Abstract
The invention discloses a periodic positioning method, a periodic positioning system, a periodic positioning device and a periodic positioning storage medium for terminal equipment, which comprise the following steps: the LMF sends a positioning information request to the AMF; the AMF receives the positioning information request, and when the terminal equipment is in an idle state, a service request flow is triggered to the terminal equipment; the AMF sends the positioning information request to the GNB, receives the positioning information response sent by the GNB, and forwards the positioning information response to the LMF; and the LMF receives the positioning information response and triggers a position data measurement flow to the terminal equipment. The embodiment of the invention has the advantages of simple periodic positioning flow, wide application range, good reliability and safety and low consumption of terminal equipment, and can be widely applied to the technical field of 5G communication.
Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to the field of 5G communications technologies, and in particular, to a method, a system, an apparatus, and a storage medium for periodically positioning a terminal device.
Background
The 5G periodic positioning process in the prior art is to put periodic management, periodic triggering and the like of periodic positioning into a terminal for management through an LPP protocol process and a supplementary service protocol message process. This method of terminal management has a number of problems such as: 1. the periodic positioning flow is too bulky, and relates to HTTP2, NRPPa, NGAP, NAS, LPP and the message flow of the supplementary service protocol; 2. the application range is limited, and most terminals do not support LPP and supplementary service protocol messages in practice; 3. when the management is put on the terminal, the performance energy consumption of the terminal can be increased, and the terminal equipment of the Internet of things requiring low power consumption is not friendly; 4. if the terminal is restarted abnormally or the cached data is lost, the periodic positioning data is lost, and the reliability is not high; 5. if the positioning period and the control function are managed on the terminal, a person may illegally modify the terminal data or control the terminal positioning process (some terminal equipment periodic positioning should not be manually controlled), which may cause potential safety hazards.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, an object of the embodiments of the present invention is to provide a method, a system, an apparatus, and a storage medium for periodic positioning of a terminal device, where the periodic positioning process is simple, the application range is wide, the reliability and the security are good, and the terminal device consumption is low.
In a first aspect, an embodiment of the present invention provides a method for periodically positioning a terminal device, including the following steps:
the LMF (Location Management Function ) sends a location information request to the AMF (Access and Mobility Management Function );
the AMF receives the positioning information request, and when the terminal equipment is in an idle state, a service request flow is triggered to the terminal equipment;
the AMF sends the positioning information request to a GNB (next generation node B,5G base station), receives a positioning information response sent by the GNB, and forwards the positioning information response to the LMF;
and the LMF receives the positioning information response and triggers a position data measurement flow to the terminal equipment.
Optionally, the method further comprises:
AF (Application Function ) sends periodic location trigger information to GMLC through NEF (Network Exposure Function, network development function); the AF refers to an application server outside the core network, and in the application, refers to a third party positioning management server outside the core network; the NEF refers to that an external server may access an internal network element of the core network through the network element or request a corresponding service inside the core network.
The GMLC (Gateway Mobile Location Center, gateway mobile position center) receives the periodic positioning trigger information, acquires the state and position information of the terminal equipment through UDM (Unified Data Management, unified data management function), and completes the periodic positioning service request and response flow with AMF; the UDM is used for storing subscription information of the user and registered dynamic information.
And the AMF sends periodic positioning request information to the LMF.
Optionally, the method further comprises:
and when the GMLC and the AMF complete the periodic positioning service request and response flow, the GMLC sends periodic positioning response information to the AF through the NEF.

the LMF is used for sending a positioning information request to the AMF; receiving the positioning information response and triggering a position data measurement flow to the terminal equipment;
the AMF is used for receiving the positioning information request, and triggering a service request flow to the terminal equipment when the terminal equipment is in an idle state; sending the positioning information request to the GNB, receiving a positioning information response sent by the GNB, and forwarding the positioning information response to the LMF;
and the GNB is used for receiving the positioning information request sent by the AMF and sending a positioning information response to the AMF.
In a third aspect, an embodiment of the present invention provides a periodic positioning apparatus for a terminal device, including:
at least one processor;
at least one memory for storing at least one program;
the at least one program, when executed by the at least one processor, causes the at least one processor to implement the method described above.
In a fourth aspect, embodiments of the present invention provide a storage medium having stored therein a processor-executable program for performing the above-described method when executed by a processor.
