Then, after the first device returns to the following state, the presentation data of the second device at the current moment, that is, the second presentation data, may be acquired, and then the second presentation data may be transmitted to the first device, so that the first device may determine, based on the second presentation data, a position of the presentation content of the second device in the first document, that is, a third position, thereby adding an indicator at the third position, and displaying the first document after the indicator is added. Therefore, the problem of document demonstration real-time sharing of the following state which is recovered after the following state is interrupted by the first equipment can be solved, cooperation between the following state and local operation is freely switched, the document demonstration cooperation effect of the first equipment and the document demonstration cooperation effect of the second equipment are further improved, and user experience is further improved.
It should be noted that, under the condition that the first device interrupts following and there is no subsequent request for resuming following, the server does not transmit the presentation data to the first device any more, and when the duration of the interruption following state of the first device exceeds the preset duration, the following state of the first device to the second device may be automatically disconnected, that is, the first device is controlled to exit the following state.
In one possible implementation, the data synchronization method further includes:
acquiring a plurality of demonstration data of second equipment;
generating a presentation file based on the plurality of presentation data and the first document;
and outputting the presentation file.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, it is considered that a user of the first device may perform a copy recovery on a document sharing process after the document sharing is finished, so that a plurality of pieces of presentation data of the second device may be acquired, and a presentation file is generated based on the plurality of pieces of presentation data and the first document in the first device, and the presentation file is output. It will be appreciated that outputting the presentation file may be outputting the presentation file to the first device such that a user of the first device may download the presentation file via the first device or view the presentation file online. Therefore, the output of the demonstration file is convenient for the user of the first device to check the operation of the document sharing process, and a data basis is provided for subsequent data analysis, disk replication and the like.
It will be appreciated that in the case where the first device interrupts the following state and subsequently resumes the following state, the plurality of presentation data may be presentation data for a period of time between the interruption of the following state and the resumption of the following state. For example, the operation behavior of the speaker to the second document in the second device is recorded in the form of screen recording to generate a presentation file, and the presentation data is transmitted to the first device, so that the user of the first device knows the operation behavior of the speaker to the second document in the second device in the above time period. The presentation file may be a positional motion trajectory file generated from a timeline of a document presentation and a moving position of the presentation content, and may be in the form of a document or a video.
Based on the same inventive concept, the embodiment of the present disclosure further provides a data synchronization method applied to a first device, as shown in fig. 2, the method may include the following steps:
in step S210, a first follow request is sent to the second device.
The second equipment comprises equipment corresponding to a speaker in document demonstration real-time sharing, and the first equipment is equipment corresponding to any user except the speaker;
in step S220, receiving first presentation data of a second device; wherein the first presentation data is used to indicate a second position of the presentation content of the second device in a second document, the second document being a document in the second device;
in step S230, a first position of the presentation content of the second device in the first document is determined based on the first presentation data, an indicator mark is added at the first position, and the first document with the indicator mark added is displayed; the first document is a document in the first device.
In a possible implementation manner, the data synchronization method applied to the first device may further include the following processing:
sending a second follow request to the second device;
receiving second demonstration data of the second device at the current moment;
and determining a third position of the presentation content of the second device in the first document based on the second presentation data, adding an indicator at the third position, and displaying the first document after the indicator is added.
The data synchronization method applied to the first device provided in this embodiment is similar to the implementation manner and the technical effect in the foregoing method embodiment, and is not described herein again.
In order to make the method provided by the embodiment of the present disclosure clearer, the following describes a data synchronization method provided by the embodiment of the present disclosure with reference to fig. 3. Fig. 3 is a flowchart illustrating a data synchronization method according to an exemplary embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, a followed collaborator, that is, a speaking user, is positioned at a character of a water drop of a current node table C of a first document in a first device, a server obtains presentation data (the presentation data may be a first presentation data or a second presentation data) of a second device based on the positioning of the character of the water drop of the current node table C of the speaking user, and transmits the presentation data to the first device, for example, the first device may push the presentation data to the current node corresponding to the followed collaborator, that is, the first device, in fig. 3, the first device includes a device of the followed collaborator a, a device of the followed collaborator B, and a device of the followed collaborator C through a socket. So that the first device can automatically focus on the visible area of the first document on the first device according to the presentation data, i.e. the visible area of the first device where the characters are at the water drop of form C. Therefore, the document demonstration real-time sharing of the first document in the first device and the second document in the second device is realized. After the following is finished, i.e., the sharing is finished, the user of the first device can see the original appearance of the shared document being opened, i.e., the start position of the first document of the first device.
