Abstract
The present invention relates to a storage folder having an opening portion on two adjacent sides. This accomodate file folder has: a first sheet part having a first cut-in part inwardly dented at least at one edge part thereof; and a second sheet portion that is provided so as to overlap with the first sheet portion and has a second cut portion that is recessed inward at least at one edge portion thereof. A part of the second sheet portion is exposed from the first cut portion, and a part of the first sheet portion is exposed from the second cut portion.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a storage folder.
Background
In the related art, a file formed by joining edge portions of one or two sheets is widely used. The file folder with the thin feature is very suitable for accommodating various files. In order to quickly find a desired file and quickly open a folder among a large number of folders in which various types of files are stored, a folder having an index element storage section has been developed, for example, patent document 1.
In patent document 1, a new index element can be easily arranged based on the index element housing section 3 that can easily perform opening and closing work, and a desired file can be found and a folder can be opened. However, the thin document made of a sheet material has a problem that it is difficult to open the folder and insert and remove the document due to the characteristics of the thin upper and lower surfaces, and particularly, it is difficult to open the folder due to the difference in the opening direction of the folder for a user who is good only at using one hand.

The invention provides a storage folder which is convenient for opening the folder by any one hand to take a file. According to this accomodate the file, no matter the user can both simply open the file with left hand or right hand, carries out the access of file, even if the file is in the user state of difference moreover, the user also can both simply open the file with arbitrary unilateral hand, conveniently accesses the file.
One type of storage folder has an open portion on two adjacent sides. This accomodate file has: a first sheet material portion having a first cut-in portion recessed inward at least at one edge portion thereof; and a second sheet portion that is provided so as to overlap with the first sheet portion and has a second cut portion that is recessed inward at least at one edge portion thereof. A part of the second sheet portion is exposed from the first cut portion, and a part of the first sheet portion is exposed from the second cut portion.
In the storage document of this aspect, two adjacent sides of the four sides of the folder are open, and the four sides serve as open portions of the folder, so that the document can be placed therein. Since the cut portions are recessed toward the inside of the folder along the sheet plane, a part of the first sheet portion and a part of the second sheet portion are exposed from the corresponding cut portions, respectively, and it is possible to ensure that a user can easily open the folder with any one-sided hand.
In the storage folder, the first sheet portion and the second sheet portion have a shape whose outer shape is based on a quadrangle; the first cut portion and the second cut portion are portions where the edge portions are recessed inward.
The first sheet portion and the second sheet portion may have rectangular, square, or other rectangular shapes, or may have a chamfer or the like.
In the storage folder, the first cut portion and the second cut portion are formed at mutually opposing edge portions of the first sheet portion and the second sheet portion.
The first sheet portion and the second sheet portion have edge portions at both the open portions, and the first cut-in portion and the second cut-in portion are formed at the edge portions. The edge portion of the first sheet portion is disposed to face the edge portion of the second sheet portion.
In the storage folder, the first cut-in portion and the second cut-in portion are formed adjacent to each other at mutually opposing edge portions of the first sheet portion and the second sheet portion.
In the storage folder, the first cut-in portion and the second cut-in portion are formed along respective edge portions, and a length dimension of the first cut-in portion and a length dimension of the second cut-in portion are 40% to 60% of an entire length dimension of the edge portion where the first cut-in portion and the second cut-in portion are located.
In the storage folder, the first cut-in portion and the second cut-in portion are provided at edge portions of different sides of the opening portion.
In the storage folder, the first cut portion and the second cut portion are formed at respective edge portions of both sides of the open portion.
According to the storage folder of the invention, the first sheet part and the second sheet part are provided with the protruding parts exposed from the cut parts, so that the user can easily open the storage folder by only one hand at any use state, and the file is convenient to access.

Detailed Description
The storage folder a according to the first embodiment will be described below with reference to the drawings. Fig. 1 is a plan view of the storage folder a. Fig. 2 is a perspective view of the storage folder a.
