Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more clear and clear, the present application will be further described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are for purposes of illustration only and are not intended to limit the scope of the application.
The method for controlling the postpartum recovery treatment based on the intelligent PDA according to the preferred embodiment of the application, as shown in fig. 1, comprises the following steps:
step S10, the intelligent PDA receives patient registration information uploaded by the hospital information system, allocates treatment queues and generates queuing numbers according to postpartum rehabilitation treatment items in the patient registration information, and displays patient information on a waiting large screen according to a preset format.
Specifically, the intelligent PDA is a portable handheld intelligent terminal, a patient can self-register related information (such as information of name, age, treatment items and the like) on the self-service machine, then the self-service machine uploads the information to a hospital information system (such as an HIS system), then the intelligent PDA can receive patient registration information uploaded by the hospital information system (such as the patient registration information including name, age, treatment items and treatment times and the like), or a front nurse (generally a nurse is equipped at the front position of a treatment room, and then a rehabilitation shop is equipped with a rehabilitation shop at the same time) uses the intelligent PDA to input patient information according to the information of the patient, then the intelligent PDA allocates a treatment queue (i.e. a waiting queue) and generates a queuing number according to a post-treatment item in the patient registration information, and displays the patient information (i.e. the patient information including queuing number, name and treatment room) on a waiting screen according to a preset format (such as queuing number-name-waiting room).
For example, a patient whose name is Zhang is in need of post-partum rehabilitation therapy (e.g. pelvic floor magnetic stimulation), the foreground nurse may receive patient registration information uploaded by the hospital information system through the intelligent PDA (e.g., somebody has uploaded relevant information to the hospital information system through the kiosk), including: name, sex, age, treatment item, etc., as shown in fig. 2, there are displayed a name, sex, telephone number, clinic number, post-partum rehabilitation treatment item (pelvic floor magnetic stimulation), time of opening, total number of times, registered number of times, remaining number of times.
Then, according to the postpartum rehabilitation treatment items in certain registration information, a treatment queue of postpartum and pelvic floor rehabilitation is distributed, a queuing number G006 is generated, and meanwhile, certain information is displayed on a waiting large screen, and the display content is as follows: queuing number (G006), name (tense), treatment room (4 doctor room), as shown in fig. 3, three treatment items, respectively, pelvic floor function screening, LPG treatment and post-partum and pelvic floor rehabilitation, are shown in fig. 3, information of patients who have been treated is arranged in order under each treatment item, and information of patients who have been treated are shown below.
Step S20, the intelligent PDA receives a click operation instruction of a rehabilitation engineer clicking to call the next patient in the patient list, or receives a selection operation instruction of the rehabilitation engineer specifying the patient to call in the patient list, and prompts the next patient or the selected specified patient to go to a treatment room.
Specifically, the rehabilitation engineer can call the patient needing to perform the postpartum rehabilitation treatment to the treatment room by clicking on the intelligent PDA to call the next patient or designating the patient to perform the call in the patient list, namely, the intelligent PDA receives a clicking operation instruction (manual clicking by the rehabilitation engineer) that the rehabilitation engineer clicks on the next patient in the patient list or receives a selection operation instruction that the rehabilitation engineer designates the patient to perform the call in the patient list, so that the next patient or the selected designated patient is prompted to go to the treatment room.
As shown in fig. 4, the treatment items to be executed include 12 items to be executed, such as pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation (1), postpartum abdominal contraction (2), pelvic floor magnetic stimulation (0), postpartum posture assessment (1), pelvic floor dynamics (0), rectus abdominus separation electrical stimulation (1), LPG (4), pelvic floor screening (1), pelvic floor others (2), display the patient to be called in a queue classification, show the patient to be diagnosed in an execution status classification, the called patient can repeat the call again, designate the current patient to be called or call the next place, for example, the rehabilitation engineer clicks on the intelligent PDA to call the plum of YL002 to a treatment room, the reservation time is 8:30-9:30, the check-in time is 9:10:24, and the treatment items are postpartum striae gravidarum repair.
Further, the patient which does not reach the treatment room after the calling times exceed the preset times (for example, the preset times are 3 times) is automatically marked as the patient with the number, the waiting queue is withdrawn, if the patient with the number is required to be called again, the state of the patient with the number is modified into the queue, and the patient with the number can be normally called in the queue after the state of the patient with the number is modified.
Step S30, after the next patient or the selected appointed patient reaches the treatment room, the intelligent PDA scans the two-dimensional code on the patient treatment list, broadcasts the name and the treatment item of the patient by voice, prompts the patient to confirm the identity, confirms the identity of the patient according to the voice reply of the patient, starts treatment after the patient confirms the identity, and records the treatment starting time.