Based on the same inventive concept, the embodiment of the disclosure also provides a data synchronization device applied to the server. Fig. 4 is a block diagram illustrating a data synchronization apparatus according to an exemplary embodiment, which is applied to a server. Referring to fig. 4, the data synchronization apparatus 400 may include:
a receiving module 410 configured to receive a first follow request of a first device for a second device; the second equipment comprises equipment corresponding to a speaker user in document demonstration real-time sharing, and the first equipment is equipment corresponding to any user except the speaker user;
a response module 420 configured to acquire first presentation data of the second device in response to the first follow request; wherein the first presentation data is indicative of a second location of the presentation content of the second device in a second document, the second document being a document in the second device;
a first display module 430 configured to transmit the first presentation data to the first device, so that the first device determines a first position of the presentation content of the second device in the first document based on the first presentation data, adds an indicator at the first position, and displays the first document after the indicator is added; the first document is a document in the first device.
In one possible implementation, the response module 420 includes:
a first determination unit configured to determine whether there is an operation behavior on at least two first windows among the plurality of windows in a case where the second device displays the plurality of windows of the second document;
a first acquisition unit configured to acquire an operation type of an operation behavior for each of the first windows in a case where there are operation behaviors for at least two of the first windows;
a second determining unit configured to determine a priority corresponding to an operation type of the operation behavior for each first window;
and the second acquisition unit is configured to acquire the first demonstration data of the first window corresponding to the operation type with the highest priority.
In one possible implementation, the response module 420 includes:
a third acquiring unit configured to acquire an operation behavior of the speaker user on a second document in the second device;
a third determining unit, configured to determine a corresponding position of the operation behavior in the second document as a second position of the presentation content of the speaker-phone user on the second device in the second document;
a fourth acquisition unit configured to acquire the second position.
In a possible implementation, the data synchronization apparatus 400 further includes:
the detection module is configured to detect whether operation behaviors of the first device on the first document exist or not;
the determining module is configured to determine whether the first device is in a following state or not in the case that the first device has operation behaviors on the first document;
accordingly, the first display module 430 includes:
a transmission unit configured to transmit the first presentation data to the first device in a case where the first device is in a following state.
In one possible implementation, the data synchronization apparatus 400 further includes:
the execution module is configured to execute the operation behavior of the first device on the first document under the condition that the first device is in the interruption following state;
a control module configured to control the first device to return to a following state in a case where a second following request of the first device is received;
the first acquisition module is configured to acquire second presentation data of the second device at the current moment;
and the second display module is configured to transmit the second presentation data to the first device, so that the first device determines a third position of the presentation content of the second device in the first document based on the second presentation data, adds an indicator mark at the third position, and displays the first document after the indicator mark is added.
In one possible implementation, the data synchronization apparatus 400 further includes:
a second acquisition module configured to acquire a plurality of presentation data of a second device;
a generation module configured to generate a presentation file based on the plurality of presentation data and the first document;
an output module configured to output the presentation file.
Based on the same inventive concept, the embodiment of the present disclosure further provides a data synchronization apparatus applied to the first device. Fig. 5 is a block diagram illustrating a data synchronization apparatus according to an exemplary embodiment, which is applied to a first device. Referring to fig. 5, the data synchronization apparatus 500 may include:
a first request sending module 510 configured to send a first follow request to a second device; the second equipment comprises equipment corresponding to a speaker user in document demonstration real-time sharing, and the first equipment is equipment corresponding to any user except the speaker user;
a first data receiving module 520 configured to receive first presentation data of the second device; wherein the first presentation data is for indicating a second location of the presentation content of the second device in a second document, the second document being a document in the second device;
a first data display module 530 configured to determine a first position of the presentation content of the second device in the first document based on the first presentation data, add an indicator at the first position, and display the first document after the indicator is added; the first document is a document in the first device.