The embodiment of the invention has the following beneficial effects: in the embodiment, a location information request is sent to an AMF through an LMF; after receiving the positioning information request, the AMF triggers a service request flow to the terminal equipment, sends the positioning information request to the GNB, receives the positioning information response sent by the GNB, and forwards the positioning information response to the LMF; after receiving the positioning information response, the LMF triggers a position data measurement flow to the terminal equipment and sends periodic positioning response information to the AMF; the periodic positioning of the terminal is managed through the LMF, so that the consumption of terminal equipment is reduced, the possibility of terminal data loss or tampering is reduced, and the reliability and the safety are improved; in addition, the terminal equipment positioning process only relates to LMF, AMF, GNB and the like, the terminal equipment periodic positioning process is simple, the terminal equipment does not need to support LPP and supplementary service protocol messages, and the application range is wide.

Detailed Description
The invention will now be described in further detail with reference to the drawings and to specific examples. The step numbers in the following embodiments are set for convenience of illustration only, and the order between the steps is not limited in any way, and the execution order of the steps in the embodiments may be adaptively adjusted according to the understanding of those skilled in the art.
As shown in fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides a periodic positioning method for a terminal device, which includes steps S100 to S400.
S100, the LMF sends a positioning information request to the AMF;
s200, the AMF receives the positioning information request, and when the terminal equipment is in an idle state, a service request flow is triggered to the terminal equipment;
s300, the AMF sends the positioning information request to the GNB, receives the positioning information response sent by the GNB, and forwards the positioning information response to the LMF;
s400, the LMF receives the positioning information response and triggers a position data measurement flow to the terminal equipment.
It should be noted that, the device terminal is periodically located through the LMF and the AMF, and steps S100 to S400 are periodic locating non-first triggering processes.
Optionally, the method further comprises:
and S410, after the position data measurement flow is completed, the LMF sends a positioning event notification response to the AF through the GMLC and the NEF.
Referring to fig. 2, in a periodic positioning non-first triggering process, firstly, an LMF sends a positioning information request to an AMF, and when the terminal device is found to be in an idle state, the AMF triggers a service request process to the terminal device, and the AMF sends the positioning information request to a GNB; the GNB receives the positioning information request and sends a positioning information response to the AMF; the AMF receives the positioning information response and forwards the positioning information response to the LMF; after receiving the location information response, the LMF triggers a location data measurement flow to the terminal equipment, and after the location data measurement flow is completed, the LMF sequentially sends a location event notification response to the AF through the GMLC and the NEF.
Optionally, the method further comprises:
s010, AF sends periodic positioning trigger information to the GMLC through NEF;
s020, the GMLC receives the periodic positioning trigger information, acquires the state and position information of the terminal equipment through the UDM, and completes a periodic positioning service request and response flow with the AMF;
s030, the AMF sends periodic positioning request information to the LMF.
It should be noted that, steps S010 to S030 are steps that need to be added in the periodic positioning non-first trigger process in the periodic positioning first trigger process.
Optionally, the method further comprises:
s040, when the GMLC and the AMF complete the periodic positioning service request and response flow, the GMLC sends periodic positioning response information to the AF through the NEF.
In step S040, the AF in step S010 sends a response of the periodic positioning trigger information to the GMLC through the NEF, so that the first trigger procedure of the periodic positioning is more complete.
Optionally, the method further comprises:
s050, after the position data measurement flow is completed, the AMF receives the periodic positioning response information sent by the LMF, and the AMF sequentially sends a positioning event notification response to the AF through the GMLC and the NEF.
In step S500, after the position data measurement procedure is completed in the periodic positioning trigger procedure, a positioning event notification response is fed back to the GMLC, the NEF and the AF.
Referring to fig. 2, in the first trigger flow of periodic positioning, AF sends periodic positioning trigger information to GMLC through NEF; the GMLC acquires the state and the position of the terminal equipment from the UDM and completes the periodic positioning service request and response flow with the AMF; the AMF sends a periodic positioning request to the LMF; the LMF sends a positioning information request to the AMF, when the terminal equipment is found to be in an idle state, the AMF triggers a service request flow to the terminal equipment, and the AMF sends the positioning information request to the GNB; the GNB receives the positioning information request and sends a positioning information response to the AMF; the AMF receives the positioning information response and forwards the positioning information response to the LMF; the LMF receives the response of the positioning information and then forwards the response, and triggers a position data measurement flow to the terminal equipment; after the position data measurement flow is completed, the LMF sends periodic positioning response to the AMF; after the AMF receives the periodic positioning response, the AMF sequentially sends a positioning event notification response to the AF through the GMLC and the NEF.
Optionally, the method further comprises:
and S600, when the LMF triggers the periodic positioning cancellation event, the LMF sequentially sends a cancellation periodic positioning event notification to the AF through the GMLC and the NEF.
