Abstract
The invention discloses a slide block mounting fixing seat of a plane gate/trash rack and a mounting method thereof, comprising a groove box for placing a slide block and accessory parts thereof, a detachable cover plate and a fastener, wherein the groove box for placing the slide block and accessory parts thereof is provided with at least one channel for placing the slide block and accessory parts thereof, and the rest parts can effectively restrict certain degrees of freedom of the slide block and accessory parts thereof; the groove box for placing the sliding block and the accessory parts thereof is provided with a notch for the working surface of the sliding block to contact with the slideway, the sliding of the sliding block along the slideway is not influenced, the detachable cover plate and the fastener are used for plugging a channel reserved by the groove box, so that the sliding block and the accessory parts thereof are fixed, the detachable cover plate is fixed on the groove box through the fastener, and the detachable cover plate has a constraint function on the sliding block and the accessory parts thereof after the installation is finished. The groove box is installed and fixed on the substrate without damaging the substrate structure such as punching and cutting, so that the tightness of the substrate is not damaged.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a hydraulic gate, in particular to a slide block mounting fixing seat of a planar gate/trash rack and a mounting method.
Background
With the vigorous development of national infrastructure, the quality of water conservancy and hydropower facilities is steadily improved, and the requirements on some basic equipment in the engineering construction and maintenance process are gradually enhanced. The functional requirements of the slide block device of the gate/trash rack, which is used as a main component of the gate/trash rack, are diversified, and the durability requirements are improved year by year. Currently, many planar gates/screens are required to have certain damping capacity, especially those which are subjected to bidirectional water flow in pumped storage power stations. Based on the requirement, adding elastic accessories (such as rubber pads, springs and the like) under the sliding blocks becomes a mainstream design idea. However, in the conventional design concept, the slider device is basically fixed on the panel or the flange plate of the gate/trash rack by bolts, and when the elastic accessory is compressed, the bolts are loosened, so that the structure is unstable. And the bolt holes for installing the sliding block device are drilled on the gate panel (flange plate), so that the sealing difficulty of the gate is increased, and the risk of water leakage of the gate is increased.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing a slide block mounting fixing seat and a slide block mounting method for a planar gate/trash rack, which can fix and hold the slide block on a substrate (such as a panel or a flange plate of equipment such as the gate, the trash rack and the like) without damaging the structure of the substrate.

The accessory part is a rubber pad or a spring.
The sliding block installation fixing seat is used for installing and fixing the groove box on the plane gate/trash rack in a mode of non-damaging the substrate structure.

Preferably, the tank is fixed on the plane gate/trash rack by welding.
The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows: the substrate is not damaged such as punching, cutting and the like, so that the tightness of the substrate is not damaged; the slider can be elastically displaced in the device along with the elastic body mounted thereunder without worrying about the structural instability.

The accessory part 6 is a rubber pad or a spring. The sliding block mounting fixing seat is used for mounting and fixing the groove box on the plane gate/trash rack 5 in a mode of non-damaging the substrate structure.

Specifically, the tail water accident gate of a certain pumped storage power station is a gate valve type steel gate, is suspended above an orifice in a non-working period and is impacted by bidirectional water flow. In order to avoid the gate from damaging the structure due to vibration, a rubber backing plate is added below the reverse sliding block to achieve the damping effect. The gate orifice size is 4m wide and 5m high, and the water retaining head is about 120m. The panel is at the upstream side, the water stop device is at the downstream side, and the gate is closed by the water column. The gate leaves are divided into two sections, and each section is 5m wide and 2.6m high. Each section is provided with 4 reverse slide block devices, the reverse slide blocks are in a convex shape, and the overall external dimension is 200mm wide, 330mm long and 100mm high; wherein the boss is 100mm wide and 50mm high. The reverse slider device is fixed at four corners of the outer side of the door leaf panel by using the slider mounting fixing seat, and the long central axis of the reverse slider device is coincided with the central axis of the web plate of the door leaf side column. The center distance 1950mm between the upper and lower rows of sliders and the center distance 4620mm between the left and right rows of sliders. The groove box of the sliding block mounting fixing seat is formed by welding Q355B steel plates with the thickness of 12mm, and the outer dimension of the groove box is 324mm long, 212mm wide and 92mm high; the size of the inner space of the groove box is 300mm long, 200mm wide and 80mm high; wherein, an inner space with the width of 43mm is used for blocking the base of the sliding block, so that only the boss is exposed out of the groove box and the base cannot fall out of the groove box. The groove box is welded at the corresponding position of the gate panel according to the positioning of the sliding block. The outside of the groove box is welded with a plurality of rib plates for reinforcement and a mounting bottom plate for mounting the cover plate, wherein the mounting bottom plate is provided with bolt holes (matched with the cover plate bolt holes) with the diameter of 24 mm. Because the slide block is not fixed on the gate panel by using bolts, no bolt holes are drilled on the gate panel, and the problem of water leakage of the bolt holes positioned on the inner side of the side column does not need to be considered. The cross section of the groove box cover plate is L-shaped and corresponds to the size of the groove box. The cover plate is made of Q355 steel plate with the thickness of 12 mm. The corresponding position of the cover plate and the groove box mounting bottom plate are provided with bolt holes with the diameter of 24 mm. The cover plate is used for plugging the groove box to prevent the sliding block from falling out from the side surface and is matched with the groove box to block the sliding block. The reverse slide block device of the gate adopts a rubber backing plate with the external dimension of 295mm long, 195mm wide and 30mm thick as a buffer device. During installation, the rubber backing plate and the sliding block are pushed into proper positions of the groove box in sequence, then the cover plate is covered on the side face of the groove box, and finally the cover plate and the groove box are fastened by bolts, gaskets and nuts.
