The concave part 123 has certain deformability through bending transition or oblique transition of the surrounding wall 1232, the rigidity of the concave part 123 is weakened, when the table 21111 and the reinforcing beam 2112 clamp the insertion arm 120, the clamping force of the table 21111 and the reinforcing beam 2112 is improved through deformation of the concave part 123, connection is firmer, internal stress gathering points of the concave part 123 and surrounding areas are reduced through bending transition or oblique transition, the strength of the connecting structure 100 is higher, the risk of local stress concentration and fracture is avoided, the service life of the connecting structure 100 is prolonged, and the connection reliability of the connecting structure 100 is improved.
In some embodiments, the plugging arm 120 is provided with a plurality of recesses 123 and a plurality of protrusions 122 alternately arranged, so as to further enhance the strength of the plugging arm 120 and improve the connection reliability of the connection structure 100.
In some embodiments, the recess 123 is provided with a first connection hole 121 through which the fastener 300 passes. It can be understood that the recess 123 is in contact with the reinforcing beam 2112 and is spaced from the platform 21111, and the first connection hole 121 is formed in the recess 123, which is beneficial to avoiding the situation that the reinforcing beam 2112 and the fastener 300 are disengaged due to a gap, avoiding the loosening of the reinforcing beam 2112, and improving the connection reliability between the reinforcing beam 2112 and the plugging arm 120.
Further, the plugging arm 120 is provided with a plurality of recesses 123 alternately arranged, wherein the recesses 123 of two opposite edges of the plurality of recesses 123 are respectively provided with the first connection hole 121, so that the connection is more stable and firm.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 12, the region of the reinforcing beam 2112 opposite the plug arm 120 is recessed downward to form a first profiled structure 21121. The strength of the reinforcing beam 2112 is further strengthened by the first profiling structure 21121.
Preferably, the first profiling 21121 extends in a direction perpendicular to the insertion direction of the plugging arm 120.
Preferably, the first profiled structure 21121 is located in a forward region of the reinforcing beam 2112 in a forward-backward direction of insertion of the plug arm 120, such that the first profiled structure 21121 gives way to insertion of the plug arm 120, making it easier for the plug arm 120 to be inserted between the deck 21111 and the reinforcing beam 2112, facilitating installation by an operator.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 12, a portion of the land 21111 is recessed in the direction of the plug arm 120 to form a second profiled structure 21113, and the plug arm 120 is clamped by the second profiled structure 21113 and the housing 211. The strength of the tabletop 21111 is further enhanced by the second profiling structure 21113, and the clamping force of the tabletop 21111 and the reinforcing beam 2112 is improved.
For example, the second profiled structure 21113 comprises a clamping wall and a peripheral wall disposed along the periphery of the clamping wall, wherein the peripheral wall and the clamping wall are curved or diagonally transitioned. The second profiled structure 21113 has certain deformability due to the bending transition or the oblique transition of the peripheral wall, the rigidity of the second profiled structure 21113 is weakened, and when the platform 21111 and the reinforcing beam 2112 clamp the insertion arm 120, the clamping force of the platform 21111 and the reinforcing beam 2112 is improved due to the deformation of the second profiled structure 21113, so that the connection is firmer. And the bending transition or the oblique transition reduces the internal stress concentration points of the second profiled structure 21113 and the surrounding area thereof, the strength of the connection structure 100 is higher, the risk of fracture due to local stress concentration is avoided, the service life of the connection structure 100 is prolonged, and the connection reliability of the connection structure 100 is improved.
Further, the clamping walls are adapted to the shape of the plugging arm 120.
Preferably, the second profiled structure 21113 is provided with a corresponding second connection hole 21114.
