The conductive copper pipe 18 is connected with a copper tile; the cooling water line 22 is connected to the contact tube 18. The bottom ring 3 can be provided with a plurality of according to actual need, and the bottom ring 3 is provided with the bolt hole, and through bolt fixed connection between the adjacent bottom ring 3, the bolt is inserted and is established in the bolt hole of bottom ring 3. The bottom ring 3 is also provided with a bottom ring hanging part 15, the bottom ring hanging part 15 is provided with a through hole, the pressure ring 8 is provided with a pressure ring hanging point 14, as shown in fig. 3, the pressure ring hanging point 14 of the pressure ring 8 near the copper tile 5 is fixedly connected with the through hole on the bottom ring hanging part 15 of the bottom ring 3 through a screw, as shown in fig. 4, one side of the copper tile 5 is provided with the pressure ring 8, the side surface of the pressure ring 8 is provided with a pressure ring lifting lug 23, and the pressure ring lifting lug 23 is hung on the outer side surface of the lower holding cylinder 21 through a hanging rod 4; the junction of the upper section protection screen 6 and the lower section protection screen 7 near the copper tile 5 is also provided with a J-shaped hook which is connected with the hanging rod 4 through the J-shaped hook.
The pressure ring 8 is provided with a mounting hole for assembling a corrugated pipe 10, and a gland 9 of the corrugated pipe 10 is positioned on the outer side surface of the pressure ring 8. The pressure ring 8, the corrugated pipe 10 and the bottom ring 3 are combined into a whole, and an accommodating cavity is formed among the pressure ring 8, the corrugated pipe 10 and the bottom ring 3, so that the connection of the bottom ring 3 is enhanced. One end of the bellows 10 is connected to the gland 9 and the other end is connected to a telescopic member. The external oil circuit of bellows 10 cancels the sealing washer, increases bellows 10 exhaust passage. The bottom ring 3 is provided with a bottom ring water inlet 25 and a bottom ring water return port 26, and the bottom ring water inlet 25 is connected with a water inlet pipeline of the cooling water pipeline 22; the bottom water return port 26 is connected to the water return pipe of the cooling water line 22.
An electrode column system as shown in figure 1, comprising an electrode holder 1 and a lifting device 16; the top of the lifting device 16 is provided with an electrode 2, the bottom of the electrode 2 is an electrode working end, and the electrode working end is positioned below the lifting device 16; a holding cylinder assembly is arranged at the bottom of the lifting device 16; the electrode 2 passes through the upper grip barrel 20 and the lower grip barrel 21 until it extends below the bottom ring 3. The lifting device 16 is fixedly connected to the electrode by means of an electrode clamping device 24. The bottom ring 3 is provided with a plurality of water channels, so that the cooling effect of cooling water on the bottom ring 3 is improved, the service life of the bottom ring 3 is prolonged, and high-temperature deformation is avoided, as shown in fig. 5-8, the bottom ring is of a common bottom ring 3 structure in the prior art, the flow direction of the cooling water is single, and fig. 9-13 are of an improved bottom ring 3 structure, the flow direction of the cooling water reaches a plurality of channels, and the cooling effect is improved. The protection screen is fixedly connected with the lower end of the lower holding cylinder 21, so that the functions of fixing the upper part of the protection screen and bearing the weight of the protection screen are achieved; the conductive copper tube 18 is connected from both left and right ends of the electrode holder 1, extends downward along the lower holding cylinder 21, and is connected to a connecting end of the copper shoe.
Specifically, the working principle of the electrode column system in the invention is as follows: the invention is composed of a bottom ring 3 with multi-hanging-point hanging and multi-channel waterway design and a protective screen which is made of all copper and is designed in an up-and-down subsection mode. The electrode holder 1 is used for transmitting strong current to the working end of the electrode, converting electric energy into heat energy by arc combustion in the furnace to achieve the working condition required by smelting in the furnace, and simultaneously, performing pressure discharge and lifting of the electrode 2 to achieve the purposes of continuing and adjusting the sintering speed of the electrode and enabling the electrode 2 to continuously work. The main functions of the bottom ring 3 and the protective screen are to seal the escape of furnace gas of the submerged arc furnace and prevent high temperature from damaging the electrode equipment.

1. An electrode holder is characterized by comprising a pressing block, a holding cylinder assembly, an electrode, a pressure ring, a bottom ring and a protective screen;
a copper tile is arranged around the outside of an electrode shell of the electrode;
the outer side of the copper tile is hooped with a pressure ring, the copper tile is tightly attached to the electrode shell under the external pressure of the pressure ring, the pressure ring is positioned at the lower end of the holding cylinder assembly, a bottom ring is arranged at the lower end of the pressure ring, and the electrode is positioned in the pressure ring;
the bottom ring is provided with a protection screen supporting surface, and the lower end of the protection screen is fixed on the protection screen supporting surface through an embedded hook;
the pressing block is positioned between the copper tile and the pressure ring.

The electrode holder according to claim 1, wherein a holding cylinder assembly is fixed to the upper end of the electrode, the holding cylinder assembly comprises an upper holding cylinder and a lower holding cylinder, the lower end of the upper holding cylinder is fixedly connected to the upper end of the lower holding cylinder, and the brasses are hung on the holding cylinder assembly by hanging devices on the brasses.

The electrode holder of claim 2, wherein a cooling water pipe is provided outside the lower holding cylinder; the lower end of the cooling water pipeline is provided with a conductive copper pipe which is positioned outside the holding cylinder assembly; the conductive copper pipe is connected with the copper tile; and the cooling water pipeline is connected with the conductive copper pipe.

The electrode holder of claim 1, wherein the bottom rings are provided with bolt holes, and the adjacent bottom rings are fixedly connected by bolts arranged in the bolt holes; the bottom ring is also provided with a bottom ring hanging part, a through hole is formed in the bottom ring hanging part, a pressure ring hanging point and a pressure ring lifting lug are arranged on the side face of the pressure ring, the pressure ring hanging point is fixedly connected with the bottom ring through a mounting and fixing part arranged in the through hole, and the pressure ring lifting lug is fixedly connected with the protection screen.
5. The electrode holder as claimed in claim 1, wherein the pressure ring has a mounting hole for assembling a bellows, the bellows has a pressing cover located on an outer side of the pressure ring, and the pressure ring, the bellows and the bottom ring are combined into a whole.

The electrode holder of claim 1, wherein the bottom ring has a bottom ring inlet and a bottom ring return inlet, the cooling water line includes a water inlet pipe and a water return pipe, and the bottom ring inlet is connected to the water inlet pipe of the cooling water line; the bottom water return port is connected with a water return pipeline of the cooling water pipeline.

The electrode holder of claim 1, wherein the protective shield comprises an upper protective shield and a lower protective shield, the lower end of the upper protective shield has embedded hooks, the upper end of the lower protective shield has hooks, and the embedded hooks of the upper protective shield are engaged with the hooks of the lower protective shield.