As shown in fig. 1, the storage folder a includes a first sheet portion 1 and a2 nd sheet portion 2. The first sheet portion 1 and the 2 nd sheet portion 2 each have an outline in a shape based on a quadrangle. The 2 nd sheet portion 2 is arranged to overlap the first sheet portion 1. The first sheet portion 1 and the 2 nd sheet portion 2 are not connected at two adjacent sides, and constitute an open portion 3. The first sheet portion 1 and the 2 nd sheet portion 2 are connected to each other on two adjacent sides to constitute a connecting portion 4. When storing documents, the documents are put into the storage folder a from the opening portion 3, between the first sheet portion 1 and the second sheet portion 2. The first sheet portion 1 and the 2 nd sheet portion 2 connected together by the connecting portion 4 constitute a storage portion of a document, and realize a storage function.
In fig. 1, the sides constituting the open portion 3 are the upper side and the right side. The upper side is the first side A1 of the folder and the right side is the second side A2 of the folder. The first sheet portion 1 and the 2 nd sheet portion 2 are not connected to each other at the first side a1 and the second side a2, and constitute the open portion 3. The sides constituting the connecting portion 4 are the lower side and the left side. The side at the lower side is the third side A3 of the folder and the side at the left side is the fourth side a4 of the folder. The first sheet portion 1 and the 2 nd sheet portion 2 are connected to each other at a third side A3 and a fourth side a4 to constitute a connecting portion 4. In the following description, the top, bottom, left, and right sides refer to the top, bottom, left, and right sides of the folder shown on the paper in fig. 1. In detail, the first side a1 is located at an upper side, and the third side A3 is located at a lower side. The second side A2 is located on the right side and the fourth side A4 is located on the left side. These directions are defined for convenience of explanation, and do not limit the arrangement direction and the use direction of the folder.
As shown in fig. 2, the edge portion 1a of the first sheet portion 1 at the first side a1 has a first cut-in portion 11. The first cut-in portion 11 is recessed from the first edge a1 toward the inside of the storage folder a in a direction parallel to the plane of the sheet at the edge portion 1a of the first sheet portion 1. The edge portion 1b at the second side a2 has a first cut-in 12. The first cutout portion 12 is recessed from the second side a2 toward the inside of the storage folder a in a direction parallel to the plane of the sheet at the edge portion 1b of the first sheet portion 1.
The edge portion 2a of the second sheet portion 2 at the first side a1 has a second cut portion 21. The second cut portion 21 is recessed from the first edge a1 toward the inside of the storage folder a in a direction parallel to the plane of the sheet at the edge portion 2a of the second sheet portion 2. The edge portion 2b at the second side a2 has the second cut-in portion 22. The second cut portion 22 is recessed from the second edge a2 toward the inside of the storage folder a in a direction parallel to the plane of the sheet at the edge portion 2b of the second sheet portion 2.
The edge portions 1a, 1b of the first sheet portion 1 are the periphery of the first sheet portion 1 along the open portion 3. The edge portions 2a, 2b of the second sheet portion 2 are the periphery of the second sheet portion 2 along the open portion 3. In the figures, there is no clear distinction between each edge portion and the main body of each sheet portion. There may also be a distinct distinction between each edge portion and the main body of each sheet portion. The inner side of the storage folder a is the side where the connecting portion 4 of the storage folder a is located. The outer side of the storage folder a is the side opposite to the inner side.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the first cut portions 11 and 12 and the second cut portions 21 and 22 are portions in which the edge portions thereof are recessed inward. The first cut portion and the second cut portion do not overlap in a direction perpendicular to the paper surface. Thereby, a part of the second sheet portion 2 is exposed from the first cut-in portions 11 and 12, and the part of the second sheet portion exposed from the first cut-in portions serves as a second protruding portion 2T for opening the storage folder. A part of the first sheet member portion 1 is exposed from the second cut portions 21 and 22. The portion of the first sheet portion exposed from the second cut portion serves as a first protruding portion 1T for opening the storage folder.
