Fig. 4 is a detailed flowchart of device networking in an embodiment of the present invention, where a device to be networked is in a binding mode to be activated in an initial power-on state, and a broadcast networking request packet with device information is sent out, as ① in the figure; the master equipment monitors network access requests of the to-be-networked equipment at regular time, searches for to-be-networked equipment which is found to be the same as the network access mode of the master equipment, searches for directly authorized to-be-networked equipment according to a blacklist and/or a white list and a to-be-networked equipment list, and sends equipment information of the to-be-networked equipment which is not directly authorized to the interactive end equipment, such as a mobile phone APP, a central control screen, an intelligent sound box and the like, as ② in the figure, through a cloud; the interaction terminal device prompts the user to authorize the network distribution device, and the user returns authorization information confirming that the network distribution is needed to the main network distribution device through the cloud, as ③ in the figure; the main distribution equipment receives the authorization information and performs network configuration on necessary distribution network information such as SSID, PWD and the like issued by the to-be-network equipment with the authorization information, as shown in ④; the active binding is then performed autonomously, completing configuration access to the network and interaction with the user, as ⑤ in the figure.
According to one embodiment of the present invention, after the network access configuration is performed on the device to be network accessed, the method further includes: and sending a device network distribution capacity configuration request to a user through a server, wherein the device network distribution capacity configuration request is used for requesting network distribution capacity configuration of the device to be network-connected.
Specifically, in response to the newly established network connection, a configuration request of the network distribution capability is sent to a user through a server, whether the configuration software with the network distribution capability needs to be installed on the intelligent device newly connected to the network is determined according to feedback information of the user, if the network distribution capability is needed, request information for installing the configuration software can be initiated to the cloud end of the Internet of things, the cloud end of the Internet of things pulls relevant configuration software from the intelligent device platform according to the received request information, and the configuration software is installed on the intelligent device to endow the intelligent device with the matched network distribution capability.
Through the configuration of the network distribution capability, the main control equipment can be flexibly built according to the scene requirement, and the network topology structure of the intelligent equipment is enriched.
Fig. 5 is a schematic diagram comparing an embodiment of the present invention with an existing general device networking method, where the device networking method according to the embodiment of the present invention uses a master configuration device to monitor a networking request of a device to be networked at regular time to replace a scanning two-dimensional code or a searching directory in the existing method; by screening and filtering the authorized equipment, zero-allocation equipment capable of directly issuing allocation network information to allocate the network and one-key authorized equipment which needs to prompt a user to perform authorization confirmation are determined, so that complicated steps of code scanning/catalog searching in the existing equipment network access, matching of mobile phone systems and manual password input are avoided, the allocation network experience of the user is improved to the greatest extent, the user participation degree is reduced, and the allocation network speed and success rate are improved.
Fig. 6 is a schematic diagram of main modules of an apparatus for network access according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 6, the device networking apparatus 600 mainly includes a device information acquisition module 601, an authorization information acquisition module 602, and a device configuration networking module 603.
The device information obtaining module 601 is configured to obtain device information of a device to be networked in response to a network access request of the device to be networked, where the device to be networked and the main configuration device have the same network configuration mode;
an authorization information obtaining module 602, configured to obtain authorization information of the device to be networked according to the device information;
And the device configuration network access module 603 is configured to configure the device to be network accessed into a network according to the authorization information.
According to one embodiment of the present invention, the authorization information acquisition module 602 may be further configured to: sending an authorization request to a user according to the equipment information; and responding to the received authorization confirmation instruction returned by the user, and taking the authorization confirmation instruction as the authorization information of the network equipment to be accessed.
According to another embodiment of the present invention, the device network accessing apparatus 600 may further include a to-be-configured device list searching module (not shown in the figure) configured to: before an authorization request is sent to a user according to the equipment information, searching the equipment to be accessed from a list of equipment to be accessed according to the equipment information; and determining that the equipment to be network-connected is not in the equipment list to be network-distributed.
