A structure for plugging a through watertight bulkhead cable is shown in figure 1 and comprises a first cable pipe 13, a sleeve 1 and a tubular box body convenient for plugging a cable, wherein the sleeve 1 is welded at a cable hole of the watertight bulkhead cable, one end of the box body close to the sleeve 1 is connected to a second cable pipe 3, the other end of the second cable pipe 3 is inserted into the sleeve 1, and the second cable pipe 3 is matched with the sleeve 1 or is smaller than the inner diameter of the sleeve 1 so as to absorb installation errors.
As shown in fig. 1, a first flange 4 is welded on a side of the second cable tube 3 away from the sleeve 1, the side is an exposed area, the box body and the first cable tube 13 are located in the exposed area, the box body is detachably connected between the first cable tube 13 and the second cable tube 3, and cables are inserted into the sleeve 1, the first cable tube 13, the box body and the second cable tube 3.
As shown in fig. 1 and 3, a small semicircular hole is formed in the upper side of the box body, a semicircular arc cover plate 8 matched with the box body is connected to the upper side of the box body in a sealing mode at an opening, a handle 9 is connected to the cover plate 8, the box body is connected with the cover plate 8 through a connecting bolt 11 and a sealing gasket 7, specifically, the two sides of the cover plate 8 are connected with first flat irons 14, the two sides of the tubular box body are connected with second flat irons 15, and the first flat irons 14 and the second flat irons 15 are connected with the sealing gasket 7 in a sealing mode through the connecting bolt 11.
As shown in fig. 1 and 3, a third flange 12 is welded to the end of the first cable tube 13; the second flanges 5 are welded at the two ends of the tubular box body and are respectively connected with the end flanges of the first cable pipe 13 and the second cable pipe 3, so that the subsequent disassembly and maintenance are facilitated; a plurality of binding rings 6 for binding cables are arranged in the box body;
a plurality of pairs of binding rings 6 are symmetrically arranged, and each pair of binding rings 6 is distributed at an angle of 35-45 degrees (in the embodiment, 40 degrees) with the radius of the bottom of the box body; after the inside cabling of box finishes, fix the cable through ligature ring 6, avoid the cable tip displacement that the long direction of ship deformation leads to, influence putty leakproofness.

the plugging length of the cable plugging 2 is consistent with the total length of the sleeve 1 and the second cable pipe 3 after being installed together, and the length is 200mm, so that the plugging construction quality is ensured, and the water tightness requirement is also ensured.
The scheme provided by the invention adopts a semicircular arc sealing cover structure, and the structure is simple. After the semi-arc sealing cover is opened, the space is abundant, and the construction and maintenance of cable plugging and material blocking are facilitated; after the sealing cover is closed, the influence of external environment change and pollutants on the plugging material is reduced, so that long-term effective plugging is kept, the service life of the plugging material is prolonged, and the navigation safety and the power transmission safety of the ship are ensured. In addition, the scheme of the invention avoids arranging a large-scale structure cable box due to the standard requirement, thereby reducing the amount of the cable box; after the cables are laid in the tubular box body, the cables are fixed through the binding rings 6, so that the axial displacement of the cables is avoided; the pipe-packed box body is connected with the cable pipes on the two sides through flanges, and is convenient to disassemble.
The plugging method for plugging the through watertight bulkhead cable comprises the following steps:
s1: a sleeve 1 is welded at a cable hole of the watertight bulkhead, and the sleeve 1 and the watertight bulkhead adopt a double-sided full-circumferential welding mode, so that a second cable pipe 3 matched with the sleeve 1 is convenient to install;
s2: inserting a second cable tube 3 into the sleeve 1, wherein the sleeve 1 and the second cable tube 3 are not welded at this time; the box body is connected between the first cable pipe 13 and the second cable pipe 3 through bolts; the installation error of the first cable tube 13 is adjusted and absorbed by the second cable tube 3 (the second cable tube 3 with different shape is replaced or the cable tube with the size slightly smaller than that of the sleeve 1 is selected);

s5: after the tubular box cover plate 8 is opened, the putty type cable plugging material 2 is pushed into the second cable tube 3 and the sleeve 1 to plug the cable at two sides of the watertight wall, and the plugging length is 200 mm; after the blocking construction, a gap of 5-8mm is kept between the cable and the sleeve 1 and between the cable and the wall of the cable tube, so that the cable in the cable blocking 2 area is not contacted, and the blocking quality is ensured.
