When the air flow passes through the air outlet frame 2, cold air can generate condensed water on the air outlet frame 2, and due to the arrangement of the inclined structure, the condensed water cannot be accumulated on the lower frame 21 and can be directly left along the inclined structure, so that the problem of reliability reduction of the air conditioner caused by the accumulated water flowing into other structures of the air conditioner is avoided.
The lower frame 21 has a first side 22 facing the inside of the air outlet frame 2, the first side 22 has an included angle with the horizontal plane, and the first side 22 forms the inclined structure. That is, the first side 22 of the lower frame 21 (the inner surface of the lower frame 21) is directly inclined, so that the structural complexity of the air outlet frame 2 is effectively reduced.
The included angle ranges from 30 degrees to 45 degrees. When the included angle is too large, the height of the edge of the first side surface 22 at the high position is too high, which still causes shielding to the air outlet and affects the air outlet effect. When the included angle is too small, the height of the edge of the first side 22 at the high position is too low, and the condensed water still has the problem of accumulating on the first side 22, so that the air conditioner has electrical safety hazards.
The air conditioner further comprises a water receiving disc 3, wherein the water receiving disc 3 is arranged in the shell 1, and the water receiving disc 3 is positioned below the inclined structure. The condensed water left on the inclined structure can flow directly into the water pan 3.
The air conditioner further comprises a wind sweeping motor, and the wind sweeping motor is arranged below the inclined structure. The inclined structure can drain condensed water possibly flowing to the wind sweeping motor, so that the safety and reliability of the wind sweeping motor are guaranteed.
The shell 1 is further provided with a wind deflector 4, the wind deflector 4 is located below the air outlet 11, the air outlet frame 2 is provided with a mounting groove 23 with a downward opening, and the upper edge of the wind deflector 4 is arranged in the mounting groove 23. The upper edge of the wind deflector 4 is provided with a bending part 41, and the width h1 of the bending part 41 is smaller than the width h2 of the mounting groove 23, so as to ensure the reliability of the assembly of the bending part 41 and the mounting groove 23 and the strength and rigidity of the structure.
Specifically, the width h2 of the mounting groove 23 is more than or equal to 10mm; and/or the width h1 of the bending part 41 is more than or equal to 5mm; and/or, the difference between the width h2 of the mounting groove 23 and the width h1 of the bending portion 41 is in the range of h2-h1 not less than 3mm.
A sealing structure is arranged between the bending part 41 and the mounting groove 23; and/or, a sealing structure is arranged in the mounting groove 23.
Preferably, the sealing structure is a sponge, in the assembling process, the sponge is stuck in the mounting groove 23, then the bending part 41 on the wind shield 4 is inserted into the mounting groove 23, the sponge is extruded by the wind shield 4 to deform the sponge so as to seal the mounting groove 23, and cold air is prevented from flowing into a display area in front of the wind shield 4 from a gap between the wind shield 4 and the mounting groove 23 to cause condensation.
As another embodiment, the lower frame 21 and the wind deflector 4 are fixed by screws, and sponge and foam structures are arranged on both sides of the wind deflector 4 to prevent air leakage.
