本发明涉及窗户,更具体的说是一种断桥隔热窗户。包括断桥铝窗框,安装在断桥铝窗框后端左部的合页Ⅰ,以及内窗,固接在内窗前端左部的连接部,连接部与合页Ⅰ连接以实现内窗关闭或打开断桥铝窗框,其特征在于,内窗的右侧设有通过孔Ⅰ,内窗前端的左侧通过合页Ⅱ连接有纱窗,纱窗的右侧设有内螺纹孔Ⅰ,纱窗与内窗平行时内螺纹孔Ⅰ与通过孔Ⅰ重合且纱窗与断桥铝窗框磁吸附,纱窗与内窗通过外螺纹件依次穿过通过孔Ⅰ以及旋入所述内螺纹孔Ⅰ内实现固定,目的是目的是可以将窗户与纱窗同步打开至室内。

本发明涉及窗户,更具体的说是一种断桥隔热窗户。
背景技术
断桥隔热窗户的基体又称之为断桥铝,隔热铝合金,断桥铝合金。其两面为铝材,中间用塑料型材腔体做断热材料,设计,兼顾了塑料和铝合金两种材料的优势,塑料型材腔体将导热性好的铝合金从中间断开,以隔绝热量流失通道,使得室外高温或低温无法进入室内,室内通过调节的适宜的热量得以保留;但在室外温度在30度左右时,无需电器调控温度,仅需开窗通风即可,但白天外出时,室内保持窗户打开增加空气流通,使得纱窗集尘量增多,而纱窗的拆装麻烦且在该过程下容易发生高空坠物,采用擦拭的效果不佳,喷射清洗的方式也会造成液体高空坠下,因此无法直接采取喷洗的方式。
发明内容
本发明提供一种断桥隔热窗户,目的是可以将窗户与纱窗同步打开至室内。
上述目的通过以下技术方案来实现:
一种断桥隔热窗户,包括断桥铝窗框,安装在断桥铝窗框后端左部的合页Ⅰ,以及内窗,固接在内窗前端左部的连接部,连接部与合页Ⅰ连接以实现内窗关闭或打开断桥铝窗框,其特征在于,内窗的右侧设有通过孔Ⅰ,内窗前端的左侧通过合页Ⅱ连接有纱窗,纱窗的右侧设有内螺纹孔Ⅰ,纱窗与内窗平行时内螺纹孔Ⅰ与通过孔Ⅰ重合且纱窗与断桥铝窗框磁吸附,纱窗与内窗通过外螺纹件依次穿过通过孔Ⅰ以及旋入所述内螺纹孔Ⅰ内实现固定。
还包括外窗,外窗的左右两端各固接一个轴Ⅰ,两个轴Ⅰ上分别转动连接一个安装座,断桥铝窗框内端面前上部的左右两端各设置一个安装口,两个安装座均固接在断桥铝窗框上且分别位于两个安装口内,外窗下部的上端面设有内螺纹孔Ⅱ,外窗下部的后端面设有插槽,插槽内插装有安全板,安全板的前后两侧均设有通过孔Ⅱ,能够利用外螺纹件Ⅰ旋入内螺纹孔Ⅱ且插入安全板前侧的通过孔Ⅱ内,断桥铝窗框下部的上端面设置的内螺纹孔Ⅱ,能够利用外螺纹件Ⅱ插入安全板后侧的通过孔Ⅱ内后再旋入内螺纹孔Ⅱ内。
外窗的左右两端均固定有布的一侧,布的另一侧固接在断桥铝窗框内端面左右两侧的前部。
还包括杆Ⅰ,杆Ⅰ的后部转动连接有轴Ⅱ,杆Ⅰ上设有左右导通的直槽口,以及杆Ⅱ,杆Ⅱ的前端转动连接有轴Ⅲ,杆Ⅱ的后端固接有插杆,插杆的左端固接有限位部;断桥铝窗框内端面的左右两端设有安装孔,其中轴Ⅱ固接在安装孔内,轴Ⅲ固接在外窗内端的左部。
内窗后端的右侧,以及外窗的下部均设有把手。

具体实施方式
一种断桥隔热窗户,如图1至3,包括断桥铝窗框11,所述断桥铝窗框11优选采用C型CT型或空腔型条,更优选采用空腔型条以实现腔体的分割,利用多腔体带来热量分隔的性能提升,优选的,采用的隔热条不应当分布太散,优选等线设置以产生等温线,隔热条宽度达到优选为24至35mm,优选采用穿条式隔热条;隔热条的材质优选为PA66。