The respective edge portions 1a and 1b of the first sheet portion 1 and the respective edge portions 2a and 2b of the second sheet portion 2 face each other in a direction perpendicular to the paper surface. For example, at the first side a1, the edge portion 1a of the first sheet portion 1 opposes the edge portion 2a of the second sheet portion 2. The first cut portion 11 is formed along the edge portion 1a, and the second cut portion 21 is formed along the edge portion 2 a. The first cut portion 11 and the second cut portion 21 are arranged adjacent to each other in the direction in which the first side a1 extends.
At the second side a2, the edge portion 1b of the first sheet portion 1 opposes the edge portion 2b of the second sheet portion 2. The first cut portion 12 is formed along the edge portion 1b, and the second cut portion 22 is formed along the edge portion 2 b. The first cut portion 12 and the second cut portion 22 are arranged adjacent to each other in the direction in which the second side a2 extends.
In fig. 1 and 2, the length of the first incisions 11, 12 is 50% of the entire length of the edge portions in the direction of the first side a1 and the second side a2, thereby ensuring that there is no overlap of the first incisions with the second incisions in the direction perpendicular to the plane of the paper. The length of the first cut-in portion is not limited. The length of the first cutouts 11, 12 may be 40% to 60% of the entire length of the edge portion in the direction of the first side a1 and the second side a 2. The lengths of the second cut portions 21, 22 may be set in the same manner. Thus, the first cut portion and the second cut portion may partially overlap in a direction perpendicular to the paper surface.
In the storage folder according to the present embodiment, the first sheet portion 1 and the 2 nd sheet portion 2 are both shaped based on a quadrangle. The first sheet portion 1 and the 2 nd sheet portion 2 may have polygonal or other shapes in outer shapes. For example, outer edges of different shapes may extend outward from the connecting portion for fun and decorative effects. A search unit or the like may extend from the connection unit to place a search index.
In the storage folder of the present embodiment, the first sheet portion 1 and the 2 nd sheet portion 2 have the open portions 3 at least at two adjacent sides. And are connected to each other at least in two mutually perpendicular directions. That is, the first sheet portion 1 and the 2 nd sheet portion 2 may have an open portion on both sides or a portion of both sides. The first sheet portion 1 and the 2 nd sheet portion 2 may be connected to each other on two or more sides, and for example, the first sheet portion 1 and the 2 nd sheet portion 2 may be in a connected state at a part of the third side A3, the fourth side a4, and the second side a2, that is, a connecting portion for accommodating folders may be configured by a part of the third side A3, the fourth side a4, and the second side a 2.
In the present embodiment, one first cut portion 11 is formed in the edge portion 1a, one second cut portion 21 is formed in the edge portion 2a, and the first cut portion and the second cut portion are disposed adjacent to each other. However, the number of the first cut portions 11 and the second cut portions 21 in each edge portion of the first side a1 is not limited to one, and may be plural. The first cut portion 11 and the second cut portion 21 may not be arranged adjacent to each other, the first cut portion 11 and the second cut portion 21 may be arranged partially overlapping with each other, and the first cut portion 11 and the second cut portion 21 may be arranged overlapping with each other at a predetermined distance. The cut portions may be provided along the respective edge portions of the second side a2 in the same manner, and detailed description thereof will be omitted.
