in the prior art, when using a PCRF to identify whether a user terminal supports 5G, International Mobile Equipment Identity (IMEI) information of a terminal capable of supporting 5G generally needs to be manually configured in the PCRF; thus, when the user is online, the PCRF determines that the user equipment supports the 5G network by judging whether the IMEI information of the user equipment exists in the manually configured 5G IMEI information, so that corresponding information can be promoted to the user, or statistics and the like are performed on the terminal supporting the 5G network based on the identification method. Optionally, in the embodiment of the present invention, the cell added to the interface message of the S11 interface further carries the length of the network capability information; correspondingly, the length of the network capacity information is also carried in the cell added by the interface message of the Rx interface;
in a specific embodiment, the network capability information includes MS network capability information and UE network capability information; correspondingly, the cell added by the CSR message also carries the information length of the MS network capability information and the information length of the UE network capability information.

Corresponding to the method provided by the embodiment shown in fig. 2 of the present invention, based on the same idea, the embodiment of the present invention further provides a method for identifying network capability of a user equipment, where the method is applied to an MME, that is, an execution subject of the method is an MME, specifically, an execution subject of the method is a network capability identification apparatus of a user equipment installed on the MME. Fig. 3 is a flowchart of a second method of a method for identifying network capabilities of a user equipment according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, the method at least includes the following steps:
step 202, receiving a network attachment request sent by a target user equipment; the network attachment request carries network capability information of target user equipment, wherein the network capability information comprises MS network capability information and/or UE network capability information;

Optionally, in a specific embodiment, when the target user equipment performs network attachment, the target user equipment sends a network attachment request to the MME, and the target user equipment carries the changed network capability information in the network attachment request and sends the network attachment request to the MME; after receiving a network attachment request sent by target user equipment, an MME acquires network capacity information of the target user equipment from the network attachment request, and carries the network capacity information in a cell added by a CSR message so as to be carried in the CSR message and sent to an SAEGW; when SAEGW receives a CSR message sent by MME, whether the CSR message carries network capacity information of target user equipment or not is judged, if the judgment result indicates that the CSR message carries the network capacity information of the target user equipment, the network capacity information of the target user equipment is obtained from the CSR message, and the network capacity information is carried in a cell which is added in CCR-I message and used for carrying the network capacity information, so that the network capacity information of the target user equipment is carried in the CCR-I message and sent to PCRF; and when the PCRF receives the CCR-I message sent by the SAEGW, acquiring the network capacity information of the target user equipment from the CCR-I message, analyzing the network capacity information, and identifying the network capacity of the user equipment based on the analyzed network capacity information according to the bit identifier of a certain byte in the analyzed network capacity information.
Optionally, in a specific embodiment, after the step 204 is executed, that is, after the network capability information is carried in an information element added in a CSR message and used for carrying the network capability information, and is sent to the sae gw, the method provided in the embodiment of the present invention further includes the following steps:
acquiring current network capacity information reported by target user equipment when the network capacity of the target user equipment changes; and carrying the current network capacity information in the cell which is added by the MBR message and used for carrying the network capacity information, sending the cell to the SAEGW, so that the SAEGW carries the current network capacity information in the cell which is added by the CCR-U message and used for carrying the network capacity information, and sending the cell to the PCRF, so that the PCRF identifies the network capacity of the target user equipment according to the current network capacity information.
Generally, when a target user equipment performs network attachment, network capability information of the target user equipment may change, and after the target user equipment performs network attachment, the corresponding network capability information may also change in each session period, so in the embodiment of the present invention, after the target user equipment completes network attachment, in a corresponding session period, after the network capability of the target user equipment changes, the target user equipment reports the current network capability information after the target user equipment changes to an MME, and the MME loads the current network capability information of the target user equipment in a cell for carrying network capability information added in an MBR message, and sends the cell to an SAEGW; when the SAEGW receives MBR information of target user equipment sent by the MME, the current network capacity information of the target user equipment is obtained from the MBR information, and the current network capacity information is carried in a cell which is newly added in the CCR-U information and used for carrying the network capacity information and is sent to the PCRF, so that the PCRF carries out network capacity identification on the target user equipment based on the current network capacity information of the target user equipment.
It should be noted that, in the method for identifying a network capability of a user equipment according to the embodiment of the present invention, a specific implementation process of each step is the same as a specific implementation process of each step in the method embodiment shown in fig. 2, and therefore, a specific implementation process of each step in the embodiment of the present invention may refer to the method embodiment shown in fig. 2, which is not described herein again.
