Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of corrosion monitoring, in particular to a corrosion warning sensor.
Background
In daily life and production, the damage to appliances or equipment or the condition of causing accidents due to corrosion are rare, and according to statistics, the direct economic loss due to metal corrosion accounts for 2 to 4 percent of the total value of national economy and far exceeds the sum of flood, fire, wind and earthquake losses; the corrosion not only causes economic loss, but also often forms a threat to safety, the uniform corrosion of the metal generally progresses slowly and is not very harmful, but some local corrosion such as pitting corrosion or stress corrosion cracking are often sudden and easily cause safety accidents. Under the background, the corrosion monitoring technology for key equipment in industrial production is developed like the technology of the bamboo shoots in spring after rain, such as the monitoring technologies of linear polarization, polarization resistance, electrochemical noise and the like, and the technologies can realize the corrosion monitoring on the target object to a certain extent. However, due to the uncertainty of the position where corrosion occurs and the uncertainty of the direction in which corrosion continues to progress, the monitoring technology often has the problem that corrosion monitoring is inaccurate in the actual implementation process, and it is difficult to accurately feed back the corrosion degree of a monitored object, thereby bringing uncertainty to the safety service of equipment.
To solve the problem of monitoring metal corrosion, the Chinese patent application No. CN202021658352.3 discloses a metal atmospheric corrosion on-line monitoring sensor, which comprises bottom film paper, insulating paper and a sensor body, wherein metal adhesives are uniformly coated on the outer wall of the bottom of the insulating paper, the outer wall of the bottom of the insulating paper is bonded on the outer wall of the top of the bottom film paper through the metal adhesives, a thin gold layer is coated on the outer wall of the top of the insulating paper, the insulating paper is in a fishbone shape, the extending edges of the insulating paper and a trunk form a non-vertical fixed angle, the extending edges of the left side and the right side of the insulating paper are respectively in equidistant parallel, the vertex angle of the extending edges of the insulating paper and the included angle of the extending edges of the insulating paper and the trunk are in smooth transition, the metal adhesives are tightly connected with the insulating paper, the insulating paper does not fall off after long-term use, the thin gold layer is in the same shape as the insulating paper, and the thin gold layer is coated on the outer wall of the top of the insulating paper. However, in the practical use process, the applicant finds that the scheme focuses on solving the measurement errors and uncertainties caused by uneven corrosion positions and areas of the metal surface layer, the specific corrosion degree of the corrosion position is difficult to monitor and grade, and meanwhile, a corresponding corrosion grade early warning scheme is not provided.
Therefore, in the face of the corrosion degree monitoring and early warning requirements of key parts of important equipment, a corrosion warning sensor needs to be developed urgently, the problem that monitoring results are inaccurate due to uncertainty of corrosion occurrence in a corrosion monitoring process can be solved, and meanwhile, the corrosion state of a measured part can be accurately fed back and early warning can be performed aiming at the corrosion degree.