In some embodiments, the edges of the tabletop 21111 are flanged to form a tabletop sidewall 21111, the tabletop sidewall 21111 is provided with a socket 21112, and the docking arm 120 extends between the tabletop 21111 and the case 211 along the socket 21112. Further, the connecting portion 110 has a connecting arm 112 and an abutment arm 111 at the lower end of the connecting arm 112, the abutment arm 111 is bent and connected to the plugging arm 120, and the abutment arm 111 abuts on the mesa side wall 21111. The socket 21112 has a positioning function, during the assembling process, an operator inserts the insertion arm 120 along the socket 21112, i.e. the insertion arm 120 can be inserted between the table 21111 and the reinforcing beam 2112, and the first connection hole 121 on the insertion arm 120 and the connection holes on the table 21111 and the reinforcing beam 2112 are also positioned in the transverse direction (i.e. the direction perpendicular to the insertion direction), and after the abutment arm 111 contacts the side wall 21111 of the table, the first connection hole 121 on the insertion arm 120 and the connection holes on the table 21111 and the reinforcing beam 2112 are also positioned in the longitudinal direction (i.e. the insertion direction), thereby omitting the alignment adjustment process of the operator and being more convenient to install.
In one embodiment, the socket 21112 is spaced from the upper end of the table 21111, and it will be appreciated that when the fastener 300 locks the table 21111, the plug arm 120 and the reinforcing beam 2112, one end of the first connecting hole 121 of the plug arm 120 is pressed by the reinforcing beam 2112 to one side of the table 21111 to some extent, and the other end of the plug arm 120 is restricted by the socket 21112, so that one end of the first connecting hole 121 of the plug arm 120 is inclined upward relative to the other end, and thus the plug arm 120 is less likely to be loosened from the socket and the connection is firmer.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 6, 7 and 8, the stacked clothes treating apparatus 200 further includes a second clothes treating device 220 provided on the top 21111, wherein the connecting arm 112 is connected to the second clothes treating device 220.
In detail, the second laundry treating device 220 is located above the first laundry treating device 210, the connection part 110 of the connection structure 100 is connected with the side part 221 of the second laundry treating device, and the insertion arm 120 of the connection structure 100 is connected with the top part of the first laundry treating device 210.
For example, the second laundry treating apparatus 220 is a clothes dryer, the first laundry treating apparatus 210 is a washing machine, and the connecting structure 100 is located at the front sides of the clothes dryer and the washing machine, wherein the connecting structure 100 is substantially "L" shaped and includes a connecting portion 110 and a plugging arm 120, the connecting portion 110 is connected to the side portion of the clothes dryer, the plugging arm 120 is connected to the top portion of the washing machine, in detail, the connecting portion 110 in the vertical direction of the "L" shape is connected to the lower region of the front plate 2211 of the clothes dryer, and the lateral plugging arm 120 in the "L" shape is connected to the front edge region of the top deck 21111 of the washing machine.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1, 2, 4 and 5, the connecting portion 110 includes an arm 111 and a connecting arm 112, in detail, the arm 111 is located below the connecting arm 112, one end of the arm 111 is connected with the plugging arm 120 in a bending manner, and the arm 111 is adapted to abut against the table top sidewall 21111 of the first laundry treating device 210; the connecting arm 112 is connected to the other end of the arm 111, and the connecting arm 112 is used to connect to a sidewall of the side portion 221 of the second laundry treating apparatus.
The connection structure 100 and the second clothes treatment device 220 are fixedly connected through the connecting arm 112, the connection part 110 and the plugging arm 120 are connected in a bending way through the leaning arm 111, the leaning arm 111 is leaned on the table top side wall 21111, through the leaning fit of the leaning arm 111 and the table top side wall 21111, on one hand, the leaning arm 111 can move relative to the table top side wall 21111, so that the leaning arm 111 has certain deformation capability relative to the plugging arm 120, after the second clothes treatment device 220 shakes, the second clothes treatment device 220 drives the connecting arm 112 to synchronously shake, the connecting arm 112 shakes, so that the leaning arm 111 moves relative to the table top side wall 21111 and applies a reaction force to the second clothes treatment device 220, the shake of the second clothes treatment device 220 is reduced, the stress of the plugging arm 120 is reduced through the deformation of the leaning arm 111, the direct stress of structures such as a fastener 300 is avoided, reducing the risk of the fastener 300 being loosened, thereby ensuring the reliability of the connection between the second laundry treating device 220 and the first laundry treating device 210; on the other hand, the arm 111 also has a positioning function, and the arm 111 is stopped by the table-board side wall 21111, so that the plug-in arm 120 is installed in place, and the assembly operation of workers is facilitated.
