Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a book cover and a book article with the book cover.
Background
In the prior art, the book is widely used as writing articles and reading articles, such as books, notebooks with replaceable inner pages and the like. Such books usually have two skins, an upper skin and a lower skin. However, in real life, two skins of various books are easy to damage and are scattered inadvertently, which brings inconvenience to users. In order to protect the book cover, a user uses a book cover, for example, patent document 1.
In patent document 1, and in order to prevent the book being read from being accidentally closed, fixing bars 5, 8 for fixing the inner pages of the book are provided. The fixing strips 5, 8 also serve to bind the upper and lower skins of the book after reading so that they do not separate.
However, in many books, some books themselves have straps that can bind the upper and lower sheets of the book. For such a book with a binding band, the cover case in patent document 1 would make the binding band of the book itself unable to function and not able to be stored properly.

Detailed Description
Hereinafter, a book cover of the embodiment will be described with reference to fig. 1. Fig. 1 is a plan view showing a cover of a book in an unfolded state.
In fig. 1, a book cover 100 has a first cover 1 and a second cover 2. The first envelope 1 and the second envelope 2 are connected to each other in the transverse direction. The second envelope 2 is freely openable and closable with respect to the first envelope 1. The first envelope 1 can be freely opened and closed with respect to the second envelope 2. The surface of the inside of the first envelope 1 has a first retaining portion 11. The surface of the inside of the second jacket 2 has a second holding portion 21. When the first envelope 1 and the second envelope 2 are closed, the first holding portion 11 and the second holding portion 21 are opposed to each other. The band exterior 4 is provided in the second holding portion 21. The band exterior part 4 is a slit having a long and narrow shape, and is formed vertically at an edge part on the opening side of the second holding part 21 as an insertion part. As described later, the band exterior 4 is used to expose the band 33 attached to the surface of book 3.
In the following description, the direction in which the first envelope 1 and the second envelope 2 are aligned in fig. 1 is referred to as a lateral direction, i.e., a left-right direction of the paper surface in fig. 1. A direction perpendicular to the arrangement direction of the first and second envelopes 1 and 2 in fig. 1 is referred to as a vertical direction, i.e., an up-down direction of the sheet in fig. 1. A portion of the first and second envelopes 1 and 2 in fig. 1 is referred to as a connection side, and an end side of the first and second envelopes 1 and 2 in fig. 1, which is freely opened and closed relative to each other, is referred to as an opening side. The side of the cover 100 for receiving the book 3 is referred to as the inner side of the cover 100, and the side opposite to the inner side is referred to as the outer side of the cover 100. The above directions are set for convenience of explanation, and the arrangement direction of each component in the cover of the book is not limited.
The cover 100 can be used for various books such as books, notebooks with replaceable inner pages, and the like. As shown in fig. 2, a notebook with replaceable inner pages will be explained as an example of book 3. For convenience of explanation, a plurality of inner pages representing the notebook are omitted in fig. 2 and 3, and only the upper cover 31 and the lower cover 32 of the notebook as the book 3 are shown. A drawstring 33 is attached to the inside of the lower skin 32. Both ends of the strap 33 are connected to both ends of the lower skin 32 in the vertical direction, respectively. The belt 33 is a belt or strip that can bind the upper and lower skins 31 and 32 together. Preferably, the strap 33 is adjustable in length. The strap 33 may be, for example, a belt having an adjustable length hook and loop fastener, or an elastic belt.
Fig. 2 shows a situation in which the upper cover 31 of the book 3 is about to be inserted into the first holding part 11 of the first jacket 1. In fig. 2, the lower cover 32 of book 3 has been inserted into the second holding portion 21 of book cover 100. As shown in fig. 2 and 3, when book cover 100 accommodates book 3 inside, upper cover 31 of book 3 can be inserted into first holding portion 11 of first jacket 1 and lower cover 32 of book 3 can be inserted into second holding portion 21 of the second jacket. The first holding portion 11 and the second holding portion 21 are each for holding any one of a pair of sheets of the book 3. When the upper and lower covers 31, 32 of the book 3 are respectively received in the first and second holding portions 11, 21, the opening and closing of the first and second envelopes 1, 2 with respect to each other can bring the upper and lower covers 31, 32 of the book 3 together to open and close, so that the book 3 can be opened and closed.
The first holding portion 11 is formed along an end of the first wrapper 1 at the opening side with a certain width. The first holding portion 11 is an insertion portion into which the upper cover 31 of the book 3 can be inserted. The first holding portion 11 is connected to the first cover 1 along each edge of the first cover 1, and is formed as an opening for inserting the upper cover 31 of the book 3 toward the connecting side of the first cover and the second cover.
The second holding portion 21 is formed along an edge portion of the opening side of the second jacket 2, and has a certain width, and the second holding portion 21 is an insertion portion into which the lower cover 32 of the book 3 can be inserted. The second holding portion 21 is connected to the second cover 2 along each edge of the second cover 2, and an opening for inserting the lower surface 32 of the book 3 is formed toward the side where the first cover and the second cover are connected.
The opening of the first holding portion 11 is laterally opposed to the opening of the second holding portion 21. The widths of the first holding portion 11 and the second holding portion 21 may be uniform or nonuniform.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, a band 33 is provided on the lower cover 32 of the book 3 housed in the second holding portion 21. When the lower skin 32 with the band 33 attached thereto is inserted into the second holding portion 21, the band 33 can be exposed from the insertion portion of the second holding portion 21 through the band exterior 4. When the first sleeve 1 and the second sleeve 2 are closed relatively, the first holding portion 11 is opposed to the second holding portion 21, and the band 33 shown in fig. 3 is exposed from the second sleeve 2 through the band outer portion 4 and is wound around the outside of the first sleeve 1, so that the first sleeve 1 and the second sleeve 2 are fastened relatively and fixed. By binding the first cover and the second cover with the strap 33, the book can be prevented from being opened accidentally.