In a possible implementation, the apparatus 500 further comprises:
a second request sending module configured to send a second follow request to the second device;
a second data receiving module configured to receive second presentation data of the second device at a current time;
a second data display module configured to determine a third position of the presentation content of the second device in the first document based on the second presentation data, add an indicator at the third position, and display the first document after the indicator is added.
With regard to the apparatus in the above-described embodiment, the specific manner in which each module performs the operation has been described in detail in the embodiment related to the method, and will not be elaborated here.
The present disclosure also provides an electronic device, a computer-readable storage medium, and a computer program product according to embodiments of the present disclosure.
FIG. 6 illustrates a schematic block diagram of an example electronic device 600 that can be used to implement embodiments of the present disclosure. The electronic device 600 is intended to represent various forms of digital computers, such as laptops, desktops, workstations, personal digital assistants, servers, blade servers, mainframes, and other appropriate computers. The electronic device may also represent various forms of mobile devices, such as personal digital processing, cellular phones, smart phones, wearable devices, and other similar computing devices. The components shown herein, their connections and relationships, and their functions, are meant to be examples only, and are not meant to limit implementations of the disclosure described and/or claimed herein.
As shown in fig. 6, the electronic device 600 includes a computing unit 601 that can perform various appropriate actions and processes according to a computer program stored in a Read Only Memory (ROM)602 or a computer program loaded from a storage unit 608 into a Random Access Memory (RAM) 603. In the RAM 603, various programs and data required for the operation of the device 600 can also be stored. The calculation unit 601, the ROM 602, and the RAM 603 are connected to each other via a bus 604. An input/output (I/O) interface 605 is also connected to bus 604.
Various components in the electronic device 600 are connected to the I/O interface 605, including: an input unit 606 such as a keyboard, a mouse, or the like; an output unit 607 such as various types of displays, speakers, and the like; a storage unit 608, such as a magnetic disk, optical disk, or the like; and a communication unit 609 such as a network card, modem, wireless communication transceiver, etc. The communication unit 609 allows the electronic device 600 to exchange information/data with other devices through a computer network such as the internet and/or various telecommunication networks.
The computing unit 601 may be a variety of general and/or special purpose processing components having processing and computing capabilities. Some examples of the computing unit 601 include, but are not limited to, a Central Processing Unit (CPU), a Graphics Processing Unit (GPU), various dedicated Artificial Intelligence (AI) computing chips, various computing units running machine learning model algorithms, a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), and any suitable processor, controller, microcontroller, and so forth. The calculation unit 601 performs the respective methods and processes described above, such as the data synchronization method. For example, in some embodiments, the data synchronization method may be implemented as a computer software program tangibly embodied in a machine-readable medium, such as storage unit 608. In some embodiments, part or all of the computer program may be loaded and/or installed onto the electronic device 600 via the ROM 602 and/or the communication unit 609. When the computer program is loaded into RAM 603 and executed by the computing unit 601, one or more steps of the data synchronization method described above may be performed. Alternatively, in other embodiments, the computing unit 601 may be configured to perform the data synchronization method by any other suitable means (e.g., by means of firmware).
Various implementations of the systems and techniques described here above may be implemented in digital electronic circuitry, integrated circuitry, Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs), Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs), Application Specific Standard Products (ASSPs), system on a chip (SOCs), load programmable logic devices (CPLDs), computer hardware, firmware, software, and/or combinations thereof. These various embodiments may include: implemented in one or more computer programs that are executable and/or interpretable on a programmable system including at least one programmable processor, which may be special or general purpose, receiving data and instructions from, and transmitting data and instructions to, a storage system, at least one input device, and at least one output device.
