Background
Along with the continuous reduction of the resources of the Chinese coal mine, the position of the blast furnace coal dust in the steel smelting process link is increasingly improved. The blast furnace coal powder replaces part of coke, so that on one hand, the air pollution caused by coking can be reduced; on the other hand, the situation of shortage of supply and demand of coking coal can be greatly relieved, but the existing coal powder nozzle can inevitably encounter the problem of flame backflow after mixing the combustion improver, and the danger of explosion even occurs in special situations. It is therefore extremely important to design a pulverized coal nozzle for a blast furnace that can effectively prevent the assembly backflow.

The invention aims to solve the problems in the prior art and provides a blast furnace pulverized coal nozzle which can change continuous pulverized coal injection into continuous intermittent injection to prevent flame backflow.

The beneficial effects are that:
1. continuous pulverized coal injection is changed into continuous intermittent small pulverized coal injection, and intervals are reserved between each pulverized coal, so that flame backflow after pulverized coal combustion can be effectively prevented;
2. the temperature of the coal powder nozzle under normal operation is higher, water is injected into the water-cooled coal powder nozzle in the sealing rubber sleeve, the coal powder nozzle can be effectively cooled, and the coal powder nozzle is prevented from being damaged at high temperature for a long time;
3. when the coal powder nozzle encounters guaranteed impact, the sealing rubber sleeve seals and blocks the outlet of the coal powder nozzle, in addition, the inlet of the coal powder nozzle enables the sealing ring to expand and seal under the action of water, and the coal powder is effectively isolated under double sealing to ensure safety;

Further, a sealing ring 18 is arranged between the connector 4 and the auxiliary tank 2, the sealing ring 18 has the characteristic of water absorption expansion sealing, a water tank 19 is arranged in the auxiliary tank 2, water outlet holes 20 are respectively arranged on the water tank 19 close to the connector 4, and water injection holes are formed in the water tank 19 and are sealed through screw threads of bolts 17.
Further, the rubber on the water through hole 16 of the sealing rubber sleeve 14 should be made of a soft material capable of being extruded so that the limiting sleeve 23 extrudes the water through hole 16 for sealing when the secondary pipe 3 and the primary pipe 1 slide relatively.
Working principle:
initial state: the first spring 12 pulls the pressing plate all the time to enable the sliding sleeve 10 to be attached to the inclined block 8, and the fixing sleeve 5 on the joint 4 is screwed.
The two connectors 4 are respectively filled with gas containing pulverized coal and combustion improver, the gas enters the inner cavity channel of the main pipe 1 and then is mixed and introduced into the valve core 13 of the auxiliary pipe 3, and after the gas flows along the L-shaped channel 21 between the valve core 13 and the inclined block 8, the direction of the L-shaped channel 21 deviates from the axis of the sliding sleeve 10, so that the gas pushes the sliding sleeve 10 to continuously rotate along the same direction, and the through holes 22 on the sliding sleeve are continuously communicated with and disconnected from the L-shaped channel 21 during rotation, so that the pulverized coal gas is cut off into intermittent gas with one section to prevent the backflow of burning flame.
When the coal powder nozzle encounters impact, the auxiliary pipe 3 and the main pipe 1 relatively slide due to the impact, the limiting sleeve 23 and the outer wall of the auxiliary pipe 3 squeeze the sealing water through hole 16, and meanwhile, the pushing sleeve 15 squeezes the sealing rubber sleeve 14 to deform and seal the flow passage of the main pipe 1 and the auxiliary pipe 3; simultaneously, the joint 4 also generates relative sliding with the auxiliary tank 2 due to impact, and the liquid in the water tank 19 in the auxiliary tank 2 flows out along the water outlet hole 20, so that the sealing ring 18 absorbs water to expand, and the joint 4 is further sealed.
