the data storage platform and the data storage platform are deployed through a super-fusion framework, and the super-fusion framework comprises a plurality of core switches, a plurality of management switches, a plurality of storage switches and a plurality of servers; data transmission is carried out among all the devices of the super fusion architecture through optical fibers; the data acquisition platform uploads the data of each area to a corresponding core switch, and each core switch is in data connection with a corresponding management switch; each management switch is respectively in data connection with each server; each server is respectively in data connection with each storage switch;
the WEB release platform is deployed on each server and provides intelligent comprehensive management and control service for a user through a B/S framework; a user accesses through inputting a URL address corresponding to a WEB release platform and selects required intelligent comprehensive management and control service, wherein the comprehensive management and control service comprises emergency linkage, comprehensive monitoring, statistical analysis and service management.

The intelligent integrated management and control platform suitable for medium and small hydropower stations according to claim 1, wherein the WEB publishing platform provides integrated monitoring services through an integrated monitoring platform, and the integrated monitoring platform provides a visual interface for customizing, publishing and applying various functional components;
the comprehensive monitoring platform sets visual interfaces of different applications as function views, and the different function views can be associated with a designated user group and carry out different customized output and release; in the functional view, different functional areas are divided, the interface style, the theme and the application function type of each functional area are configured and managed, various functional components based on a primitive library are integrated, and different customized monitoring interfaces are obtained.

The intelligent integrated management and control platform suitable for medium and small hydropower stations according to claim 2, wherein the integrated monitoring platform is used for performing normalization arrangement on the intelligent terminal device working information uploaded by each terminal management system, and performing coding and storage through ERP coding rules to obtain a real-time monitoring device manual.

the material management module is used for managing emergency materials, an emergency material management platform account is established on a WEB publishing platform, a user can check the quantity, the position and the use condition of the materials through the emergency material management platform account, and the material management module is also provided with an overdue test reminding function and can remind the appointed user to check the emergency materials which need to be regularly checked;
the starting process module is used for managing starting conditions, response grading, disposal processes, reporting processes and an address book of the emergency plan and the emergency disposal scheme; generating a corresponding flow chart and establishing a visual interface; the starting flow module is used for acquiring information of the terminal management system and pushing an intelligent plan/scheme to an emergency plan and an emergency disposal scheme according to starting conditions;
the emergency disposal module is used for compiling specific emergency plans and emergency disposal schemes of various events; and when the emergency response needs to be started, starting the corresponding emergency response by one key, and autonomously sending corresponding emergency disposal information according to the role of personnel.

The intelligent comprehensive management and control platform suitable for medium and small hydropower stations as claimed in claim 1, wherein the WEB release platform provides service management services through a service management platform, and comprises a service process knowledge base management module, a staff capability portrait module and a service management module; the business process knowledge base management module is used for constructing a business process system and storing the business capability corresponding to the completed business process; the employee ability portrait module is based on a large amount of daily work data of employees and carries out big data modeling to obtain employee ability portrait, and the employee ability portrait is composed of a plurality of business abilities and ability values; the business management module searches in a business process knowledge base management module according to the business to be executed to obtain corresponding business capacity; and screening the employee capability portrait according to the service capability to obtain the best service executive personnel.
