As shown in fig. 4, based on the test requirement, the vehicle is required to be refitted before the vehicle is tested, the refitted applicant submits a refitted application through the vehicle refitted module, the refitted application comprises refitted tasks of each stage, refitted plans, refitted responsible persons of each stage, refitted schemes and other refitted information, and the refitted application is sent to refitted responsible persons of each stage; the refitting responsible person submits refitting completion conditions through the vehicle refitting module according to the time node in the refitting plan, and sends the refitting completion conditions to the refitting acceptance person; the refitting acceptance person accepts the refitting completion condition, and if the refitting acceptance of the vehicle is not passed, the refitting problem is fed back to the problem assignment person through the vehicle refitting module; if the vehicle refitting acceptance passes, archiving a refitting process record through a vehicle refitting module; the problem assignment person gathers the refitting problem through the vehicle refitting module, makes a refitting plan, sends the refitting information such as the refitting problem, the refitting plan and the like to the refitting responsible person, the refitting responsible person carries out the refitting, and after the refitting is completed, the refitting responsible person sends the refitting completion condition to the refitting acceptance person through the vehicle refitting module; the refitting acceptance person accepts the vehicle refitting completion condition, and if the vehicle refitting acceptance passes, the vehicle refitting module files the refitting process record; if the vehicle correction acceptance is not passed, notifying a correction responsible person to continue correction through the vehicle correction module until the correction acceptance is passed. The vehicle refitting module records and files the operation information and the processing result of the whole refitting process.
In an embodiment, the second vehicle reservation module is configured to obtain and check a vehicle reservation application after the vehicle refitting is completed and the refitting inspection is passed, and record a borrowing condition of a vehicle key after the vehicle reservation application check is passed, and obtain a consistency check result of the vehicle, and record a return condition of the vehicle key after the consistency check is passed; and/or after the vehicle appointment checking is passed, acquiring a dispatching acceptance result of the vehicle, and after the dispatching acceptance result is passed, recording the dispatching service condition of the vehicle.
Optionally, the first vehicle reservation module has the same vehicle reservation function as the second vehicle reservation module.

Optionally, based on different scenes, the method is divided into two major categories of accurate acceptance and common acceptance; the accurate acceptance needs to be performed on the interior and exterior of the vehicle, and is mainly used in scenes such as vehicle borrowing and returning, vehicle transportation and the like of a cross department; the common acceptance is mainly used for checking visible places such as vehicle appearance, interior decoration and the like to confirm whether the conditions such as rubbing are present or not, and is mainly used in the vehicle dispatching scene of the same department, for example, when a borrower finishes using the vehicle in advance and hands the vehicle to other hands of the department, the two parties can carry out the common acceptance on the delivered vehicle. In addition, the acceptance of modification and rectification for the vehicle modification process requires independent establishment of acceptance items according to the modification scheme and problems existing in modification. The functions of the vehicle acceptance module can be integrated into modules related to vehicle acceptance links, such as a vehicle transportation module, a vehicle refitting module, a vehicle scheduling module and the like, or can be used as an independent module, and a user can independently submit a vehicle acceptance application aiming at a scene with only acceptance links. And the vehicle acceptance module records and files operation information and processing results of the acceptance process.
In one embodiment, the maintenance module is configured to obtain a maintenance task for the vehicle, determine a target object according to a task type of the maintenance task, and assign the maintenance task to the target object.
Optionally, maintenance tasks are divided into two types of maintenance and replacement; if the task type is a maintenance task, distributing the maintenance task to a maintenance butt joint person through a maintenance module; if the task type is a replacement task, the replacement task is distributed to a replacement butt joint person through a maintenance module, and the replacement is generally carried out by a maintenance applicant. The maintenance module records and files operation information and processing results of the maintenance and replacement process.
In one embodiment, the insurance temporary card module is used for acquiring and re-handling the vehicle insurance and/or the vehicle temporary card application when the vehicle insurance and/or temporary card is expired, and checking and archiving the re-handling vehicle insurance and/or the vehicle temporary card application.
Optionally, the vehicle insurance and the temporary license have a term, when the vehicle insurance and/or the temporary license are expired, the application of re-transacting the vehicle insurance and/or replacing the temporary license is submitted through the insurance temporary license module, and after the application is approved, the vehicle is re-transacted with the insurance and/or the temporary license is replaced. The insurance temporary card module records and files the operation information and the processing result of the process of re-managing insurance and/or changing temporary cards.