In the method for identifying the network capability of the user equipment provided by the embodiment of the invention, the cell for bearing the network capability information of the user equipment is additionally arranged in the CSR message and the CCR-I message, so that when the user equipment carries out network attachment, the MME can bear the network capability information of the user equipment in the cell additionally arranged in the CSR message and send the network capability information to the SAEGW, and after the SAEGW receives the network capability information sent by the MME, the network capability information is borne in the cell additionally arranged in the CCR-I message and sent to the PCRF; that is, in the method provided in the embodiment of the present invention, by improving the interface messages between the MME and the sae gw and between the sae gw and the PCRF, the cell for the user to carry the network capability information is added in the interface message, so that the network capability information of the user equipment can be transmitted along with the interface message, thereby implementing transmission of the network capability of the user equipment to the PCRF; through the embodiment of the invention, the PCRF can acquire the network capability information of the user equipment, so that the network capability of the user equipment can be identified based on the network capability information of the user equipment; by adopting the method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the network capability configuration of the user equipment does not need to be manually carried out in the PCRF, the PCRF can automatically acquire the network capability information, the time and the labor are saved, the latest network capability information of the user equipment can be timely acquired when the network capability information of the user equipment changes, and the continuous change of the network capability of the user equipment can be adapted, so that the PCRF can timely, accurately and efficiently identify the network capability of the user equipment and timely master the network capability change and the development condition of the user equipment.
Corresponding to the method provided in the embodiment shown in fig. 2, based on the same idea, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a method for identifying network capability of a user equipment, where the method is applied to a PCRF, that is, an execution subject of the method is the PCRF, and specifically, the execution subject of the method may be a network capability identification device of the user equipment installed on the PCRF; fig. 4 is a third flowchart illustrating a method for identifying network capabilities of a user equipment according to an embodiment of the present invention, where as shown in fig. 4, the method at least includes the following steps:
step 302, receiving a CCR-I message sent by SAEGW; the CCR-I message is added with a cell for bearing network capacity information of user equipment, the network capacity information is acquired from a CSR message sent by an MME, the CSR message is added with a cell for bearing the network capacity information, and the network capacity information comprises UE network capacity information and/or MS network capacity information;
step 304, acquiring network capability information of the user equipment from the CCR-I message;
and step 306, identifying the network capability of the user equipment according to the network capability information.
The network capability information may include only UE network capability information, only MS network capability information, or both UE network capability information and MS network capability information.
Optionally, in a specific embodiment, when the target user equipment performs network attachment, the target user equipment sends a network attachment request to the MME, and the target user equipment carries the changed network capability information in the network attachment request and sends the network attachment request to the MME; after receiving a network attachment request sent by target user equipment, an MME acquires network capacity information of the target user equipment from the network attachment request, and carries the network capacity information in a cell added by a CSR message so as to be carried in the CSR message and sent to an SAEGW; when SAEGW receives a CSR message sent by MME, whether the CSR message carries network capacity information of target user equipment or not is judged, if the judgment result indicates that the CSR message carries the network capacity information of the target user equipment, the network capacity information of the target user equipment is obtained from the CSR message, and the network capacity information is carried in a cell which is added in CCR-I message and used for carrying the network capacity information, so that the network capacity information of the target user equipment is carried in the CCR-I message and sent to PCRF; and when the PCRF receives the CCR-I message sent by the SAEGW, acquiring the network capacity information of the target user equipment from the CCR-I message, analyzing the network capacity information, and identifying the network capacity of the user equipment based on the analyzed network capacity information according to the bit identifier of a certain byte in the analyzed network capacity information.
Optionally, the method provided in the embodiment of the present invention further includes the following steps:
issuing a network capacity change reporting event triggering instruction to the SAEGW; the network capability change reporting event triggering instruction is used for triggering the SAEGW to report the current network capability information to the PCRF when a network capability change event of the target user equipment occurs.
Specifically, after issuing a network capability change reporting event trigger instruction to the SAEGW, the method provided in the embodiment of the present invention further includes:
receiving a CCR-U message sent by the SAEGW; the cell for bearing the network capacity information of the user equipment is added in the CCR-U message, the network capacity information is acquired from an MBR message sent by an MME, and the cell for bearing the network capacity information is added in the MBR message; acquiring network capability information of user equipment from the CCR-U message; and identifying the network capability of the user equipment according to the network capability information.