进一步的,合页Ⅰ12固接在断桥铝窗框11后端的左部,根据与合页Ⅰ12连接的部件总重确定合页Ⅰ12的数量,如图1、4至7所示的,以及内窗21,为便于描述的,方位始终安装图1中的方位基准描述,连接部22固接在内窗21前端的左部,连接部22与合页Ⅰ12连接以实现内窗21关闭或打开断桥铝窗框11,合页Ⅰ12上是存在轴类构件的,连接部22转动连接在所述轴类构件上,内窗21的右侧设有通过孔Ⅰ23,内窗21前端的左侧通过合页Ⅱ24连接有纱窗25,纱窗25的右侧设有内螺纹孔Ⅰ,纱窗25与内窗21平行时内螺纹孔Ⅰ与通过孔Ⅰ23重合,断桥铝窗框11上可拆卸固接有铁块,纱窗25边框利用可拆卸的磁铁与断桥铝窗框11上的铁块实现磁吸附,纱窗25与内窗21通过外螺纹件27依次穿过通过孔Ⅰ23以及旋入所述内螺纹孔Ⅰ内实现固定;外螺纹件27上具有头部以抵在内窗21的后端面,当外螺纹件27保持旋入,打开内窗21时可以连着纱窗25一起打开,当旋出外螺纹件27时为仅打开内窗21,进而纱窗25可以打开至室内,在室内时在纱窗25下方放置容器,利用喷射液体的工具对纱窗25进行清洗,液体喷纸内窗21上流下至容器内,便于纱窗的清洗,也便于根据需要使用纱窗25或不使用纱窗25,不采用按压式的纱窗25打开方式可以避免手部接触窗框底部集尘地带将手弄脏。
目数过高影响透气性,因此纱窗25优选为18目。
所述内窗21的前端固接有围绕纱窗25且用于抵在断桥铝窗框11后端面的密封条26;
还包括外窗31,外窗31的左右两端各固接一个轴Ⅰ32,两个轴Ⅰ32上分别转动连接一个安装座33,断桥铝窗框11内端面前上部的左右两端各设置一个安装口15,两个安装座33均固接在断桥铝窗框11上且分别位于两个安装口15内,外窗31下部的上端面设有内螺纹孔Ⅱ34,外窗31下部的后端面设有插槽,插槽内插装有安全板36,安全板36的前后两侧均设有通过孔Ⅱ37,能够利用外螺纹件Ⅰ旋入内螺纹孔Ⅱ34且插入安全板36前侧的通过孔Ⅱ37内,如图2和3所示断桥铝窗框11下部的上端面设置的内螺纹孔Ⅱ13,能够利用外螺纹件Ⅱ插入安全板36后侧的通过孔Ⅱ37内后再旋入内螺纹孔Ⅱ13内,进而将安全板36固定,安全板36也可以保持外窗31的张开角度;
所述安全板36为不锈钢板且上端均匀分布有透气孔;为配合安全板36使用的,外窗31的左右两端均固定有布35的一侧,布35的另一侧固接在断桥铝窗框11内端面左右两侧的前部,布35的固定方式可以采用可拆卸的方案,如采用魔术贴刺毛面和绒毛面的配合,所述布35为玻璃纤维网格布,这样可以在无人的情况下长期保持外窗31的打开;孩童或宠物独自在家时,长期保持窗户打开仅采用纱窗的隔离仍具有安全隐患,当存在吸引注意力的外界声音,或昆虫和鸟等生物出现时,容易导致孩童或宠物出现爬窗现象,导致纱窗意外打开或损坏出现危险,而上述方案在为室内透气时不担心孩童或宠物因开窗而发生坠楼的危险;该方案的开窗方式也不担心雨季屋内积水;外窗31关闭时拆除安全板36时,内螺纹孔Ⅲ34可以和内螺纹孔Ⅱ13重合,内螺纹孔Ⅲ34的内径大于内螺纹孔Ⅱ13的内径,利用外螺纹件先穿过内螺纹孔Ⅲ34后旋入内螺纹孔Ⅱ13完成外窗31的固定。
