It should be understood that the structure of the first driving member 6 and the second driving member 7 is not limited to the embodiment, and other driving devices in the prior art can be adopted.

Claims (10)
1. A bamboo chip opener is characterized by comprising:
a frame (1);
the clamping piece (2) is arranged on the rack (1) and used for fixing the bamboo chips (200) on the rack (1);
the tool apron (3) is arranged on the rack (1) in a sliding manner and can move along a first direction under the driving of the first driving piece (6); and
the wire cutting knife (4) is arranged on the knife holder (3) in a sliding mode, the wire cutting knife (4) can reciprocate along a second direction under the driving of the second driving piece (7) to cut the wires of the bamboo chips (200) clamped on the rack (1), and the second direction is perpendicular to the first direction.

The bamboo chip opener according to claim 1, wherein the tool post (3) comprises a base (31) and a guide rail (32) mounted on the base (31), the guide rail (32) is parallel to the second direction, the base (31) is slidably connected to the frame (1), the opener (4) is slidably connected to the guide rail (32), and the second driving member (7) is connected to the opener (4) to drive the opener (4) to reciprocate along the guide rail (32); the first driving piece (6) is connected with the seat body (31).

The bamboo chip shredding machine as claimed in claim 2, characterized in that the second driving member (7) comprises a rotary driving member (70), a turntable (71), a first connecting rod (72) and a second connecting rod (73), the turntable (71) is connected with the rotary driving member (70), one end of the first connecting rod (72) is rotatably connected with the end surface of the turntable (71), the connection position of the first connecting rod (72) and the turntable (71) is distributed at intervals with the center of the turntable (71), the second connecting rod (73) is rotatably connected with the base body (31), one end of the second connecting rod (73) is rotatably connected with the other end of the first connecting rod (72), the other end of the second connecting rod (73) is provided with an actuating hole (732) in a penetrating manner, the actuating hole (732) extends along the length direction of the second connecting rod (73), the slider (40) is provided with a protrusion (403), the protrusion (403) is slidably inserted into the actuating hole (732), so as to connect the slide (40) with the second drive element (7).

The bamboo chip shredding machine as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that one end of the first connecting rod (72) opposite to the rotary disc (71) is provided with a connecting shaft (75) parallel to the first direction, the first connecting rod (72) is rotatably connected with the second connecting rod (73) through the connecting shaft (75), one end of the second connecting rod (73) close to the first connecting rod (72) is provided with a connecting hole (731) in a penetrating manner, the connecting hole (731) extends along the length direction of the second connecting rod (73), and the second connecting rod (73) is rotatably sleeved on the connecting shaft (75) through the connecting hole (731) and can slide along the connecting shaft (75).

The bamboo chip slitting machine as claimed in claim 2, characterized in that the first driving member (6) is a lead screw driving mechanism comprising a lead screw motor (61), a lead screw (62) and a lead screw nut (63), the lead screw motor (61) is connected with the frame (1), the lead screw (62) is connected with the lead screw motor (61) and the lead screw (62) is parallel to the first direction, the lead screw nut (63) is fixedly connected with the base body (31).

The bamboo chip shredding machine according to claim 7, characterized in that the frame (1) comprises a support frame (11), a workbench (12) and two guide rods (13), the workbench (12) is installed on the support frame (11), a position avoiding opening (14) for avoiding the position of the shredding knife (4) is formed in the workbench (12) in a penetrating manner, the two guide rods (13) are arranged below the workbench (12) at intervals, the guide rods (13) are fixedly connected with the workbench (12) and/or the support frame (11), and each guide rod (13) is parallel to the first direction; two sliding holes (310) are formed in the base body (31) in a penetrating mode, the two sliding holes (310) are located on two opposite sides of the screw rod (62) respectively, and the base body (31) is sleeved on the two guide rods (13) through the two sliding holes (310) in a sliding mode respectively.

The bamboo chip shredding machine according to claim 9, characterized in that the bamboo chip shredding machine further comprises a bamboo chip positioning member (5), the bamboo chip positioning member (5) is installed on the workbench (12) and located on one side of the pressing plate (23) opposite to the position avoiding opening (14), a positioning portion (50) is arranged on the bamboo chip positioning member (5), and the positioning portion (50) and the pressing plate (23) are arranged at intervals along the second direction.
