Abstract

The application has solved the protective clothing gas permeability among the correlation technique poor, and can not possess simultaneously hydrophobic and oleophobic function, awkward problem.

Background
Protective clothing is worn by workers in special environments and generally has the functions of isolating germs, harmful ultrafine dust, acidic solution and salt solution. The types of protective clothing commonly used at present are: 1. ordinary pp non-woven fabrics protective clothing, the characteristics are ventilative, dustproof, but waterproof, do not have the function of keeping apart the germ, are used for ordinary clean environment to use, for example electronics factory, plant, food factory, industrial production workshop are dustproof etc. and are used in general environment. 2. The film-covered non-woven protective clothing is air-tight and waterproof, but has good bacterium isolation effect, obvious front and back distinguishing, non-woven fabric on the body-contacting side, no allergy, good hand feeling, and a layer of plastic film on the outer surface to prevent liquid leakage, and is used in the places with pollution and virus. However, this type of protective clothing has poor air permeability, cannot have both hydrophobic and oleophobic functions, and is inconvenient to use.
Aiming at the problems that the protective clothing in the related art has poor air permeability, cannot have the functions of hydrophobicity and oleophobicity simultaneously and is inconvenient to use, an effective solution is not provided at present.
Disclosure of Invention
The main purpose of this application lies in providing a nanofiber protective clothing to it is poor to solve the protective clothing gas permeability among the correlation technique, and can not possess hydrophobic and oleophobic function simultaneously, awkward problem.

Furthermore, the average fiber diameter of the hydrophobic nanofiber membrane layer is 80-400 nm.
Further, the average fiber diameter of the oleophobic nano-fiber membrane layer is 80-400 nm.
Further, the outer layer is wear-resistant high-strength PP non-woven fabric.
Further, the inner layer is a plain woven fabric with a fiber diameter within the range of 0.05-0.3mm, or a non-woven fabric with a fiber diameter within the range of 0.1-200 μm, or an ultra-fine fiber cloth with a fiber diameter within the range of 0.02-8 μm.
Further, the inner layer is cotton spun-bonded non-woven fabric with an antibacterial function.
The novel multifunctional jacket is characterized by further comprising a shielding piece arranged at the front part of the jacket, one side edge of the shielding piece is fixedly connected with the jacket, the other side edge of the shielding piece is positioned on the jacket and connected with the jacket through a magic tape, and the shielding piece covers the zipper.
Furthermore, the front end of the shielding piece is provided with a storage bag, and the fabric of the shielding piece is the same as the fabric of the protective clothing in structure.

In this embodiment, the hydrophobic nanofiber membrane layer 9 may be composited on the inner layer 8 through an electrostatic spinning process, and the oleophobic nanofiber membrane may also be composited on the hydrophobic nanofiber membrane layer 9 through an electrostatic spinning process, where the electrostatic spinning process is a special spinning process, and the polymer fiber filament with a nanometer-scale diameter is prepared through the action of an electric field force. The membrane material formed by stacking the nanofiber layers prepared by electrostatic spinning contains a small-aperture and zigzag-hole structure, has high specific surface area, high porosity and good adsorbability, can block small particles, does not hinder the passing of air gas molecules, and has good air permeability. The hydrophobic nanofiber membrane layer 9 is prepared by preparing a hydrophobic high molecular polymer into a first spinning solution and then performing electrostatic spinning by adopting the first spinning solution. Wherein the hydrophobic high molecular polymer is selected from any one of polyvinylidene fluoride, polylactic acid, polyurethane or polystyrene. The solvent of the first spinning solution is any one of N, N-dimethyl amide, acetone, ethanol, butanol, formic acid, acetic acid and tetrahydrofuran.
The oleophobic nanofiber membrane layer 10 is prepared by preparing an oleophobic high-molecular polymer into a second spinning solution and then performing electrostatic spinning by adopting the second spinning solution. Wherein, the oleophobic high molecular polymer is selected from any one of polyvinyl alcohol, polyethylene glycol, polyvinylpyrrolidone, polyacrylic acid or polyacrylamide.
Moreover, the protective clothing in this embodiment can realize the sterilization effect through the microporous membrane 12 of polytetrafluoroethylene containing graphene, and meanwhile, the protective clothing also has hydrophobic and oleophobic properties, and has high specific surface area, high porosity and good adsorbability, and can block small particles, but does not hinder the passage of air gas molecules, and has good air permeability.
As shown in fig. 1 to 2, the hydrophobic nanofiber membrane layer 9 has an average fiber diameter of 80 to 400 nm. The average fiber diameter of the oleophobic nanofiber membrane layer 10 is 80-400 nm. The outer layer 13 is a wear-resistant high-strength PP non-woven fabric, so that the wear resistance of the outer layer can be improved. The inner layer 8 is a plain woven fabric with a fiber diameter in the range of 0.05-0.3mm, or a non-woven fabric with a fiber diameter in the range of 0.1-200 μm, or a superfine fiber cloth with a fiber diameter in the range of 0.02-8 μm. The inner layer 8 is a cotton spun-bonded non-woven fabric with an antibacterial function.
As shown in fig. 1 to 2, in order to avoid viruses from entering the interior of the protective clothing through the zipper 3 of the coat 1, the protective clothing further includes a shielding piece 4 disposed at the front portion of the coat 1, one side edge of the shielding piece 4 is fixedly connected with the coat 1, the other side edge of the shielding piece 4 is connected with the coat 1 through a magic tape, and the shielding piece 4 covers the zipper 3. The front end of the shielding piece 4 is provided with a storage bag 5, and the fabric of the shielding piece 4 has the same structure as that of the protective clothing.

The nanofiber protective garment as claimed in claim 3, wherein said inner layer is a plain woven fabric having a fiber diameter in the range of 0.05-0.3mm, or a non-woven fabric having a fiber diameter in the range of 0.1-200 μm, or an ultra-fine fiber cloth having a fiber diameter in the range of 0.02-8 μm.
6. The nanofiber protective garment according to claim 3, wherein the inner layer is a cotton spun-bonded nonwoven fabric with antibacterial function.

The nanofiber protective clothing according to claim 3, further comprising a shielding piece arranged at the front part of the upper garment, wherein one side edge of the shielding piece is fixedly connected with the upper garment, the other side edge of the shielding piece is positioned at the upper garment and is connected with the upper garment through a magic tape, and the shielding piece covers the zipper.