进一步的,如图还包括杆Ⅰ41,杆Ⅰ41的后部转动连接有轴Ⅱ42,杆Ⅰ41上设有左右导通的直槽口43,以及杆Ⅱ44,杆Ⅱ44的前端转动连接有轴Ⅲ45,杆Ⅱ44的后端固接有插杆46,插杆46的左端固接有限位部47;断桥铝窗框11内端面的左右两端设有安装孔14,其中轴Ⅱ42固接在安装孔14内,轴Ⅲ45固接在外窗31内端的左部,在安全板36使用时,插杆46位于直槽口43的前部,实现外窗31最大开合的限位,杆Ⅰ41和杆Ⅱ44的连接处向下凹陷,以便于关闭外窗31时杆Ⅰ41和杆Ⅱ44自然聚拢;本申请的方案便于使用在多窗口的阳台设计方案,特别是设置在主窗户下,作为副窗户使用,若为左右两侧独立的窗户时,本方案也可以在一侧,另一侧为常规的平开窗方案。

1.一种断桥隔热窗户,包括断桥铝窗框(11),安装在断桥铝窗框(11)后端左部的合页Ⅰ(12),以及内窗(21),固接在内窗(21)前端左部的连接部(22),连接部(22)与合页Ⅰ(12)连接以实现内窗(21)关闭或打开断桥铝窗框(11),其特征在于,内窗(21)的右侧设有通过孔Ⅰ(23),内窗(21)前端的左侧通过合页Ⅱ(24)连接有纱窗(25),纱窗(25)的右侧设有内螺纹孔Ⅰ,纱窗(25)与内窗(21)平行时内螺纹孔Ⅰ与通过孔Ⅰ(23)重合且纱窗(25)与断桥铝窗框(11)磁吸附,纱窗(25)与内窗(21)通过外螺纹件(27)依次穿过通过孔Ⅰ(23)以及旋入所述内螺纹孔Ⅰ内实现固定。

3.根据权利要求1所述的断桥隔热窗户,所述纱窗(25)为18目。
4.根据权利要求1所述的断桥隔热窗户,所述内窗(21)的前端固接有围绕纱窗(25)且用于抵在断桥铝窗框(11)后端面的密封条(26)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的断桥隔热窗户,还包括外窗(31),外窗(31)的左右两端各固接一个轴Ⅰ(32),两个轴Ⅰ(32)上分别转动连接一个安装座(33),断桥铝窗框(11)内端面前上部的左右两端各设置一个安装口(15),两个安装座(33)均固接在断桥铝窗框(11)上且分别位于两个安装口(15)内,外窗(31)下部的上端面设有内螺纹孔Ⅱ(34),外窗(31)下部的后端面设有插槽,插槽内插装有安全板(36),安全板(36)的前后两侧均设有通过孔Ⅱ(37),能够利用外螺纹件Ⅰ旋入内螺纹孔Ⅱ(34)且插入安全板(36)前侧的通过孔Ⅱ(37)内,断桥铝窗框(11)下部的上端面设置的内螺纹孔Ⅱ(13),能够利用外螺纹件Ⅱ插入安全板(36)后侧的通过孔Ⅱ(37)内后再旋入内螺纹孔Ⅱ(13)内。
6.根据权利要求5所述的断桥隔热窗户,所述安全板(36)为不锈钢板且上端均匀分布有透气孔。
7.根据权利要求6所述的断桥隔热窗户,外窗(31)的左右两端均固定有布(35)的一侧,布(35)的另一侧固接在断桥铝窗框(11)内端面左右两侧的前部。
8.根据权利要求7所述的断桥隔热窗户,所述布(35)为玻璃纤维网格布。
