the updating module is connected with the checking module and used for updating the first preset database after the checking module checks the service data to be input to form a second preset database;
the entry module is connected with the update module and used for entering the first to-be-entered service data, the entry module comprises a data entry selection unit and an entry unit, the data entry selection unit is used for selecting an entry value according to the first to-be-entered service data, the entry unit is connected with the data entry selection unit, and the entry unit is used for entering the first to-be-entered service data;
when the inspection module inspects the service data to be input, the inspection module comprises a calculating unit, a comparing unit and a judging unit, the calculating unit calculates a key value M of the service data to be input according to the first preset database, the first preset database comprises a plurality of key words, the service data to be input is matched with the key words in the first preset database, the number of the matched key words is calculated to be the key value M, the comparing unit compares the key value M with the first preset key value, and the judging unit judges the input importance degree according to the comparison result;
when the comparing unit compares the key value M with a first preset key value, the comparing unit is provided with a first preset key value M0,
if M is larger than or equal to M0, the judging unit judges the input importance degree of the business data to be input as a first level;
if M is more than or equal to 0 and less than M0, the judging unit judges the input importance degree of the business data to be input as a second level;
wherein, the primary importance degree is more than the secondary importance degree;
after the judgment unit judges the importance degree of the input of the service data to be input, the inspection module further comprises a sequencing unit, wherein the sequencing unit is used for sequencing according to the importance degree level of the input to form first service data to be input, and the service data to be input with the input importance degree of the first level is arranged before the service data to be input with the input importance degree of the second level;

if R is larger than or equal to R0, adding the repeated standby keywords to the first preset database to form a second preset database;
if R is less than R0, not adding the repeated standby key words into the first preset database;