Specifically, after the next patient or the selected appointed patient arrives at a treatment room, a rehabilitation engineer scans a two-dimensional code on a patient treatment sheet by using the intelligent PDA, the intelligent PDA broadcasts the name and the treatment item of the patient through voice, prompts the patient to confirm the identity (simultaneously confirms whether the patient is the current treatment item) and confirms whether the patient confirms himself or not, confirms the identity with the patient, and after the patient answers confirmation terms such as yes or opposite, the intelligent PDA automatically recognizes and confirms, after the identity and the treatment item are confirmed, the intelligent PDA scans the two-dimensional code on the rehabilitation treatment equipment, sends patient information to the rehabilitation treatment equipment, starts treatment after the identity of the patient is confirmed, and records the treatment starting time; if the patient answers "not yes" or "not to" or the like, after denying the term, the intelligent PDA reminds the rehabilitation engineer that the patient is not himself, and notices to check the patient information.
Further, after confirming that the patient identity is correct, the intelligent PDA scans the two-dimensional codes on the rehabilitation treatment equipment (each treatment equipment is stuck with a unique two-dimensional code), sends the current patient information to the rehabilitation treatment equipment, and carries out association binding on the current patient and the rehabilitation treatment equipment.
For example, as shown in fig. 5, after a patient arrives at a treatment room after stretching somewhere, a rehabilitation engineer scans a two-dimensional code on a certain treatment sheet by using the intelligent PDA, the intelligent PDA broadcasts "your name is stretching somewhere, a treatment item is pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation treatment, whether confirmation is performed" if a certain answer is yes ", the intelligent PDA broadcasts" please scan a two-dimensional code on treatment equipment ", and after scanning the two-dimensional code, the rehabilitation engineer sends patient information to the treatment equipment; if a certain answer is ' not ' then the intelligent PDA can remind the rehabilitation engineer that the patient information is wrong, please confirm ' and avoid medical errors.
As shown in fig. 6, the patient registers two treatment items, namely, pelvic floor magnetic stimulation treatment (1 time) and postpartum abdomen contraction treatment (1 time), and after confirming that the identity information and the treatment items are correct by voice, the rehabilitation engineer can click on one key of the pelvic floor magnetic stimulation treatment or the postpartum abdomen contraction treatment, and then the patient can perform treatment according to the treatment items on the treatment equipment.
As shown in fig. 7, a plurality of treatment items being performed by a patient are shown, for example, a certain treatment item being performed currently is pelvic floor magnetic stimulation treatment, a Zhou Mou treatment item being performed currently is postpartum abdominal pain treatment, a Chen Mou treatment item being performed currently is pelvic floor myoelectric diagnosis, and a rehabilitation engineer or nurse can know the current patient and treatment item through the interface of the intelligent PDA.
And S40, after the treatment of the current patient is finished, the intelligent PDA inputs an execution result according to the input operation of a rehabilitation engineer, records the treatment finishing time, generates an electronic treatment list, and stores the electronic treatment list, wherein the electronic treatment list comprises the name of the patient, the treatment project, the treatment starting time and the treatment finishing time.
Specifically, after the treatment of the current patient is finished, an execution result is input through the intelligent PDA, wherein the execution result comprises a normal execution result and an abnormal execution result, the normal execution result is only required to be clicked and confirmed, the abnormal execution result only requires a rehabilitation engineer to input an abnormal situation or an execution result in an input box of an abnormal situation interface, and when a certain execution result of the patient is abnormal as shown in fig. 8, the rehabilitation engineer inputs a certain abnormal situation or an execution result in an input box of the abnormal situation interface; then clicking to finish execution, confirming execution finish, recording treatment finish time, generating an electronic treatment list, and storing the electronic treatment list, wherein the electronic treatment list comprises a patient name, a treatment project, treatment start time and treatment finish time, so that the treatment condition of the patient can be clearly known through the electronic treatment list.
Further, after the electronic treatment list is generated, the end of the treatment of the postpartum rehabilitation treatment project of the current patient is prompted, and the next patient is called to enter a treatment room.
According to the application, the rehabilitation therapy of a patient can be controlled through the whole process of the intelligent PDA, the business operation of nurses and rehabilitative persons is not limited to a computer PC end, functions are moved through the intelligent PDA, the operation of nurses and rehabilitative persons is facilitated, the workload and the labor intensity of the rehabilitative persons and the work pressure of the rehabilitative persons are reduced, the work flow is optimized, the work efficiency and the accuracy are improved, the nurses and the rehabilitative persons have more time to care the patient, the effective service time is increased, the satisfaction degree of the patient is improved, the information check and the confirmation are carried out between the intelligent PDA and the patient before the rehabilitation therapy is carried out, the intelligent PDA sends patient information to the rehabilitation therapy equipment after the confirmation, the error probability is reduced, the intelligent PDA records the therapy starting time, the therapy ending time and the relevant conditions in the whole process of the patient therapy, the closed loop management executed by medical advice is formed, the medical error is reduced, the integrated closed loop management of the post-partum rehabilitation therapy items of a hospital is satisfied, the actual problem is solved, the post partum rehabilitation therapy flow is optimized, the work efficiency of the patient is reproduced, the post partum treatment efficiency is improved, the post partum treatment efficiency of the post-partum treatment is improved, the service quality is improved, the post partum treatment quality is improved, the service quality is improved, the management is improved, the post-treatment management is easy, and the management is improved, and the low management efficiency of post-partum is solved.