For example, the second laundry processing device 220 is a clothes dryer, the clothes dryer is a box 211 surrounded by a front plate 2211, a rear plate, a left side plate and a right side plate, and the drying drum, the driving device, the drying system and the like are installed in the box 211, wherein the bottom end of the front plate 2211 is flanged into the box 211 by two flanges to form a side wall, in more detail, the bottom end of the front plate 2211 is firstly flanged into the box 211 in a horizontal direction, one end of the flanged edge in the horizontal direction, which is far away from the front plate 2211, is flanged in a vertical direction, and the flanged edge in the vertical direction is the side wall of the side portion 221 of the second laundry processing device; the first laundry treating apparatus 210 is a washing machine, and includes a cabinet 211, a top cover of the cabinet 211 is provided with a top 21111, and a lower side of the top 21111 is provided with a reinforcing beam 2112, wherein a plugging arm 120 is inserted between the top 21111 and the reinforcing beam 2112, and a leaning arm 111 leans against the top side 21111, and a connecting arm 112 is located above the top 21111 and connected to the bottom of a front plate 2211 of the dryer.
Preferably, the connecting arm 112 is provided with a third connecting hole 114, and the fastener 300 passes through the third connecting hole 114 to lock the connecting structure 100 to the second laundry treating device 220, so that the connection is simpler and more convenient, and the connection stability is better.
Preferably, the arm 111 is provided with a rib 1111 to enhance the strength of the arm 111.
Further, a partial region of the arm 111 is projected in a direction away from the inserting arm 120 to form the rib 1111.
Further, the reinforcing rib 1111 of the inserting arm 120 and the reinforcing structure of the arm 111 are integrally formed.
In some embodiments, the extending direction of the arm 111 is the same as the extending direction of the connecting arm 112, wherein the arm 111 and the connecting arm 112 may be disposed on the same plane, or the arm 111 and the connecting arm 112 may not be coplanar.
In detail, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, a bending structure 115 is formed at the joint of the arm 111 and the connecting arm 112, so that the bending structure 115 further provides a deformation amount between the arm 111 and the connecting arm 112, which relatively weakens the rigidity of the connecting part 110, after the second laundry treating device 220 shakes during operation, the second laundry treating device 220 applies an acting force to the connecting arm 112, the connecting arm 112 deforms and bends relative to the arm 111 under the action of the second laundry treating device 220, and applies a reaction force to the second laundry treating device 220, on one hand, the shaking of the second laundry treating device 220 is slowed down and weakened, on the other hand, the second laundry treating device 220 drives the connecting arm 112 to shake synchronously, the second laundry treating device 220 and the connecting arm 112 abut against each other without generating a force separating from each other, and a situation that the second laundry treating device 220 and the connecting arm 112 are misaligned with each other is avoided, the risk of the fastener 300 connecting the second laundry treating device 220 and the connecting arm 112 being loosened by force is also avoided, so that the second laundry treating device 220 and the connecting arm 112 are connected more firmly and stably.
Moreover, in the above-mentioned structure, when the second laundry treating device 220 shakes, the movement amount of the arm 111 is not active with respect to the first laundry treating device 210 or is greatly reduced compared to the structure without the bending structure 115, so that the bending frequency and bending degree of the arm 111 with respect to the inserting arm 120 are reduced, and the risk of breaking the arm 111 is greatly reduced, thereby prolonging the service life of the connecting structure 100 and ensuring the connection reliability of the connecting structure 100, meanwhile, since the movement amount of the arm 111 is reduced, the force transmitted from the arm 111 to the inserting arm 120 is correspondingly reduced, so that the inserting arm 120 is not easy to move with respect to the first laundry treating device 210, avoiding the dislocation and loosening of the inserting arm 120, and improving the connection reliability between the inserting arm 120 and the first laundry treating device 210, otherwise, when the first laundry treating device 210 shakes, the force transmitted from the inserting arm 120 to the connecting portion 110 is blocked or weakened by the bending structure 115, thereby making the second laundry treating device 220 relatively more stable.
In summary, by providing the bending structure 115 between the arm 111 and the connecting arm 112, the connecting structure 100 can connect the second laundry treating device 220 and the first laundry treating device 210 more firmly, and further, the second laundry treating device 220 and the first laundry treating device 210 can be more stable.
