Abstract
The invention relates to a device for assisting in transporting and hoisting double-sided laminated wallboards, which comprises double-sided laminated wallboards, an upper supporting component, a lower supporting component, a footing component and bolts; when the double-sided laminated wallboard is on one side, the bottoms of the outer leaf plate and the inner leaf plate have high and low fall, and at least two vertically embedded penetrating sleeves are arranged on the leaf plate on one side with the higher bottom at the same height; the upper supporting part comprises a U-shaped plate, and the lower part of the U-shaped plate is fixedly connected with a sleeve with an internal thread at the lower end; the upper end of the lower supporting component is provided with external threads matched with the internal threads, and the lower end of the lower supporting component is fixedly connected with a sliding block; the bottom foot component is a strip-shaped sliding rail matched with the sliding block in the direction; the bolts penetrate through the U-shaped plate and the sleeve, so that the upper supporting part is fixedly connected with the leaf plate at the side with the higher bottom.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a device for assisting in transporting and hoisting double-sided laminated wallboards, and belongs to the technical field of prefabricated component transportation and auxiliary assembly.
Background
The existing prefabricated laminated wallboard generally adopts an A-shaped goods shelf or a straight goods shelf during transportation, and the prefabricated double-sided laminated wallboard is basically in an upright or inclined posture during transportation.
For a common double sided composite wall panel, the lower edges of the inner and outer leaves are flush as shown in fig. 3-4, and because the prefabricated wall panel is transported book-on-book during transportation, the normal wall panel is not problematic in the transportation and installation links.
Special case one: wall panels with non-flush bottoms, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, for example, cannot be prefabricated due to interlayer concave-convex lines on the bottoms of the outer blades, and the outer blades of the wall panels cannot be prefabricated together due to the bottom line modeling. Therefore, the positions of the lines of the outer blades are not prefabricated, so that the heights of the inner blades and the outer blades are inconsistent; only the inner blade (50-60 mm thick) is supported, the outer blade is easy to damage and the wallboard component is easy to topple during transportation and hoisting, and great potential safety hazards exist.
Special case two: for the double-sided laminated wallboard with the upper beam, as shown in fig. 7 and 8, the position of the inner leaf plate is in the beam range, and the lower edges of the inner leaf plate and the outer leaf plate are not flush because the construction process cannot be preformed together with the wallboard; only the outer blade (50-60 mm thick) is supported, the outer blade is easy to damage and the wallboard component is easy to topple during transportation and hoisting, and great potential safety hazards exist.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a device for assisting in transporting and hoisting double-sided laminated wallboards, which solves the problem of safety in transporting and hoisting double-sided laminated wallboards with uneven lower edges.
The invention adopts the following technical scheme:
the device for assisting the transportation and hoisting of the double-sided laminated wallboard comprises the double-sided laminated wallboard, an upper supporting component 1, a lower supporting component 2, a footing component 3 and a bolt 4; when the double-sided laminated wallboard is used for side-to-side, the bottoms of the outer leaf plate and the inner leaf plate have high and low fall, and at least two vertically embedded penetrating sleeves are arranged on the leaf plate at the same height on one side with the higher bottom; the upper supporting part 1 comprises a U-shaped plate, and the lower part of the U-shaped plate is fixedly connected with a sleeve with an internal thread at the lower end; the upper end of the lower supporting part 2 is provided with external threads matched with the internal threads, and the lower end of the lower supporting part is fixedly connected with a sliding block; the bottom foot part 3 is an elongated sliding rail which is matched with the sliding block in the direction; the bolts 4 penetrate through the U-shaped plate and the sleeve, so that the upper supporting part 1 is fixedly connected with the side blade plate with the higher bottom.
Preferably, the sliding block is in a cuboid shape, and a guide rail space inside the strip-shaped sliding rail is also in a cuboid shape.
Preferably, a pair of holes for the bolts 4 to pass through are reserved on the U-shaped plate.
Preferably, the slider is screwed with the lower support member 2.
Preferably, two vertically embedded penetrating sleeves are arranged on the blade plate on one side with the higher bottom at the same height, and two corresponding upper support parts 1 and lower support parts 2 are respectively arranged.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1) The lower edges of the side-standing double-sided prefabricated laminated wallboards are flush, so that the problems of transportation and hoisting of the double-sided prefabricated laminated wallboards with uneven lower edges are solved;
2) The lower supporting component can slide freely on the bottom foot component, and is flexibly placed according to the positioning of a designer, so that the applicability is good;
3) The foot component is a sliding rail and has a certain bearing capacity, so that the foot component is convenient to use on uneven ground;
4) The height of the foot can be adjusted by the screw thread between the upper support member and the lower support member;
5) Can be repeatedly used, and is economical and environment-friendly.

Referring to fig. 1-2, a device for assisting in transporting and lifting double-sided laminated wall panels comprises a double-sided laminated wall panel, an upper support member 1, a lower support member 2, a foot member 3 and bolts 4.
Referring to fig. 7-8, when the double-sided laminated wallboard is used for side-to-side, the bottoms of the outer leaf plates and the inner leaf plates have height differences.
Referring to fig. 9-10, at least two vertically embedded penetrating sleeves are arranged on the side blade plate with the higher bottom at the same height; referring to fig. 1-2, the upper supporting component 1 comprises a U-shaped plate, and the lower part of the U-shaped plate is fixedly connected with a sleeve with an internal thread at the lower end; the upper end of the lower supporting part 2 is provided with external threads matched with the internal threads, and the lower end of the lower supporting part is fixedly connected with a sliding block; the bottom foot part 3 is an elongated sliding rail which is matched with the sliding block in the direction; the bolts 4 penetrate through the U-shaped plate and the sleeve, so that the upper supporting part 1 is fixedly connected with the side blade plate with the higher bottom.

s7, binding upturned beam steel bars and other additional steel bars;
s8, installing the template, fixing, and then pouring concrete.
The invention can enable the lower edges of the side-standing double-sided prefabricated laminated wallboards to be flush, and solves the problems of transportation and hoisting of double-sided prefabricated laminated wallboards with uneven lower edges; the lower supporting component can slide freely on the bottom foot component, and is flexibly placed according to the positioning of a designer, so that the applicability is good; the foot component is a sliding rail and has a certain bearing capacity, so that the foot component is convenient to use on uneven ground; the height of the foot can be adjusted by the screw thread between the upper support member and the lower support member; can be repeatedly used, and is economical and environment-friendly.
