So that one end face of the tire 5 can press against the rolling rod 29 and rotate circumferentially on the rolling rod 29 about the axis of the auxiliary rotating pad 28.
Therefore, the novel full-rotation tug tire fastening device is reasonable in structural design and high in tire installation efficiency, can effectively reduce the tire wear degree, effectively prolong the service life of the tire and reduce the use cost of the tire; meanwhile, the novel full-rotation tug tire fastening device is provided with the rotation transmission part, the height adjusting part, the fastening part and the fastening power part, wherein the fastening power part drives the fastening part to rotate in the height adjusting part through the rotation transmission part, and the rotating fastening part moves axially under the reverse action of the height adjusting part so as to fasten the tire on the fixing part quickly, so that the tire mounting efficiency is improved.

Claims (7)

1. A novel full-rotation tug tire fastening device, comprising:
the fixing piece is arranged on the outer side surface of the hull body and plays a role in supporting and fixing the tire;
the rotary fastening piece is arranged on the fixed piece and comprises a rotary fastening piece, a fastening power piece, a rotary locking piece and an auxiliary rotary piece, wherein the rotary fastening piece and the fastening power piece are arranged on the fixed piece, the rotary locking piece is arranged on the rotary fastening piece, and the auxiliary rotary piece is arranged on the outer side surface of the hull body; the rotary fastening piece comprises a rotary transmission piece, a height adjusting piece and a fastening piece, wherein the rotary transmission piece and the height adjusting piece are arranged on the fixing piece, and the fastening piece is arranged on the rotary transmission piece and the height adjusting piece;
the fastening power piece drives the fastening piece to rotate in the height adjusting piece through the rotation transmission piece, and the rotating fastening piece moves along the axial direction under the reverse action of the height adjusting piece so as to fasten the tire on the fixing piece;
the fixed piece comprises a fixed pipe, a rotating pipe, a protection ring and a thrust ball bearing, wherein one end of the fixed pipe is arranged on the outer side surface of the hull body, the rotating pipe is sleeved outside the fixed pipe, the protection ring is in a circular ring plate shape, the protection ring is arranged at the other end of the fixed pipe, and one end of the thrust ball bearing is arranged on the free end surface of the protection ring;
the rotary transmission piece comprises a rotary transmission seat, a rotary transmission pipe and a rotary transmission gear, one end of the rotary transmission seat is arranged on the inner wall of the fixed pipe, and the rotary transmission pipe penetrates through the rotary transmission seat to enable the rotary transmission pipe to circumferentially rotate on the rotary transmission seat; the rotary transmission gear is fixedly sleeved on the rotary transmission pipe;
the rotary locking piece comprises a locking fixed pipe, a locking transmission rod, a spring, a locking block, a locking ring and a unlocking block, wherein the locking fixed pipe is arranged on the rotary transmission seat, a guiding locking strip through hole is formed in the side wall of the locking fixed pipe, one end of the locking transmission rod penetrates through the locking fixed pipe, the spring is embedded in the locking fixed pipe, the spring is sleeved outside the locking transmission rod, one end of the spring is connected with the locking transmission rod, and the other end of the spring is fixedly connected with the end face of the locking fixed pipe.