According to still another embodiment of the present invention, the device networking apparatus 600 may further include a black-and-white list searching module (not shown in the figure) for: before searching the equipment to be networked from a list of equipment to be networked according to the equipment information, searching the equipment to be networked from a blacklist and/or a whitelist according to the equipment information; and determining that the equipment to be networked is not in the blacklist and/or the whitelist.
According to yet another embodiment of the present invention, the device network access apparatus 600 may further include a configuration module (not shown in the figure) for: after the network access configuration is carried out on the to-be-accessed equipment, sending an equipment network allocation capability configuration request to a user through a server, wherein the equipment network allocation capability configuration request is used for requesting the network allocation capability configuration of the to-be-accessed equipment.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the device network accessing apparatus 600 may further include a front-end module (not shown in the figure) for: and under the condition that the network access request of the network access equipment is not monitored by any master distribution equipment, completing the network access configuration of the network access equipment through the master control end, and carrying out network distribution capacity configuration on the network access equipment.
According to another embodiment of the present invention, the network access request is sent in the form of a broadcast packet with a specified format, where the specified format is related to the network allocation manner of the device to be accessed.
FIG. 7 is an exemplary system architecture diagram in which embodiments of the present invention may be applied.
As shown in fig. 7, a system architecture 700 may include terminal devices 701, 702, 703, a network 704, and a server 705. The network 704 is the medium used to provide communication links between the terminal devices 701, 702, 703 and the server 705. The network 704 may include various connection types, such as wired, wireless communication links, or fiber optic cables, among others.
A user may interact with the server 705 via the network 704 using the terminal devices 701, 702, 703 to receive or send messages or the like. Various communication client applications, such as a device networking application, etc. (for example only) may be installed on the terminal devices 701, 702, 703.
The terminal devices 701, 702, 703 may be various electronic devices having a display screen and supporting web browsing, including but not limited to smartphones, tablets, laptop and desktop computers, and the like.
The server 705 may be a server providing various services, such as a background management server (by way of example only) that provides support for device networking by users using the terminal devices 701, 702, 703. The background management server can respond to a network access request of the to-be-accessed device to acquire the device information of the to-be-accessed device, wherein the to-be-accessed device and the main distribution device have the same network distribution mode; acquiring authorization information of the equipment to be accessed to the network according to the equipment information; and carrying out processing such as network access configuration on the equipment to be accessed according to the authorization information, and feeding back processing results (such as configuration results and the like-only examples) to the terminal equipment.
It should be noted that, the method for device networking provided in the embodiment of the present invention is generally executed by the server 705, and accordingly, the device networking apparatus is generally disposed in the server 705.
It should be understood that the number of terminal devices, networks and servers in fig. 7 is merely illustrative. There may be any number of terminal devices, networks, and servers, as desired for implementation.
Referring now to FIG. 8, there is illustrated a schematic diagram of a computer system 800 suitable for use in implementing a terminal device or server in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention. The terminal device or server shown in fig. 8 is only an example, and should not impose any limitation on the functions and scope of use of the embodiments of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 8, the computer system 800 includes a Central Processing Unit (CPU) 801 that can perform various appropriate actions and processes according to a program stored in a Read Only Memory (ROM) 802 or a program loaded from a storage section 808 into a Random Access Memory (RAM) 803. In the RAM 803, various programs and data required for the operation of the system 800 are also stored. The CPU 801, ROM 802, and RAM 803 are connected to each other by a bus 804. An input/output (I/O) interface 805 is also connected to the bus 804.
The following components are connected to the I/O interface 805: an input portion 806 including a keyboard, mouse, etc.; an output portion 807 including a display such as a Cathode Ray Tube (CRT), a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD), and a speaker; a storage section 808 including a hard disk or the like; and a communication section 809 including a network interface card such as a LAN card, a modem, or the like. The communication section 809 performs communication processing via a network such as the internet. The drive 810 is also connected to the I/O interface 805 as needed. A removable medium 811 such as a magnetic disk, an optical disk, a magneto-optical disk, a semiconductor memory, or the like is mounted on the drive 810 as needed so that a computer program read out therefrom is mounted into the storage section 808 as needed.