In the storage folder of the present embodiment, the first cut portion 11 is formed along the edge portion 1a of the first sheet portion 1 and the second cut portion 21 is formed along the edge portion 2a of the 2 nd sheet portion 2 on the first side a1 of the opening portion 3. In the second side a2 of the open portion 3, a first cut portion 12 is formed along the edge portion 1b of the first sheet portion 1, and a second cut portion 22 is formed along the edge portion 2b of the 2 nd sheet portion 2. However, the distribution of the first and second cut portions is not limited to the first and second cut portions being provided on both the first and second sides. Only the first cut 11 may be formed along the edge 1a of the first sheet portion 1 on the first side a1, and only the second cut 22 may be formed along the edge 2b of the 2 nd sheet portion 2 on the second side a2, that is, the first cut and the second cut may be provided at the edge of different sides of the open portion. The first and second cut portions may be formed simultaneously only on one of the first and second sides, that is, the first and second cut portions may be formed simultaneously on the edge portion of one of the two sides of the opening portion, and the first and second cut portions may be formed on the edge portion of the same side of the opening portion. The edge portions of the first and second sheet portions may be formed as rounded chamfers between the first and second edges. The edge portions of the first and second sheet portions may be smoothly connected between the first and second edges without distinct boundaries. For example, the edge portion of the first side and the edge portion of the second side are connected in a circular or circular arc shape.
According to the storage folder of the present invention, since a part of the second sheet portion 2 is exposed from the first cut-in portion and a part of the first sheet portion 1 is exposed from the second cut-in portion, it is possible to ensure that both the first sheet portion and the second sheet portion have the protruding portions exposed from the entire storage folder, that is, the first sheet portion has the first protruding portion 1T and the second sheet portion has the second protruding portion 2T. Therefore, when a user needs to open the storage folder, the user can easily open the storage folder only by lifting the protruding part exposed from the cut-in part with a finger. Further, since the upper and lower sheet portions of the storage folder each have the protruding portion exposed from the cut portion, the storage folder can be easily opened by either the left hand or the right hand, and even when the opening directions are different depending on the placement state of the storage folder, the user can easily open the storage folder by either the left hand or the right hand.
For example, in fig. 1, the opening direction of the storage folder a is on the right side, the first sheet portion 1 is on the upper side, and the second sheet portion 2 is on the lower side, so that the user can simply open the storage folder by only lifting the protruding portion of the first sheet portion. When the storage folder in fig. 1 is turned over such that the first sheet portion 1 is located at the lower side and the second sheet portion 2 is located at the upper side, the user simply opens the storage folder by lifting the protruding portion of the second sheet portion.
According to the present invention, since the first sheet portion and the second sheet portion each have the protruding portion exposed from the cut portion, it is possible to ensure that the user can easily open the storage folder with only one hand in any use state.
In the above description, the embodiments of the present invention have been described, but the present invention is not limited to the embodiments, and various modifications can be made within the scope conforming to the gist of the present invention.
Claims (7)
1. A storage folder having an open portion on two adjacent sides, comprising:
a first sheet material portion having a first cut-in portion recessed inward at least at one edge portion thereof; and
a second sheet part provided to overlap with the first sheet part and having a second cut portion recessed inward at least at one edge portion thereof,
a part of the second sheet part is exposed from the first cut-in portion, and a part of the first sheet part is exposed from the second cut-in portion.
2. The receiving folder of claim 1, wherein:
the first sheet portion and the second sheet portion are in a shape whose outer shape is based on a quadrangle,
the first cut portion and the second cut portion are portions where the edge portions are recessed inward.
3. The receiving folder of claim 1, wherein:
the first cut portion and the second cut portion are formed at mutually opposing edge portions of the first sheet portion and the second sheet portion.
4. The receiving folder of claim 1, wherein:
the first cut portion and the second cut portion are formed so as to be adjacent to each other at mutually opposing edge portions of the first sheet portion and the second sheet portion.
5. The receiving folder of claim 4, wherein:
the first cut portion and the second cut portion are formed along respective edge portions,
the length of the first cut portion and the length of the second cut portion are 40% to 60% of the total length of the edge portion where the first cut portion and the second cut portion are located.
6. The receiving folder according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that:
the first cut-in portion and the second cut-in portion are provided at respective edge portions of different sides of the opening portion.
7. The stowing folder according to any one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that:
the first cut-in portion and the second cut-in portion are formed at respective edge portions of both sides of the open portion.