1. a network attach request sent by the target user equipment to the MME.

In the network capacity identification device for equipment in the embodiment of the invention, the cell for bearing the network capacity information of the user equipment is additionally arranged in the CSR message and the CCR-I message, so that when the user equipment is attached to a network, the MME can bear the network capacity information of the user equipment in the cell additionally arranged in the CSR message and send the network capacity information to the SAEGW, and after the SAEGW receives the network capacity information sent by the MME, the SAEGW bears the network capacity information in the cell additionally arranged in the CCR-I message and sends the network capacity information to the PCRF; that is, in the method provided in the embodiment of the present invention, by improving the interface messages between the MME and the sae gw and between the sae gw and the PCRF, the cell for the user to carry the network capability information is added in the interface message, so that the network capability information of the user equipment can be transmitted along with the interface message, thereby implementing transmission of the network capability of the user equipment to the PCRF; by the embodiment of the invention, the PCRF can acquire the network capability information of the user equipment, so that the network capability of the user equipment can be identified based on the network capability information of the user equipment; by adopting the method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the network capability configuration of the user equipment does not need to be manually carried out in the PCRF, the PCRF can automatically acquire the network capability information, the time and the labor are saved, the latest network capability information of the user equipment can be timely acquired when the network capability information of the user equipment changes, and the continuous change of the network capability of the user equipment can be adapted, so that the PCRF can timely, accurately and efficiently identify the network capability of the user equipment and timely master the network capability change and the development condition of the user equipment.
The network capability identification device of the user equipment provided by the embodiment of the invention can realize each process in the embodiment corresponding to the network capability identification method of the user equipment, and is not repeated here for avoiding repetition.
It should be noted that the network capability identification apparatus of the ue according to the embodiment of the present invention and the network capability identification method of the ue according to the embodiment of the present invention are based on the same inventive concept, and therefore specific implementation of the embodiment may refer to implementation of the network capability identification method of the ue before, and repeated details are not repeated.
Corresponding to the network capability identification method of the user equipment provided in the foregoing embodiment, based on the same technical concept, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a computer device, where the computer device is configured to execute the network capability identification method of the user equipment, and fig. 9 is a schematic structural diagram of a computer device implementing various embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 9. Computer devices may vary widely in configuration or performance and may include one or more processors 801 and memory 802, where one or more stored applications or data may be stored in memory 802. Memory 802 may be, among other things, transient storage or persistent storage. The application program stored in memory 802 may include one or more modules (not shown), each of which may include a series of computer-executable instructions for a computing device. Still further, the processor 801 may be configured to communicate with the memory 802 to execute a series of computer-executable instructions in the memory 802 on a computer device. The computer apparatus may also include one or more power supplies 803, one or more wired or wireless network interfaces 804, one or more input-output interfaces 805, one or more keyboards 806.
In this embodiment, the computer device includes a processor, a communication interface, a memory, and a communication bus; the processor, the communication interface and the memory complete mutual communication through a bus; a memory for storing a computer program; a processor for executing the program stored in the memory, implementing the following method steps:
acquiring a session creation request (CSR) message which is sent by a Mobility Management Entity (MME) and aims at target user equipment; wherein, the CSR message is added with a cell for carrying network capability information of the target ue; the network capability information comprises MS network capability information and/or UE network capability information;
judging whether the CSR message carries the network capability information;
and if so, carrying the network capacity information in a cell added by an initial credit control response request CCR-I message, and sending the cell to a Policy and Charging Rules Function (PCRF) entity so that the PCRF identifies the network capacity of the target user equipment according to the network capacity information.
Or, the processor is used for executing the program stored in the memory and realizing the following method steps:
receiving a network attachment request sent by target user equipment; the network attachment request carries network capability information of the target user equipment, wherein the network capability information comprises MS network capability information and/or UE network capability information;
and carrying the network capacity information in a cell which is added by a CSR message and used for carrying the network capacity information, sending the cell to a System Architecture Evolution Gateway (SAEGW) so that the SAEGW carries the network capacity information in a cell which is added by a CCR-I message and used for carrying the network capacity information, and sending the cell to a PCRF (policy and charging rules function) so that the PCRF identifies the network capacity of the target user equipment according to the network capacity information.