Preferably, bending structure 115 includes a concave arc wall 1151 and a convex arc wall 1152, one end of concave arc wall 1151 is connected to one end of convex arc wall 1152, the other end of concave arc wall 1151 is connected to connecting arm 112, the other end of convex arc wall 1152 is connected to arm 111, and more particularly, arm 120 is located on one side of connecting portion 110, wherein concave arc wall 1151 is concave in a direction away from connecting portion 110, and convex arc wall 1152 is convex in a direction toward connecting portion 110, so that bending transition between connecting arm 112 and arm 111 is realized through concave arc wall 1151 and convex arc wall 1152, and the bending structure is simple to machine and form, and internal stress concentration points of bending structure 115 and its surrounding area are reduced, and connecting portion 110 is stronger, thereby avoiding local stress concentration and breaking risks, prolonging service life of connecting structure 100 and improving connection reliability of connecting structure 100.
More preferably, the concave arc wall 1151 and/or a connection of the concave arc wall 1151 and the convex arc wall 1152 can contact and support a sidewall of the side portion 221 of the second laundry treating device. Since the concave arc wall 1151 is connected to the lower end of the connecting arm 112, the concave arc wall 1151 is provided to support the sidewall of the side 221 of the second laundry treating device, so that the contact area between the sidewall of the side 221 of the second laundry treating device and the connecting arm 112 is increased, the connecting arm 112 can be more firmly connected and fixed to the second laundry treating device 220, and the concave arc wall 1151 also has a positioning function, during the assembling process, an operator can place the second laundry treating device 220 on the first laundry treating device 210, and when the sidewall of the side 221 of the second laundry treating device contacts and abuts against the concave arc wall 1151, the third connecting hole 114 on the connecting arm 112 can be aligned with the connecting hole on the sidewall of the side 221 of the second laundry treating device, thereby omitting the alignment process of the operator, and the assembling is more convenient.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the connecting portion 110 further includes a support arm 113, the support arm 113 is connected to the connecting arm 112 in a bent manner, and the support arm 113 can support the bottom wall 1231 of the side portion 221 of the second laundry treating device.
In detail, the second laundry processing apparatus 220 is a clothes dryer, the clothes dryer is a cabinet 211 surrounded by a front plate 2211, a rear plate, a left side plate and a right side plate, and the drying drum, the driving device, the drying system and the like are installed in the cabinet 211, wherein the bottom end of the front plate 2211 forms side walls into the cabinet 211 through two flanging, in more detail, the bottom end of the front plate 2211 forms a horizontal flanging into the cabinet 211, the horizontal flanging is a bottom wall 1231 of the side portion 221 of the second laundry processing apparatus (see the second wall 22112 in fig. 11), one end of the horizontal flanging, which is far away from the front plate 2211, is flanged in a vertical direction, and the vertical flanging is a side wall of the side portion 221 of the second laundry processing apparatus (see the first wall 22111 in fig. 11). The provision of the bottom wall 1231 of the support arm 113 supporting the side 221 of the second laundry treating device further increases the contact area of the connecting arm 112 and the second laundry treating device 220 by the support arm 113, so that the connecting arm 112 and the second laundry treating device 220 are more firmly connected.
Preferably, one end of the support arm 113 is connected to the upper end of the connection arm 112.
More preferably, a part of the area of the connecting arm 112 is turned outward to form a flange, the flange is formed as a supporting arm 113, and another part of the area of the connecting arm 112 is provided with a third connecting hole 114. The flanging further enhances the strength of the connecting arm 112, the processing technology is simpler, areas which are easy to break such as gaps are reduced, and the reliability is higher.
Furthermore, the connecting arm 112 is provided with a plurality of third connecting holes 114 distributed at intervals, and a supporting arm 113 is arranged between two connected third connecting holes 114.
As for the second laundry treating apparatus 220, in more detail, the second laundry treating apparatus 220 includes a front plate 2211, a partial area of the front plate 2211 is connected to the connecting arm 112 of the connecting portion 110, and the connecting structure 100 is more firmly connected to the second laundry treating apparatus 220.