The vehicle management platform provided by the embodiment of the application realizes the closed-loop management of related services in the vehicle testing stage through interaction among the vehicle demand module, the vehicle borrowing and returning module, the vehicle transportation module, the vehicle refitting module, the vehicle reservation module, the vehicle acceptance module, the maintenance module and the insurance temporary license module, improves the supervision effect on the use condition of the vehicle, and improves the testing efficiency of the vehicle.
It should be understood that the sequence number of each step in the foregoing embodiment does not mean that the execution sequence of each process should be determined by the function and the internal logic, and should not limit the implementation process of the embodiment of the present application.

The safety manager management module is used for inquiring and updating the safety information of the vehicle;
The personal center module is used for counting and displaying operation data of a user on the vehicle management platform and inputting attendance information;
the asset management module comprises a whole vehicle management module, a fitting management module and a refitting scheme management module;
The whole vehicle management module is used for inquiring and updating whole vehicle information, acquiring a vehicle scrapping and/or maintenance application, auditing and archiving the vehicle scrapping application, and/or sending the maintenance application to a maintenance module in the task management module;
the accessory management module is used for inquiring and updating the information of the vehicle parts, acquiring scrapping and/or losing instructions of the vehicle parts, and auditing and archiving the scrapping and/or losing instructions of the vehicle parts;
the retrofit solution management module is configured to query and update the vehicle retrofit solution.
2. The vehicle management platform of claim 1, wherein the home module comprises an information presentation module, a first vehicle reservation module, and a vehicle information query module;
the information display module is used for displaying the vehicle state distribution condition and the vehicle state update reminding information;
the first vehicle reservation module is used for reserving vehicles;
the vehicle information inquiry module is used for inquiring the vehicle information.
3. The vehicle management platform of claim 1, wherein the task management module comprises a vehicle demand module, a vehicle borrowing and returning module;
The vehicle demand module is used for acquiring vehicle demands and auditing the vehicle demands;
the vehicle borrowing and returning module is used for acquiring and checking a vehicle borrowing application after the vehicle demand checking passes, and acquiring and recording the returning condition of the vehicle borrowing due after the vehicle borrowing application checking passes.
4. The vehicle management platform of claim 3, wherein the task management module further comprises a vehicle transportation module;
the vehicle transportation module is used for acquiring and checking transportation information and a first transportation acceptance result of the vehicle before the vehicle starts to be transported after the vehicle borrowing application checking passes, and acquiring and checking a second transportation acceptance result of the vehicle when the vehicle reaches a destination after the transportation information and the first transportation acceptance result checking pass.
5. The vehicle management platform of claim 4, wherein the task management module further comprises a vehicle retrofit module;
The vehicle refitting module is used for acquiring a refitting plan in the vehicle refitting information after the second transportation acceptance result is checked and passed, acquiring a vehicle refitting completion condition according to the refitting plan, acquiring a vehicle refitting acceptance result of a corresponding stage after the vehicle refitting of any stage is completed, and acquiring the refitting information of the corresponding stage when the vehicle refitting acceptance of the corresponding stage is failed, wherein the refitting information comprises the refitting plan so as to acquire the refitting completion condition of the vehicle in the corresponding stage according to the refitting plan, and acquiring the vehicle refitting acceptance result of the corresponding stage after the refitting of the corresponding stage is completed.
6. The vehicle management platform of claim 5, wherein the task management module further comprises a second vehicle reservation module;
The second vehicle reservation module is used for acquiring and checking a vehicle reservation application after the vehicle refitting is finished and the refitting inspection is passed, recording the borrowing condition of a vehicle key after the vehicle reservation application is checked and passed, and recording the returning condition of the vehicle key after the consistency inspection is passed; and/or after the vehicle reservation application is checked, acquiring a scheduling acceptance result of the vehicle, and after the scheduling acceptance result is checked, recording the scheduling service condition of the vehicle.
7. The vehicle management platform of any of claims 4-6, wherein the task management module further comprises a vehicle acceptance module;
the vehicle acceptance module is used for acquiring a vehicle acceptance application, determining acceptance items according to the acceptance type of the acceptance application, and determining vehicle acceptance results according to the acceptance results of all the acceptance items.
8. The vehicle management platform of claim 1, wherein the task management module further comprises a maintenance module;
the maintenance module is used for acquiring a vehicle maintenance task, determining a target object according to the task type of the maintenance task, and distributing the maintenance task to the target object.
9. The vehicle management platform of claim 1, wherein the task management module further comprises an insurance policy module;