Or, the processor is used for executing the program stored in the memory and realizing the following method steps:
receiving a CCR-I message sent by the SAEGW; the CCR-I message is added with a cell for bearing network capacity information of user equipment, the network capacity information is acquired from a CSR message sent by an MME, the CSR message is added with a cell for bearing the network capacity information, and the network capacity information comprises UE network capacity information and/or MS network capacity information; acquiring network capability information of user equipment from the CCR-I message; and identifying the network capability of the user equipment according to the network capability information.

An embodiment of the present application further provides a computer-readable storage medium, in which a computer program is stored, and when the computer program is executed by a processor, the following method steps are implemented:
acquiring a session creation request (CSR) message which is sent by a Mobility Management Entity (MME) and aims at target user equipment; wherein, the CSR message is added with a cell for carrying network capability information of the target ue; the network capability information comprises MS network capability information and/or UE network capability information;
judging whether the CSR message carries the network capability information;
and if so, carrying the network capacity information in a cell added by an initial credit control response request CCR-I message, and sending the cell to a Policy and Charging Rules Function (PCRF) entity so that the PCRF identifies the network capacity of the target user equipment according to the network capacity information.
Alternatively, the computer program realizes the following method steps when being executed by a processor:
receiving a network attachment request sent by target user equipment; the network attachment request carries network capability information of the target user equipment, wherein the network capability information comprises MS network capability information and/or UE network capability information;
and carrying the network capacity information in a cell which is added by a CSR message and used for carrying the network capacity information, sending the cell to a System Architecture Evolution Gateway (SAEGW) so that the SAEGW carries the network capacity information in a cell which is added by a CCR-I message and used for carrying the network capacity information, and sending the cell to a PCRF (policy and charging rules function) so that the PCRF identifies the network capacity of the target user equipment according to the network capacity information.
Alternatively, the computer program realizes the following method steps when being executed by a processor:
receiving a CCR-I message sent by the SAEGW; the CCR-I message is added with a cell for bearing network capacity information of user equipment, the network capacity information is acquired from a CSR message sent by an MME, the CSR message is added with a cell for bearing the network capacity information, and the network capacity information comprises UE network capacity information and/or MS network capacity information; acquiring network capability information of user equipment from the CCR-I message; and identifying the network capability of the user equipment according to the network capability information.
In the computer-readable storage medium in the embodiment of the present invention, by adding a cell for carrying network capability information of a user equipment in a CSR message and a CCR-I message, when the user equipment performs network attachment, an MME can carry the network capability information of the user equipment in the cell added in the CSR message and send the information to an SAEGW, and after receiving the network capability information sent by the MME, the SAEGW carries the network capability information in the cell added in the CCR-I message and sends the information to a PCRF; that is, in the method provided in the embodiment of the present invention, by improving the interface messages between the MME and the sae gw and between the sae gw and the PCRF, the cell for the user to carry the network capability information is added in the interface message, so that the network capability information of the user equipment can be transmitted along with the interface message, thereby implementing transmission of the network capability of the user equipment to the PCRF; by the embodiment of the invention, the PCRF can acquire the network capability information of the user equipment, so that the network capability of the user equipment can be identified based on the network capability information of the user equipment; by adopting the method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the network capability configuration of the user equipment does not need to be manually carried out in the PCRF, the PCRF can automatically acquire the network capability information, the time and the labor are saved, the latest network capability information of the user equipment can be timely acquired when the network capability information of the user equipment changes, and the continuous change of the network capability of the user equipment can be adapted, so that the PCRF can timely, accurately and efficiently identify the network capability of the user equipment and timely master the network capability change and the development condition of the user equipment.

In a typical configuration, a computing device includes one or more processors (CPUs), input/output interfaces, network interfaces, and memory.
The memory may include forms of volatile memory in a computer readable medium, Random Access Memory (RAM) and/or non-volatile memory, such as Read Only Memory (ROM) or flash memory (flash RAM). Memory is an example of a computer-readable medium.