It should be noted that, since the terminal does not know the periodic positioning data, the terminal cannot actively trigger the process of going to the periodic positioning, and the periodic positioning data is managed on the LMF. In the method, an LMF triggering period positioning cancellation process is added, and in the process, when the period times of the LMF reach the times of AF issuing or other period positioning cancellation events are triggered, the period positioning cancellation process is triggered. In the periodic positioning cancellation flow, because the periodic positioning data is not managed on the terminal, the periodic positioning cancellation flow does not need to be found for the terminal, and the efficiency of periodic positioning communication is improved.
Referring to fig. 2, in the LMF initiated cancel period location procedure, when the LMF triggers a period location cancel event, the LMF sends a cancel period location event notification to the AF sequentially through the GMLC and the NEF.
Optionally, the method further comprises:
s710, the AF sends the positioning information of the cancellation period to the GMLC through the NEF;
s720, the GMLC receives the positioning information of the cancellation period and sends a positioning request of the cancellation period to the AMF;
s730, the AMF receives the cancellation period positioning request, sends the cancellation period positioning information to the LMF, and sends a cancellation period positioning response to the GMLC;
s740, the GMLC receives the cancellation period positioning response and sends a cancellation period positioning report to the AF through the NEF.
It should be noted that, the AF may actively initiate the cancel period positioning procedure.
Referring to fig. 2, in the process of AF initiation cancellation period positioning, AF sends cancellation period positioning information to GMLC through NEF; the GMLC receives the periodic positioning cancellation information and sends a periodic positioning cancellation request to the AMF; the AMF receives the cancellation period positioning request, sends cancellation period positioning information to the LMF, and sends cancellation period positioning response to the GMLC; the GMLC receives the cancel periodic location response and sends a cancel periodic location report to the AF through the NEF.
The embodiment of the invention has the following beneficial effects: in the embodiment, a location information request is sent to an AMF through an LMF; after receiving the positioning information request, the AMF triggers a service request flow to the terminal equipment, sends the positioning information request to the GNB, receives the positioning information response sent by the GNB, and forwards the positioning information response to the LMF; after receiving the positioning information response, the LMF triggers a position data measurement flow to the terminal equipment and sends periodic positioning response information to the AMF; the periodic positioning of the terminal is managed through the LMF, so that the consumption of terminal equipment is reduced, the possibility of terminal data loss or tampering is reduced, and the reliability and the safety are improved; in addition, the terminal equipment positioning process only relates to LMF, AMF, GNB and the like, the terminal equipment periodic positioning process is simple, the terminal equipment does not need to support LPP and supplementary service protocol messages, and the application range is wide.
The embodiment of the invention provides a periodic positioning system of terminal equipment, which comprises the following steps:
the LMF is used for sending a positioning information request to the AMF; receiving the positioning information response and triggering a position data measurement flow to the terminal equipment;
the AMF is used for receiving the positioning information request, and triggering a service request flow to the terminal equipment when the terminal equipment is in an idle state; sending the positioning information request to the GNB, receiving a positioning information response sent by the GNB, and forwarding the positioning information response to the LMF;
and the GNB is used for receiving the positioning information request sent by the AMF and sending a positioning information response to the AMF.
It can be seen that the content in the above method embodiment is applicable to the system embodiment, and the functions specifically implemented by the system embodiment are the same as those of the method embodiment, and the beneficial effects achieved by the method embodiment are the same as those achieved by the method embodiment.

the AMF sends the positioning information request to the GNB, receives the positioning information response sent by the GNB, and forwards the positioning information response to the LMF;
the LMF receives the positioning information response and triggers a position data measurement flow to the terminal equipment; wherein, the LMF manages the periodic positioning of the terminal.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
AF sends periodic positioning trigger information to GMLC through NEF;
and the GMLC receives the periodic positioning trigger information, acquires the state and position information of the terminal equipment through the UDM, and completes the periodic positioning service request and response flow with the AMF.
3. The method according to claim 2, wherein the method further comprises:
and when the GMLC and the AMF complete the periodic positioning service request and response flow, the GMLC sends periodic positioning response information to the AF through the NEF.

the AMF receives the cancellation period positioning request, sends the cancellation period positioning information to the LMF, and sends a cancellation period positioning response to the GMLC;
the GMLC receives the cancel periodic location response and sends a cancel periodic location report to the AF through the NEF.
8. A periodic positioning system for a terminal device, comprising:
the LMF is used for receiving the periodic positioning request information sent by the AMF and sending a positioning information request to the AMF; receiving the positioning information response and triggering a position data measurement flow to the terminal equipment; managing the periodic positioning of the terminal;
the AMF is used for receiving the positioning information request, and triggering a service request flow to the terminal equipment when the terminal equipment is in an idle state; sending the positioning information request to the GNB, receiving a positioning information response sent by the GNB, and forwarding the positioning information response to the LMF;
and the GNB is used for receiving the positioning information request sent by the AMF and sending a positioning information response to the AMF.
