Abstract
The invention discloses a project cost management system and method based on BIM technology, the method includes the following steps: building a corresponding BIM building information model by taking revit as core modeling software; distributing the project cost standard data loaded in the approved project cost scheme to the corresponding building components; matching the generated construction cost data to corresponding building components respectively; completing the comparative analysis of the project cost data generated by each building component and the corresponding project cost standard data; according to the result of the comparative analysis, the total change of the money of the project cost scheme is the minimum, and the condition that the performance of the building is not influenced is taken as the constraint condition, so that the project cost scheme is adjusted. The invention can realize the dynamic planning of the construction cost according to the actual construction condition, the material market price and the like, can improve the rationality of the construction cost management and can find the abnormal condition existing in the construction cost management process in time.