Preferably, the front plate 2211 is flanged with a longitudinal first wall 22111, and the first wall 22111 is connected to the connecting arm 112. In detail, a horizontal flanging is formed in the bottom end of the front plate 2211 into the box body 211, one end of the horizontal flanging, which is far away from the front plate 2211, is flanged in the vertical direction, the vertical flanging is the first wall 22111, the hidden connection between the front plate 2211 and the connecting arm 112 is realized through the first wall 22111 formed by the inward flanging of the front plate 2211, the front plate 2211 can completely shield the connecting structure 100, the product is more attractive, and the front plate 2211 can be directly abutted to the first clothes treatment device 210 without being limited by the connecting structure 100, on one hand, the product is more attractive as a whole, on the other hand, the overall height of the stacked clothes treatment device 200 is not increased, so that the product is relatively more compact, the space is saved, the first clothes treatment device 210 with a relatively upper position is more convenient for a user to operate, and the product use experience is better.
More preferably, as shown in fig. 4 and 10, connection arm 112 has inner wall surface 1121 and outer wall surface 1122 which are opposite to each other, inner wall surface 1121 faces insertion arm 120, wherein first wall 22111 is located on one side of inner wall surface 1121. In this way, the area where the second laundry processing device 220 is connected and matched with the connecting arm 112 is located on the rear side of the connecting arm 112, the connecting arm 112 forms a stop for the second laundry processing device 220, especially when the connecting structure 100 is located on the front sides of the second laundry processing device 220 and the first laundry processing device 210, because the second laundry processing device 220 inclines forward and the risk of falling is greater, the area where the second laundry processing device 220 is connected and matched with the connecting arm 112 is located on the rear side of the connecting arm 112, and the connecting arm 112 forms a stop for the second laundry processing device 220, the capability that the connecting arm 112 weakens the shaking of the second laundry processing device 220 is increased, the second laundry processing device 220 and the connecting arm 112 are prevented from loosening, and the connection reliability is higher.
More preferably, the bottom end of the first wall 22111 abuts against the fold 115 of the connection structure 100. The flexure 115 is capable of contacting and supporting the first wall 22111. Because the bending structure 115 is connected with the lower end of the connecting arm 112, the bending structure 115 is arranged to support the first wall 22111, the contact area between the first wall 22111 and the connecting arm 112 is increased, the connecting arm 112 can be more firmly connected and fixed with the first wall 22111, and the bending structure 115 also has a positioning function, in the assembling process, an operator can place the second clothes treatment device 220 on the first clothes treatment device 210, when the first wall 22111 is in contact with and abuts against the bending structure 115, the third connecting hole 114 in the connecting arm 112 can be aligned with the connecting hole in the first wall 22111, the aligning process of the operator is omitted, and the assembling is more convenient.
In some embodiments, the support arm 113 of the connection portion 110 is located below and supports a partial area of the front plate 2211. The contact surface of the connecting arm 112 and the second laundry treating device 220 is further increased by the supporting arm 113, so that the connecting arm 112 and the second laundry treating device 220 are connected more firmly.
Preferably, the front plate 2211 is flanged to form a transverse second wall 22112, the supporting arm 113 is located below the second wall 22112 and supports the second wall 22112, specifically, the bottom end of the front plate 2211 is firstly flanged in a horizontal direction to the box body 211, the horizontal direction flange is the second wall 22112, one end of the horizontal direction flange far away from the front plate 2211 is flanged in a vertical direction, the vertical direction flange is the first wall 22111, and the second wall 22112 abuts against the supporting arm 113, so that the connection is firmer.
More preferably, one end of the second wall 22112 is bent over and connected to the upper end of the first wall 22111.
Description of a specific embodiment
As shown in fig. 1 to 13, the present embodiment provides a stacked clothes treating apparatus 200 including a washing machine, a drying machine, and a connecting structure 100, connecting the washing machine and the drying machine through the connecting structure 100, so that the washing machine and the drying machine together form a washing-drying integrated apparatus.
The clothes dryer is arranged above the washing machine, and the washing machine can support and fix the clothes dryer. In some embodiments, the washing machine and the dryer are designed to be relatively independent devices, and after the dryer is unloaded from the washing machine, the washing machine and the dryer can respectively and independently work; in other embodiments, the washing machine and the dryer are designed to have a common component, for example, a common air duct is designed for the washing machine and the dryer, so that the air flow generated by the operation of the dryer can be used by the washing machine through the common air duct, and the washing machine and/or the dryer cannot work independently due to the common component, some functions of the washing machine and/or the dryer can be completed only by the other one, and the assembly state of the washing machine and the dryer can be ensured in the use process; of course, it is also possible to design the washing machine and the dryer to have common components, but the common components are only spare components, and even if the washing machine and the dryer are separated, each can operate relatively independently.
