The invention relates to an avoiding structure of a shuttle car running in the same direction under the condition of intensive storage, which belongs to the technical field of shuttle car dispatching of a storage system. The invention solves the problem of vehicle blockage, and can maintain and improve the efficiency of goods entering and exiting the warehouse while obviously increasing goods carrying vehicles under the condition of dense warehousing.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of shuttle scheduling of a storage system, and particularly relates to an avoiding structure, an avoiding type goods shelf and an avoiding method of a shuttle running in the same direction under the condition of intensive storage.
Background
Under the condition of dense warehousing, efficient cargo warehousing and ex-warehousing operation scheduling is needed, but under the condition of a plurality of shuttle cars, efficient warehousing and ex-warehousing operation is greatly restricted by the shuttle cars running in the same direction. A large number of scheduling algorithms are developed at present, the problems of shuttle scheduling and goods carrying efficiency improvement under the dense warehousing condition are solved, and the shuttle scheduling effect is poor under the condition that a plurality of shuttles exist in the dense warehousing space. How to avoid by the shuttle car solves the problem of efficiency of goods warehousing and delivery under the existing intensive warehousing condition, and is one of the important challenges faced at present.
The difficulty in solving the above problems lies in: in the existing storage shelf, a shuttle vehicle walking track (main track) is usually positioned between two rows of shelves. The shuttle car can not avoid in the direction vertical to the track, if the shuttle car avoids downwards, the space of the bottom of the goods shelf is narrow, and the shuttle car has great difficulty when entering the bottom of the goods shelf to avoid.
Disclosure of Invention
The purpose of the invention is: the avoidance structure, the avoidance type goods shelf and the avoidance method of the shuttle car running in the same direction under the intensive storage condition are provided, so that the goods carrying vehicles are obviously increased, and meanwhile, the goods entering and exiting efficiency is kept and improved.

Detailed Description
The present invention is described in further detail below with reference to fig. 1 to 12. The original structure of the goods shelf is shown in figure 1, the shuttle car 4 can only walk in a straight line in a fixed track, and if the shuttle car 4 on the same track is encountered, the shuttle car cannot avoid the track.
In order to enable two shuttles 4 on the same track to be capable of avoiding, the invention discloses an avoiding structure, an avoiding type goods shelf and an avoiding method of the shuttles 4 running in the same direction, wherein the structure part comprises a main track 2 arranged on the goods shelf 1, the shuttles 4 moving along the main track 2, an avoiding track 3 arranged on the goods shelf 1 and an avoiding mechanism 5 moving along the avoiding track 3.
The avoidance track 3 is arranged right below the main track 2 and used for the movement of a bearing vehicle 53 of the avoidance mechanism 5; shuttle 4 is provided with wheels 41 movable on main track 2, and wheels 41 of shuttle 4 can realize track change by moving along splines. Fig. 4 is a wheel tread when the shuttle 4 normally travels with freight, and fig. 5 is a wheel tread when the shuttle 4 performs the avoidance function.
The avoidance mechanism 5 comprises a bearing vehicle 53 arranged on the avoidance track 3, a lifting mechanism 52 arranged on the bearing vehicle 53, and a supporting plate 51 arranged on the lifting mechanism 52; the bearing vehicle 53 moves along the avoidance track 3 and is responsible for conveying the avoidance mechanism 5 to the position below the shuttle vehicle 4 needing to be avoided; the lifting mechanism 52 is responsible for driving the supporting plate 51 to lift; pallet 51 is responsible for holding shuttle 4.
The avoidance method comprises the following steps:
1. as shown in fig. 6, the shuttle 4 travels along the main track 2, at this time, avoidance is performed, the system identifies the position of the shuttle 4 to be avoided, and the avoidance mechanism 5 moves under the shuttle 4 under the driving of the carrying vehicle 53 (the shuttle 4 travels along the avoidance track 3 under the main track 2);
2. as shown in fig. 7, the lifting mechanism 52 drives the pallet 51 to rise to the height of the shuttle 4;
3. as shown in fig. 8, the track of the wheel 41 of the shuttle 4 is shortened and the wheel is brought into contact with the raised pallet 51, that is, the shuttle 4 is entirely transferred to the pallet 51;
4. as shown in fig. 9, the lifting mechanism 52 drives the supporting plate 51 and the shuttle 4 to integrally descend, so that the main track 2 is free, and the shuttle 4 avoiding function is realized;
when the shuttle 4 is avoided, the invention also executes the following functions:
1. as shown in fig. 10, the shuttle car 4 and the pallet 51 are raised to the height of the main rail 2 by the lifting mechanism 52;
2. as shown in fig. 11, the track width of the shuttle 4 is increased, so that the wheels 41 contact the main track 2, that is, the shuttle 4 returns to the main track 2;
3. as shown in fig. 12, the pallet 51 descends and separates from the shuttle car 4, the shuttle car 4 continues to travel on the main track 2, and the evacuation mechanism 5 stands by to evacuate next time.