Program code for implementing the methods of the present disclosure may be written in any combination of one or more programming languages. These program codes may be provided to a processor or controller of a general purpose computer, special purpose computer, or other programmable data processing apparatus, such that the program codes, when executed by the processor or controller, cause the functions/operations specified in the flowchart and/or block diagram to be performed. The program code may execute entirely on the machine, partly on the machine, as a stand-alone software package partly on the machine and partly on a remote machine or entirely on the remote machine or server.
In the context of this disclosure, a computer-readable storage medium may be a tangible medium that can contain, or store a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device. The computer readable medium may be a machine readable signal medium or a machine readable storage medium. A machine-readable medium may include, but is not limited to, an electronic, magnetic, optical, electromagnetic, infrared, or semiconductor system, apparatus, or device, or any suitable combination of the foregoing. More specific examples of a machine-readable storage medium would include an electrical connection based on one or more wires, a portable computer diskette, a hard disk, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a read-only memory (ROM), an erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM or flash memory), an optical fiber, a portable compact disc read-only memory (CD-ROM), an optical storage device, a magnetic storage device, or any suitable combination of the foregoing.
To provide for interaction with a user, the systems and techniques described here can be implemented on a computer having: a display device (e.g., a CRT (cathode ray tube) or LCD (liquid crystal display) monitor) for displaying information to a user; and a keyboard and a pointing device (e.g., a mouse or a trackball) by which a user can provide input to the computer. Other kinds of devices may also be used to provide for interaction with a user; for example, feedback provided to the user can be any form of sensory feedback (e.g., visual feedback, auditory feedback, or tactile feedback); and input from the user may be received in any form, including acoustic, speech, or tactile input.
The systems and techniques described here can be implemented in a computing system that includes a back-end component (e.g., as a data server), or that includes a middleware component (e.g., an application server), or that includes a front-end component (e.g., a user computer having a graphical user interface or a web browser through which a user can interact with an implementation of the systems and techniques described here), or any combination of such back-end, middleware, or front-end components. The components of the system can be interconnected by any form or medium of digital data communication (e.g., a communication network). Examples of communication networks include: local Area Networks (LANs), Wide Area Networks (WANs), the internet, and blockchain networks.
The computer system may include clients and servers. A client and server are generally remote from each other and typically interact through a communication network. The relationship of client and server arises by virtue of computer programs running on the respective computers and having a client-server relationship to each other. The Server can be a cloud Server, also called a cloud computing Server or a cloud host, and is a host product in a cloud computing service system, so as to solve the defects of high management difficulty and weak service expansibility in the traditional physical host and VPS service ("Virtual Private Server", or simply "VPS"). The server may also be a server of a distributed system, or a server incorporating a blockchain.
It should be understood that various forms of the flows shown above may be used, with steps reordered, added, or deleted. For example, the steps described in the present disclosure may be executed in parallel, sequentially, or in different orders, as long as the desired results of the technical solutions disclosed in the present disclosure can be achieved, and the present disclosure is not limited herein.

Claims (13)

1. A data synchronization method is applied to a server, and the method comprises the following steps:
receiving a first follow request of a first device for a second device; the second device comprises a device corresponding to a speaker user in document demonstration real-time sharing, and the first device is a device corresponding to any user except the speaker user;
acquiring first presentation data of the second device in response to the first follow request; wherein the first presentation data is for indicating a second location of the presentation content of the second device in a second document, the second document being a document in the second device;
transmitting the first presentation data to the first device to enable the first device to determine a first position of the presentation content of the second device in a first document based on the first presentation data, add an indicator at the first position, and display the first document after the indicator is added; the first document is a document in the first device.
2. The data synchronization method according to claim 1, wherein the acquiring the first presentation data of the second device comprises:
determining whether there is an operation behavior on at least two first windows of the plurality of windows in a case where the second device displays a plurality of windows of the second document;
under the condition that operation behaviors of at least two first windows in the plurality of windows exist, acquiring the operation type of the operation behavior of each first window;
determining a priority corresponding to the operation type of the operation behavior of each first window;
and acquiring first demonstration data of the first window corresponding to the operation type with the highest priority.