It should also be noted that the terms "comprises," "comprising," or any other variation thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a process, method, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of elements does not include only those elements but may include other elements not expressly listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus. Claims (10)

1. A network capability identification method of user equipment is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring a session creation request (CSR) message which is sent by a Mobility Management Entity (MME) and aims at target user equipment; wherein, the CSR message is added with a cell for carrying network capability information of the target ue; the network capability information comprises MS network capability information and/or UE network capability information;
judging whether the CSR message carries the network capability information;
and if so, carrying the network capacity information in a cell added by an initial credit control response request CCR-I message, and sending the cell to a Policy and Charging Rules Function (PCRF) entity so that the PCRF identifies the network capacity of the target user equipment according to the network capacity information.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the network capability information is carried in an information element augmented by an initial credit control answer request, CCR-I, message, and after sending to a policy and charging rules function, PCRF, the method further comprises:
detecting whether a network capacity change reporting event triggering instruction issued by the PCRF is received or not; the network capability change reporting event triggering instruction is used for triggering and executing the reporting operation of the current network capability information when the network capability change event of the target user equipment occurs;
if yes, after the current network capacity information after the target user equipment is changed is obtained, the current network capacity information is borne in a cell added by a credit control response request CCR-U updating message and is sent to the PCRF.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the changed current network capability information of the target user equipment is obtained by:
acquiring a Modification Bearer Request (MBR) message which is sent by the MME and aims at the target user equipment; wherein, an information element for bearing the network capability information of the target user equipment is added in the MBR message;
judging whether the MBR message carries network capability information or not;
and if so, acquiring the network capability information from the MBR message as the current network capability information.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the network capability information comprises MS network capability information and UE network capability information;
correspondingly, the cell added by the CSR message also carries the information length of the MS network capability information and the information length of the UE network capability information.
5. A network capability identification method of user equipment is characterized by comprising the following steps:
receiving a network attachment request sent by target user equipment; the network attachment request carries network capability information of the target user equipment, wherein the network capability information comprises MS network capability information and/or UE network capability information;
and carrying the network capacity information in a cell which is added by a CSR message and used for carrying the network capacity information, sending the cell to a System Architecture Evolution Gateway (SAEGW) so that the SAEGW carries the network capacity information in a cell which is added by a CCR-I message and used for carrying the network capacity information, and sending the cell to a PCRF (policy and charging rules function) so that the PCRF identifies the network capacity of the target user equipment according to the network capacity information.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein after the carrying of the network capability information in the information element for carrying the network capability information added in the CSR message and sent to a System Architecture Evolution Gateway (SAEGW), the method further comprises:
acquiring current network capacity information reported by the target user equipment when the network capacity of the target user equipment changes;
and carrying the current network capability information in a cell which is added by an MBR message and used for carrying network capability information, sending the current network capability information to the SAEGW, so that the SAEGW carries the current network capability information in a cell which is added by a CCR-U message and used for carrying the network capability information, and sending the cell to the PCRF, so that the PCRF identifies the network capability of the target user equipment according to the current network capability information.
7. An apparatus for identifying network capability of a user equipment, comprising:
a first obtaining module, configured to obtain a session creation request CSR message for a target user equipment, where the CSR message is sent by a mobility management entity MME; wherein, the CSR message is added with a cell for carrying network capability information of the target ue; the network capability information comprises MS network capability information and/or UE network capability information;
a first determining module, configured to determine whether the CSR message carries the network capability information;
and the first execution module is used for bearing the network capacity information in a cell added by an initial credit control response request CCR-I message and sending the cell to a Policy and Charging Rules Function (PCRF) entity if the CSR message carries the network capacity information so as to enable the PCRF to identify the network capacity of the target user equipment according to the network capacity information.
8. An apparatus for identifying network capability of a user equipment, comprising:
a first receiving module, configured to receive a network attach request sent by a target user equipment; the network attachment request carries network capability information of the target user equipment, wherein the network capability information comprises MS network capability information and/or UE network capability information;
and the second execution module is used for bearing the network capacity information in a cell which is added by a CSR message and is used for bearing the network capacity information, sending the cell to a System Architecture Evolution Gateway (SAEGW) so that the SAEGW can bear the network capacity information in a cell which is added by a CCR-I message and is used for bearing the network capacity information, and sending the cell to the PCRF so that the PCRF can identify the network capacity of the target user equipment according to the network capacity information.
9. A computer device comprising a processor, a communication interface, a memory, and a communication bus; the processor, the communication interface and the memory complete mutual communication through a bus; the memory is used for storing a computer program; the processor is configured to execute the program stored in the memory to implement the network capability identification method of the user equipment according to any one of claims 1 to 4, or to implement the network capability identification method of the user equipment according to claim 5 or 6.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, having stored thereon a computer program which, when being executed by a processor, implements the network capability identification method of a user equipment according to any one of claims 1 to 4 or implements the network capability identification method of a user equipment according to claim 5 or 6.
