新型杀菌杀虫肥包衣的调制方法:40-50g亚磷酸钾、80-100mg 5-氨基乙酰丙酸溶于5kg水中;喷洒包衣50kg精选花生种,并在太阳光下晾晒;
(2)播前沟施酸性改土复合配方肥,改变土壤根际环境,疏松土质;用做种肥,播种时开沟施用,亩用量30-50kg;
所述酸性改土复合配方肥由以下组份组成:5%硫酸锌、15%硫酸亚铁、30%柠檬酸钾、30%亚磷酸二氢钾、20%黄腐酸钾;
(3)基肥中增施复配磷钾钙肥,提高花生的抗病性;耕翻土地时撒施,亩用量75-100kg;
所述复配磷钾钙肥由以下组份组成:50%三元复合肥、10%钙镁磷肥、20%磷酸一铵、20%硝酸钙;
(4)高起垄、窄覆膜、膜上打孔播种,保持土壤水分使土壤相对含水量达55-65%;垄高12-18cm,垄面宽40-45cm,地膜宽80-90cm;
(5)苗期喷施药剂,避免根腐病茎腐病的发生;
所述药剂组成和用量为:100-200PPM的5-氨基乙酰丙酸4-8g/亩,35%戊唑醇800-1200倍液30-50g/亩;苗期每隔6天喷施1次,连续2次;
(6)生育期喷施修复调节物质,减轻根腐病造成的损伤;
所述修复调节物质组成和用量为:聚天冬氨酸20g~50g/亩、芸苔素内酯5g/亩、核黄素2-4g/亩、复硝酚钠2-3g/亩。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种减轻花生根腐病危害的栽培方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)所述喷洒包衣50kg精选花生种,并在太阳光下晾晒2天。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种减轻花生根腐病危害的栽培方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)所述三元复合肥为N18P18K18。
