When the device is connected with a power supply for use, the temperature sensor 80 and the controller 81 are also connected with the power supply, the controller 81 is automatically opened to further control the temperature sensor 80 to work, so that the temperature sensor 80 detects the temperature of clean water flowing through the water pipe 3 after heating, when the temperature of the detected water is too low in rising amplitude in a certain time, the clean water heating effect is not good, the water heating effect is influenced by scale on the inner wall of the water pipe 3, so that the temperature sensor 80 transmits water temperature data to a display screen, people can check conveniently, the electromagnetic three-way valve 32 is controlled to be fully closed, and the motor 50 is controlled to operate to clean the inner wall of the water pipe 3 through the cleaning mechanism 4, the people need to close the air blower 33 and the heater 34, operate the electromagnetic three-way valve 32 to open a channel of the sewage pipe, further sewage is conveniently discharged, after the inner wall of the water pipe 3 is detected to be clean, the motor 50 can be manually closed, then the air blower 33 and the heater 34 are opened, clean water is further heated again, the temperature sensor 80 is used for detecting the water heating effect, after the water temperature is up to be qualified, the water temperature is increased, the electromagnetic three-way valve 32 is controlled to open the electromagnetic three-way valve is controlled to normally, and the channel is normally opened.