In particular, according to embodiments of the present disclosure, the processes described above with reference to flowcharts may be implemented as computer software programs. For example, embodiments of the present disclosure include a computer program product comprising a computer program embodied on a computer readable medium, the computer program comprising program code for performing the method shown in the flow chart. In such an embodiment, the computer program may be downloaded and installed from a network via the communication section 809, and/or installed from the removable media 811. The above-described functions defined in the system of the present invention are performed when the computer program is executed by a Central Processing Unit (CPU) 801.
The computer readable medium shown in the present invention may be a computer readable signal medium or a computer readable storage medium, or any combination of the two. The computer readable storage medium can be, for example, but not limited to, an electronic, magnetic, optical, electromagnetic, infrared, or semiconductor system, apparatus, or device, or a combination of any of the foregoing. More specific examples of the computer-readable storage medium may include, but are not limited to: an electrical connection having one or more wires, a portable computer diskette, a hard disk, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a read-only memory (ROM), an erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM or flash memory), an optical fiber, a portable compact disc read-only memory (CD-ROM), an optical storage device, a magnetic storage device, or any suitable combination of the foregoing. In the context of this document, a computer readable storage medium may be any tangible medium that can contain, or store a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device. In the present invention, however, the computer-readable signal medium may include a data signal propagated in baseband or as part of a carrier wave, with the computer-readable program code embodied therein. Such a propagated data signal may take any of a variety of forms, including, but not limited to, electro-magnetic, optical, or any suitable combination thereof. A computer readable signal medium may also be any computer readable medium that is not a computer readable storage medium and that can communicate, propagate, or transport a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device. Program code embodied on a computer readable medium may be transmitted using any appropriate medium, including but not limited to: wireless, wire, fiber optic cable, RF, etc., or any suitable combination thereof.
The flowcharts and block diagrams in the figures illustrate the architecture, functionality, and operation of possible implementations of systems, methods and computer program products according to various embodiments of the present invention. In this regard, each block in the flowchart or block diagrams may represent a module, segment, or portion of code, which comprises one or more executable instructions for implementing the specified logical function(s). It should also be noted that, in some alternative implementations, the functions noted in the block may occur out of the order noted in the figures. For example, two blocks shown in succession may, in fact, be executed substantially concurrently, or the blocks may sometimes be executed in the reverse order, depending upon the functionality involved. It will also be noted that each block of the block diagrams or flowchart illustration, and combinations of blocks in the block diagrams or flowchart illustration, can be implemented by special purpose hardware-based systems which perform the specified functions or acts, or combinations of special purpose hardware and computer instructions.
The units involved in the embodiments of the present invention may be implemented in software or in hardware. The described units may also be provided in a processor, for example, described as: a processor comprising: the device comprises a device information acquisition module, an authorization information acquisition module and a device configuration network access module.
The names of these modules do not limit the module itself in some cases, and for example, the authorization information acquisition module may also be described as "a module for acquiring authorization information of the device to be networked" according to the device information.
In another aspect, the present invention also provides a computer-readable medium that may be contained in the apparatus described in the embodiment; or may be present alone without being fitted into the device. The computer readable medium carries one or more programs which, when executed by a device, cause the device to include: responding to a network access request of a device to be accessed to a network, and acquiring device information of the device to be accessed to the network, wherein the device to be accessed to the network and the main configuration device have the same network configuration mode; acquiring authorization information of the equipment to be accessed to the network according to the equipment information; and performing network access configuration on the equipment to be accessed according to the authorization information.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention, the method has the following advantages or beneficial effects: acquiring equipment information of equipment to be networked by responding to a network access request of the equipment to be networked, wherein the equipment to be networked and the main distribution equipment have the same network distribution mode; acquiring authorization information of equipment to be accessed to the network according to the equipment information; according to the technical scheme of network access configuration of the to-be-accessed equipment, equipment information of the to-be-accessed equipment, which is obtained based on the monitoring network access request and has the same network access mode as the main network access equipment, is realized, the authorization information of the to-be-accessed equipment is obtained, and the network access configuration is carried out according to the authorization information, so that the configuration network access of the intelligent equipment is realized, and the network access capability is endowed to the accessed intelligent equipment, so that a plurality of problems caused by dependence on external equipment in the prior art are overcome, the to-be-accessed intelligent equipment is more conveniently determined, the user experience is improved, the participation degree of users is reduced, and the network access speed and the success rate are improved.