3. The data synchronization method according to claim 1, wherein the acquiring the first presentation data of the second device comprises:
acquiring the operation behavior of the talkback user on the second document in the second device;
determining the corresponding position of the operation behavior in the second document as a second position of the demonstration content of the talkback user on the second device in the second document;
the second position is obtained.
4. The data synchronization method according to claim 1, wherein before transmitting the first presentation data to the first device, further comprising:
detecting whether operation behaviors of the first device on the first document exist or not;
determining whether the first device is in a following state or not under the condition that the operation behavior of the first device on the first document exists;
the transmitting the first presentation data to the first device comprises:
transmitting the first presentation data to the first device while the first device is in a following state.
5. The data synchronization method of claim 4, further comprising:
executing the operation behavior of the first device on the first document under the condition that the first device is in an interruption following state;
controlling the first device to return to the following state in case of receiving a second following request of the first device;
acquiring second demonstration data of the second equipment at the current moment;
transmitting the second presentation data to the first device, so that the first device determines a third position of the presentation content of the second device in the first document based on the second presentation data, adds an indicator mark at the third position, and displays the first document after the indicator mark is added.
6. The data synchronization method of claim 1, further comprising:
acquiring a plurality of presentation data of the second device;
generating a presentation file based on the plurality of presentation data and the first document;
and outputting the presentation file.
7. A data synchronization method applied to a first device, the method comprising:
sending a first follow request to a second device; the second device comprises a device corresponding to a speaker user in document demonstration real-time sharing, and the first device is a device corresponding to any user except the speaker user;
receiving first presentation data of the second device; wherein the first presentation data is for indicating a second location of the presentation content of the second device in a second document, the second document being a document in the second device;
determining a first position of the demonstration content of the second device in a first document based on the first demonstration data, adding an indicator at the first position, and displaying the first document after the indicator is added; the first document is a document in the first device.
8. The method of claim 7, further comprising:
sending a second follow request to the second device;
receiving second demonstration data of the second device at the current moment;
and determining a third position of the demonstration content of the second device in the first document based on the second demonstration data, adding an indicator mark at the third position, and displaying the first document after the indicator mark is added.
9. A data synchronization apparatus, applied to a server, the apparatus comprising:
a receiving module configured to receive a first follow request of a first device for a second device; the second device comprises a device corresponding to a speaker user in document demonstration real-time sharing, and the first device is a device corresponding to any user except the speaker user;
a response module configured to acquire first presentation data of the second device in response to the first follow request; wherein the first presentation data is configured to indicate a second location of the presentation content of the second device in a second document, the second document being a document in the second device;
a first display module configured to transmit the first presentation data to the first device, to cause the first device to determine a first position of the presentation content of the second device in the first document based on the first presentation data, to add an indicator at the first position, and to display the first document after the indicator is added; the first document is a document in the first device.
10. A data synchronization apparatus, applied to a first device, the apparatus comprising:
a first request sending module configured to send a first follow request to a second device; the second equipment comprises equipment corresponding to a speaker user in document demonstration real-time sharing, and the first equipment is equipment corresponding to any user except the speaker user;
a first data receiving module configured to receive first presentation data of the second device; wherein the first presentation data is used to indicate a second position of the presentation content of the second device in a second document, the second document being a document in the second device;
a first data display module configured to determine a first position of the presentation content of the second device in a first document based on the first presentation data, add an indicator at the first position, and display the first document after the indicator is added; the first document is a document in the first device.
11. An electronic device, comprising:
a processor;
a memory for storing the processor-executable instructions;
wherein the processor is configured to execute the instructions to implement the data synchronization method of any of claims 1 to 6 or 7 to 8.
12. A computer-readable storage medium, wherein instructions in the computer-readable storage medium, when executed by a processor of an electronic device, enable the electronic device to perform the data synchronization method of any of claims 1-6 or 7-8.
13. A computer program product comprising a computer program, characterized in that the computer program realizes the data synchronization method according to any one of claims 1 to 6 or 7 to 8 when executed by a processor.