The washing machine, the dryer and the coupling structure 100 will be described in detail, respectively.
The washing machine is positioned below the clothes dryer and can support and fix the clothes dryer, the washing machine is provided with a main control panel 212, the main control panel 212 is used for receiving instructions and controlling the washing machine to work according to the instructions, the washing machine is provided with a box body 211 used for accommodating components such as a washing drum and the like, the box body 211 is provided with a machine door used for taking and putting clothes, a table top 21111 is covered on the box body 211, the table top 21111 provides a mounting surface of the clothes dryer, in order to further increase the weighing capacity of the table top 21111 and avoid deformation and breakage of the table top 21111, a reinforcing beam 2112 is connected to the box body 211, and the table top 21111 is covered on the box body 211 and is abutted against the reinforcing beam 2112. The lands 21111 and the reinforcing beams 2112 are used to attach the fixed attachment structure 100.
Regarding the dryer, the dryer is located above the washing machine, the dryer is provided with a control panel 222, the control panel 222 is used for receiving instructions and controlling the operation of the dryer according to the instructions, further, the washing machine and the dryer share the same control panel 222, a user sets program instructions on the control panel 222, and the control panel 222 sends the received instructions to the main control panel 212 of the washing machine or the main control panel 212 of the dryer. Further, the manipulation panel 222 is located at an upper end of the dryer.
The clothes dryer has a front plate 2211, a containing space formed by surrounding a side plate and a rear plate, a washing drum and other components are located in the containing space, the front plate 2211 is provided with a machine door for taking and placing clothes, a horizontal flanging is formed at the bottom end of the front plate 2211 inwards in advance, one end, away from the front plate 2211, of the horizontal flanging is flanged in the vertical direction, the vertical flanging is a first wall 22111, the horizontal flanging is a second wall 22112, and the first wall 22111 and the second wall 22112 are connected with a connecting structure 100.
Regarding the connecting structure 100, it is used to connect and fix the washing machine and the dryer, preventing the dryer from tilting and falling.
The connecting structure 100 is a substantially L-shaped sheet metal part and comprises a connecting part 110 in the vertical direction and an inserting arm 120 in the horizontal direction, the connecting part 110 comprises a connecting arm 112 and an abutting arm 111 which are distributed vertically, the abutting arm 111 and the inserting arm 120 are bent and connected, the connecting arm 112 is connected with the clothes dryer, and the inserting arm 120 is connected with the washing machine, so that the washing machine and the clothes dryer are connected and fixed through the connecting structure 100.
Specifically, the plug arm 120 extends between the table 21111 and the reinforcing beam 2112, and the table 21111, the plug arm 120 and the reinforcing beam 2112 are locked by the fastener 300, so that the connection reliability is high.
Further, the front end of the tabletop 21111 is bent and flanged downwards to form a tabletop side wall 21111, the tabletop side wall 21111 is provided with a plug-in port 21112, in the assembling process, an operator inserts the plug-in arm 120 into the plug-in port 21112, and makes the abutment arm 111 abut against the tabletop side wall 21111, the connecting arm 112 is located above the tabletop 21111, the first wall 22111 of the clothes dryer is located on one side of the connecting arm 112 facing the tabletop 21111 and connected with the connecting arm 112, the end of the connecting arm 112 is flanged in the horizontal direction to form a supporting arm 113, and the second wall 22112 of the clothes dryer abuts against the supporting arm 113.
The beneficial effects of this embodiment are as follows:
1. the structure is simple, and the connection reliability is high;
2. the disassembly and the assembly are easy;
3. the height of the whole machine is shortened, and the operation of a user is convenient.
4. The hidden installation of the connecting structure 100 is realized, and the product is more beautiful.

1. A stacked clothes treating apparatus, comprising:
a first clothes processing device which is provided with a box body and a table-board arranged on the box body;