As shown in fig. 1, the belt exterior 4 vertically extends along an edge portion of the opening side of the second holding portion 21 of the second cover 2. The length of the belt exon 4 is the same as the length of the second wrapper 2 in the vertical direction. The length of the belt outer display 4 may also be shorter than the length of the second wrapper 2 in the vertical direction. The belt outer part 4 is a slit in the shape of a long and thin strip with a certain width in the transverse direction. Thereby, the band 33 of the book 3 can be exposed from the inside of the insertion portion to the outside of the insertion portion through the slit.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the band exterior part 4 may further include a tongue part 41 extending from an edge of the band exterior part 4 on the opening side toward the connection side in a direction parallel to the paper surface. In fig. 2 and 3, the tongue portion 41 is formed integrally with the second holding portion 21 of the second cover 2, and is configured to extend from the edge on the opening side of the band exterior part 4 toward the band exterior part 4. Thereby, the tongue portion 41 protrudes toward the band exterior 4, and can cover a part of the band exterior 4. The length of the tongue 41 in the vertical direction may be smaller than the length of the belt outer housing 4. The width of the tongue portion 41 in the transverse direction may be smaller than the width of the belt exon 4. Thereby, tongue 41 can press the cover of book 3 inserted into the insertion portion. As shown in fig. 2, strap 33 may be accommodated between tongue portion 41 and the outer cover of book 3, and tongue portion 41 may press both strap 33 and the cover of book 3. At this time, the tongue portion 41 can prevent the strap 33 from being accidentally pulled out from the book cover 100 when it needs to be stored. When the binding band is not needed, book 3 with binding band 33 can be neatly stored. The tongue portion 41 may be provided separately from the opening-side edge portion of the second jacket 2 and may extend in parallel from the opening-side edge portion toward the connection side, instead of being formed integrally with the second holding portion 21.
As shown in fig. 1, 2, and 3, a cap 22 for storing a pen may be provided at an end of the second cover 2 on the opening side. The cap 22 is formed in a hollow cylindrical shape and can hold a writing instrument such as a pen. The pen cap 22 extends vertically along the end of the open side of the second cover 2. In a state where the pen is not stored, as shown in fig. 1, the pen cap 22 is configured to extend from an end of the second cover 2 on the opening side toward the connection side in a plan view, and cover at least a part of the band exterior 4. Therefore, the pen cap 22 can further press the strap 33 and the skin 32, the pressing degree of the strap and the skin 32 is further enhanced, and the strap 33 is prevented from accidentally falling out of the strap outer display part 4 when the strap needs to be accommodated.
In book 3 shown in fig. 2 and 3, lower cover 32 is fixed with strap 33. The cover 100 of the present invention can also accommodate ordinary books without straps 33 on any of the covers. When receiving a general book without a strap, the attaching strap shown in fig. 4 may be used instead of the sheet 5 in order that the general book may not be opened accidentally.
As shown in fig. 4, the band replacement sheet 5 is a sheet having a band 33. The band-attached replacement sheet 5 can be freely replaced in a normal book, and is used as one of the sheets of the normal book. When the band replacement sheet 5 is used for the cover of the book, the band replacement sheet 5 may be inserted into the first or second cover formed with the band outer 4 together with the cover of the general book so that the band 33 of the band replacement sheet 5 corresponds to the band outer 4 and can be exposed from the band outer 4. Multiple bands may also be used in place of the page 5. The attachment band replacement sheet 5 may be provided in a different color or pattern so that the attachment band replacement sheet 5 can be easily sorted for use.
In the above description, although the embodiments of the present invention have been described, the present invention is not limited to the embodiments, and various modifications can be made within the scope conforming to the gist of the present invention.
For example, the width of the tongue portion 41 may be the same as the width of the band exterior 4, or may be larger than the width of the band exterior 4. The tongue 41 may also have the same length in the vertical direction as the band outer 41.
The forming position and the forming direction of the band exterior 4 are not limited to the surface formed on the inner side of the second wrapper 2. The band exterior 4 may be formed on the outer surface of the second cover 2, and in this case, the slit may be formed not on the second holding portion 21 but on the outer surface of the second cover 2.
The belt male part 4 may be formed on the inner surface or the outer surface of the first wrapper 1. The binding belt can also be arranged on the outer side surface or the inner side surface of the book cover. The band outer 4 is provided on the surface of the inner side of the holding portion of the cover, and can correspond to the case where the band is provided on the inner side of the cover of the book. The belt outer displaying part 4 is arranged on the surface of the outer side of the envelope, and can correspond to the situation that the belt is arranged on the outer side of the book surface.
When the page 5 is replaced by the additional belt, the situation that the belt outer part 4 is arranged on any surface of the book cover can be corresponded by adjusting the arrangement direction of the page 5 replaced by the additional belt.
The attachment band replacement sheet 5 is not limited to being used as a cover for a book. The band replacement sheet 5 can also be used in a general book for separation, for example, as a bookmark or the like. The attachment band replacement sheet 5 is not limited to having the mounting hole shown in fig. 4, and may be free of the mounting hole.
The band outer 4 is not limited to being formed along the edge of the opening side of each cover, and may be formed on the inner side of the first cover 1 or the second cover 2. The number of the beam band outside display units 4 is not limited, and may be one or more.