The described embodiments do not limit the scope of the invention. It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various modifications, combinations, sub-combinations and alternatives can occur depending upon design requirements and other factors. Any modifications, equivalent substitutions and improvements made within the spirit and principles of the present invention should be included in the scope of the present invention.

Claims (7)

1. A method of network access by a device, the method performed by a master device, the master device being an intelligent device that has been network-accessed and having a network-allocation capability specifying a network-allocation mode, the method comprising:
responding to a network access request of a device to be accessed to a network, and acquiring device information of the device to be accessed to the network, wherein the device to be accessed to the network and the main configuration device have the same network configuration mode;
acquiring authorization information of the equipment to be accessed to the network according to the equipment information;
performing network access configuration on the equipment to be accessed according to the authorization information;
according to the device information, obtaining the authorization information of the device to be accessed to the network comprises the following steps: searching the equipment to be networked from a blacklist and/or a white list according to the equipment information; and determining that the equipment to be networked is not in the blacklist and/or the whitelist; searching the equipment to be networked from a list of equipment to be networked according to the equipment information; determining that the equipment to be networked is not in the list of equipment to be networked; sending an authorization request to a user according to the equipment information; and responding to the received authorization confirmation instruction returned by the user, and taking the authorization confirmation instruction as the authorization information of the network equipment to be accessed.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising, after configuring the network access device to be accessed:
and sending a device network distribution capacity configuration request to a user through a server, wherein the device network distribution capacity configuration request is used for requesting network distribution capacity configuration of the device to be network-connected.
3. The method according to claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
and under the condition that the network access request of the network access equipment is not monitored by any master distribution equipment, completing the network access configuration of the network access equipment through the master control end, and carrying out network distribution capacity configuration on the network access equipment.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the network access request is sent in the form of a broadcast packet in a specified format, the specified format being related to a network deployment of the network access device.
5. A device networking apparatus, wherein the apparatus functions as a master device, the master device being a network-enabled device and being provided with network-enabled capabilities via software, the apparatus comprising:
The device information acquisition module is used for responding to a network access request of the device to be accessed to the network, acquiring the device information of the device to be accessed to the network, wherein the device to be accessed to the network and the main distribution device have the same network distribution mode;
The authorization information acquisition module is used for acquiring the authorization information of the equipment to be accessed to the network according to the equipment information;
the equipment configuration network access module is used for configuring the equipment to be network accessed into a network according to the authorization information;
The authorization information acquisition module is further configured to: searching the equipment to be networked from a blacklist and/or a white list according to the equipment information; and determining that the equipment to be networked is not in the blacklist and/or the whitelist; searching the equipment to be networked from a list of equipment to be networked according to the equipment information; determining that the equipment to be networked is not in the list of equipment to be networked; sending an authorization request to a user according to the equipment information; and responding to the received authorization confirmation instruction returned by the user, and taking the authorization confirmation instruction as the authorization information of the network equipment to be accessed.
6. A mobile electronic device terminal, comprising:
one or more processors;
Storage means for storing one or more programs,
When executed by the one or more processors, causes the one or more processors to implement the method of any of claims 1-4.
7. A computer readable medium, on which a computer program is stored, characterized in that the program, when being executed by a processor, implements the method according to any of claims 1-4.
