The oil-resistant, sealed and non-leakage gasket part made of ePTFE for the airplane, the preparation method and the application of the gasket part have the beneficial effects that:
the product has various shapes and different sizes, has wide engineering performance and can meet the requirements of various aviation material specifications;
in addition, as the material can be processed into various shapes, the trouble of reprocessing by users is saved, so that the material can be more widely applied to advanced equipment industries and other industries with high efficiency, and the user cost is further reduced;
the problems of sealing, abrasion, corrosion and gap filling of joint surfaces of an OEM manufacturer and an operator can be solved;
the aircraft sealing material has the advantages of light weight, soft material, no need of curing, easiness in installation and capability of effectively saving time, is usually used as a substitute for a field forming sealing material, and can simplify the aircraft assembly process;

Claims (10)

1. An ePTFE oil resistant seal leak-tight gasket component for aircraft comprising:
a hydrophobic and oleophobic expanded polytetrafluoroethylene film layer;
the adhesion layer is compounded on the periphery of one side surface of the hydrophobic and oleophobic expanded polytetrafluoroethylene film layer;
the anti-sticking isolation paper layer covers the adhesion layer and the hydrophobic and oleophobic expanded polytetrafluoroethylene film layer;
the part of the hydrophobic and oleophobic expanded polytetrafluoroethylene film layer combined with the adhesion layer is the adhesion area of the gasket part, and the central area of the hydrophobic and oleophobic expanded polytetrafluoroethylene film layer is the action area of the gasket part.
2. The ePTFE oil-resistant sealed impermeable gasket part for the aircraft according to claim 1, wherein the hydrophobic and oleophobic expanded polytetrafluoroethylene membrane comprises an expanded polytetrafluoroethylene membrane coated with a hydrophobic and oleophobic finishing agent, and is formed by stacking a plurality of layers of hydrophobic and oleophobic expanded polytetrafluoroethylene membranes to form a dislocated nano-micro stereo pore group.
3. The ePTFE (expanded polyethylene) oil-resistant, sealed and leakproof gasket member for the aircraft as set forth in claim 2, wherein the pore size of the nano-micro stereo-pore group is in a range of 0.01 to 15 μm.
4. An aircraft ePTFE oil resistant seal leak-proof gasket member in accordance with claim 1, wherein said adhesion layer is an oil resistant and aging resistant pressure sensitive adhesive ring.
5. An ePTFE oil resistant sealed leakproof gasket component for aircraft according to claim 1, wherein the release barrier paper layer is a PET release film or paper.
6. An ePTFE oil resistant seal impermeable gasket member for aircraft according to claim 1 wherein the gasket member is in the form of a thin flat cylinder, a rectangular parallelepiped or a profile.
7. The ePTFE oil-resistant sealing non-leakage gasket component for aircraft as claimed in claim 1, wherein the adhesion region is further provided with uniformly distributed mounting holes, and the mounting holes are assembled with an aircraft fuel tank hole through fasteners to realize aircraft fuel tank sealing.
8. An aircraft ePTFE oil resistant seal leak proof gasket member as set forth in claim 1 wherein the gasket member is a flexible member capable of being flexed.
9. A preparation method of an ePTFE oil-resistant sealing and leakage-free gasket part for an airplane is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) production of expanded polytetrafluoroethylene film:
mixing the polytetrafluoroethylene dispersion resin and the liquid extrusion aid in proportion, prepressing the mixture into a cylinder blank, preparing the cylinder blank into a sheet by a calendering method, removing the extrusion aid, stretching and heat setting to finally prepare the expanded polytetrafluoroethylene microporous film;
(2) manufacturing a hydrophobic and oleophobic expanded polytetrafluoroethylene membrane:
preparing for unreeling the expanded polytetrafluoroethylene microporous film, coating a hydrophobic and oleophobic finishing agent on the expanded polytetrafluoroethylene microporous film for waterproof treatment and oleophobic treatment, drying and curing at low temperature to modify the opening, and carrying out inspection test and rolling to obtain a hydrophobic and oleophobic expanded polytetrafluoroethylene film;
(3) manufacture of aircraft ePTFE oil resistant seal leak-tight gasket components:
preparing for unreeling the hydrophobic and oleophobic expanded polytetrafluoroethylene membrane, continuously rolling and wrapping the hydrophobic and oleophobic expanded polytetrafluoroethylene membrane into a multi-layer film-wrapping cylinder, axially cutting the multi-layer film-wrapping cylinder, re-hot pressing and shaping to eliminate internal stress,
Then compounding one side of the expanded polytetrafluoroethylene film multi-layer material with low surface energy with the pressure sensitive adhesive tape, integrally forming, die cutting and processing, then removing the waste material of the pressure sensitive adhesive tape, and finally finishing inspection, qualified finished products, packaging and delivery.
10. Use of an ePTFE oil resistant seal impermeable gasket component for aircraft, wherein the gasket component is for use in an aircraft, comprising:

for providing sealing and surface protection at gaps and irregular surfaces between a plurality of successive cowlings and flaps.
