the psychological assessment model is used for extracting the expression and the posture of the target object and outputting the psychological state of the target object according to the expression and the posture of the target object;
and recommending a solution according to the psychological state of the target object.

A psychological counseling recommendation method according to claim 1, wherein the psychological assessment model includes an expression recognition unit for extracting an expression of the target object and storing an expression kind and an expression frequency according to facial information of the target object, a behavior recognition unit for extracting a behavior of the target object and storing a behavior kind and a behavior frequency according to limb information of the target object, and an assessment unit for outputting a psychological state of the target object according to the expression kind, the expression frequency, the behavior kind, and the behavior frequency of the target object.
3. A psychological counseling recommendation method according to claim 2, wherein said outputting the psychological state of the target object according to the expression kind, expression frequency, behavior kind and behavior frequency of the target object comprises:
matching a preset psychological state library according to the expression type and the behavior type of the target object to obtain an alternative psychological state;
and matching the alternative psychological state according to the expression frequency and the behavior frequency of the target object to obtain the psychological state of the target object.
4. The psychological consultation recommendation method of claim 2, wherein the psychological assessment model is trained based on a facial information sample set and corresponding expression labels, and a body information sample set and corresponding behavior labels.

The psychological counseling recommendation method of claim 4, wherein the emoticon includes, without limitation: calm, frustrated, happy, angry, lacrimation, and stuttering; the behavior tags include, but are not limited to: flicking hands, stomping feet, struggling and rolling in prone position.
6. A psychological counseling recommendation method according to claim 5, wherein said recommending a solution according to the psychological state of the target subject comprises:
matching a target consultation field according to the psychological state of the target object;
and acquiring a psychological state score according to the expression frequency and the behavior frequency of the target object, and matching a target psychological consultant from the target consultation field according to the psychological state score.
7. A psychological counseling recommendation apparatus comprising:
the acquisition module is used for acquiring the face information and the limb information of the target object;
the evaluation module is used for inputting the facial information and the limb information of the target object into a psychological evaluation model to obtain the psychological state of the target object output by the psychological evaluation model;
the psychological assessment model is used for extracting the expression and the behavior of the target object and outputting the psychological state of the target object according to the expression and the behavior of the target object;
and the recommendation module is used for recommending a solution according to the psychological state of the target object.
