As shown in fig. 1, a drain pipe 2 is arranged at the lower part of the water pan 1, and water in the water pan 1 can be discharged from the drain pipe 2; a water level monitoring device is arranged in the water pan 1. The water level monitoring device is used for sending a filth blockage signal when the water level in the water receiving tray is monitored to reach a preset water level h0 so as to prompt the drain pipe to be filth-blocked. When the drain pipe of the water pan is dirty and blocked, condensed water cannot be discharged, the water level in the water pan continuously rises, and the water level monitoring device sends a dirty and blocked signal when monitoring that the water level in the water pan reaches a preset water level. h1 is low level.
In a specific embodiment, the water level monitoring device comprises a float 3 and a proximity switch 4. The floater 3 can be suspended on the water surface and ascends along with the rise of the water level; the proximity switch 4 is arranged at the top of the water receiving tray 1, and when the water level in the water receiving tray 1 is higher than a preset water level, the floater 3 is in contact with the proximity switch 4, so that a circuit can be connected, and a filth blockage signal is sent. Specifically, the proximity switch is connected with a simple circuit in series and used for generating a filth blockage signal, and the signal is switched on to indicate that the early warning water level (preset water level) is reached, and the signal is switched off to indicate that the early warning water level is not reached. The dirty signal is the signal that the circuit is closed. The spacing mode of float includes: any one of injection molding part limiting, frame limiting and fine line limiting.
When the drain pipe 2 of the water pan 1 is dirty and blocked, condensed water cannot be discharged, the water level in the water pan continuously rises, the floater 3 rises along with the water level, and when the water level in the water pan is higher than a preset water level h0, the floater is in contact with the proximity switch, the circuit is connected, and a dirty and blocking signal is sent.
