The above results proves, can adopt at die surface and add that the way of shallow layer comes the various item compositions of punching press, and obtain good sticking to mould/stripping feature and icon replicability.Do not having under the situation of elastomer coating, detergent bar can't break away from from mould.

Claims (14)

1. utensil that is used for stamping detergent bar (soap bar), it comprises a mould, and this mould has at least one soap bar stamping surface, has wherein added elastomer coating on this soap bar stamping surface, and the total thickness of this elastomer coating is less than 200 microns.
2. according to the utensil of claim 1, wherein this elastomer coating is the unique elastomer material of this soap bar stamping surface.
3. according to the utensil of claim 1 or 2, wherein this mould comprises rigid material, is selected from metal and alloy thereof, thermoset and thermoplastic resin, hard casting urethane, pottery, matrix material and laminate.
4. according to the utensil of claim 1 or 2, wherein this elastomer coating is selected from elastomerics, rubber and thermoplastic elastomer, and their multipolymer and blend.
