The transfer device 200 is used for conveying a plurality of stacked blood discs 500 to the sorting storage warehouse 100 for sorting and storing blood bags in the warehousing process when the transfer device 200 is in butt joint with the sorting storage warehouse 100 and the blood bag stacking area 300.
It can be understood that, the automated blood storage according to the present disclosure mainly performs storage preparation in the blood bag stacking area 300, performs blood bag sorting and warehousing-out through the sorting storage 100, and transports blood bags in batch between the blood bag stacking area 300 and the sorting storage 100 through the transfer device 200, thereby effectively improving the automation degree of blood bag storage and retrieval.

It will be appreciated that the blood bag stacking area 300 is used to manually stack a blood bag into an empty blood tray 500. After a whole stack of empty trays come, the empty tray splitting mechanism 302 splits the trays, the staff manually stacks the blood bags on the empty trays at the stacking station 303, the stacked blood trays 500 are gradually accumulated, and then the stacking mechanism 304 stacks a plurality of blood trays 500 containing the blood bags.
Optionally, the blood bag stacking section 300 further includes a first temporary storage section 301 and a second temporary storage section 305, wherein the first temporary storage section 301 is located upstream of the empty tray splitting mechanism 302 and is used for temporarily storing the empty blood tray 500; a second buffer area 305 is located downstream of the tray stacking mechanism 304 for buffering a plurality of stacked blood trays. This can promote the smooth progress of the preparation work for the storage of the blood bag.
Optionally, the automated blood storage further comprises a blood bag taking area 400, the blood bag taking area 400 comprises a tray detaching mechanism 402 and a taking station 403, the tray detaching mechanism 402 is used for detaching the stacked plurality of ex-warehouse blood trays 500; the access station 403 interfaces with the tray removal mechanism 402 for accessing blood bags from the blood tray 500 of the library.
Optionally, the blood bag taking area 400 further includes a third temporary storage area 401, an empty tray stacking mechanism 404, and a fourth temporary storage area 404, where the third temporary storage area 401 is located upstream of the tray detaching mechanism 402 and is used for temporarily storing a plurality of stacked blood trays 500; the empty tray stacking mechanism 404 is used for stacking empty blood trays 500 on the taking station 403; the fourth escrow area 404 is located downstream of the empty tray stacking mechanism 404 for escrowing a plurality of stacked empty blood trays 500.
As an example, as shown in connection with fig. 1, a blood storage library of the present disclosure is provided with a blood bag retrieval area 400 including a third buffer 401, a tray removal mechanism 402, a retrieval station 403, an empty tray stacking mechanism 404, and a fourth buffer 405. The blood bag access area 400 is used to manually access blood bags in the ex-warehouse blood tray 500. After a plurality of stacked blood trays 500 are transported, the tray detaching mechanism 402 detaches the trays, the worker manually removes blood bags from the blood trays 500 at the removing station 403, the empty blood trays 500 are gradually accumulated, and then the stacking of the plurality of empty blood trays 500 is performed at the empty tray stacking mechanism 404.
Preferably, the empty tray splitting mechanism 302, the tray stacking mechanism 304 and the folding mechanism 120 have the same structure, and can stack or split a plurality of tray bodies 501.
Optionally, an electronic tag is arranged on the blood bag; the stacking station 303 is provided with a counting device which counts blood bags placed in the same blood tray 500 through an electronic tag.
It can be understood that, the blood bag is pasted with RFID electronic tags, can be used for discerning the blood type of blood in the blood bag, the position of blood bag, and counting assembly can count the blood bag through antenna panel discernment RFID electronic tags.
As shown in fig. 2, optionally, the sorting storage 100 includes a red blood cell storage 103 and a plasma storage 104, each of the red blood cell storage 103 and the plasma storage 104 includes an unfolding mechanism 120, a bag picking mechanism 150 and a main manipulator 160, the unfolding mechanism 120 is used for folding or transporting a plurality of verified blood discs 500 in a warehousing process, splitting a carrier, and in a ex-warehousing process, a single verified blood disc 500; the bag picking mechanism 150 is used for sorting blood bags in the blood tray 500 in the warehousing process and checking the blood bags in the blood tray 500 to be taken out of the warehouse in the ex-warehouse process; the main manipulator 160 is used for transporting the blood discs 500 to the bag selecting mechanism 150 for blood bag sorting during the warehousing process, and transporting the sorted blood discs 500 containing the sorted blood bags to the shelf 170; in the delivery process, the blood tray 500 to be delivered from the shelf 170 is taken out to be transported to the bag picking mechanism 150 for verification, and the blood tray 500 passing the verification is transported away from the bag picking mechanism 150.
It is understood that the bag picking mechanism 150 can check the blood bags in the blood tray 500 to be ex-warehouse by using its own sorting function. In the warehousing process, the folding mechanism 120 separates the stacked plurality of blood discs 500, the main manipulator 160 transports the blood discs 500 to the bag picking mechanism 150 one by one for blood bag sorting, and the sorted blood discs 500 are transported from the bag picking mechanism 150 to the shelf 170; in the delivery process, the main robot 160 takes out the blood disk 500 to be delivered from the shelf 170, sends the blood disk 500 to the bag picking mechanism 150 for verification, transports the blood disk 500 that has passed the verification away from the bag picking mechanism 150, and stacks the plurality of blood disks 500 that have passed the verification in a state where a plurality of blood disks 500 that have passed the verification exist.

Optionally, the sorting storage 100 further includes a storage body 101 and a first lifting transfer machine 110, the storage body 101 is provided with an entrance 102, a side of the entrance 102 is provided with a temporary storage table 180, and the temporary storage table 180 is used for temporarily storing a plurality of stacked blood trays 500.
The first jacking transfer machine 110 is provided with a first transfer position, a second transfer position and a third transfer position, wherein the first transfer position is butted with the entrance 102 of the warehouse body 101, the second transfer position is butted with the folding mechanism 120, and the third transfer position is butted with the temporary storage table 180; in the warehousing process, the first jacking transfer machine 110 receives a plurality of stacked blood trays 500 from the entrance 102 through the first transfer position and transports the blood trays to the folding mechanism 120 through the second transfer position; in the delivery process, the first lifting transfer machine 110 receives the verified blood disk 500 or the multiple stacked verified blood disks 500 from the unstacking mechanism 120 through the third transfer position, and conveys the blood disks to the access 102 through the first transfer position for delivery; under the condition that the checked blood discs 500 are delivered from the outlet 102 and conflict with the plurality of stacked blood discs 500, the first jacking transfer machine 110 places the plurality of stacked blood discs 500 received from the inlet 180 to the temporary storage table 180 for temporary storage through the third transfer position, the checked blood discs 500 or the plurality of stacked checked blood discs 500 are continuously delivered from the outlet, after delivery, the first jacking transfer machine 110 receives the plurality of stacked blood discs 500 from the temporary storage table 180 and transports the stacked blood discs 500 to the folding mechanism 120 through the second transfer position to normally carry out the warehousing process.
It can be understood that the circulation of blood bags of a large-scale blood station is relatively quick, the condition that the blood bags are discharged from the warehouse and put in the warehouse simultaneously can exist, the temporary storage table 180 is arranged at the inlet and outlet 102 of the warehouse body 101, and the jacking transfer machine is adopted to transport a plurality of stacked blood discs 500, so that the transportation equipment put in the warehouse can select the transportation direction according to the working condition. Optionally, goods shelves 170 are provided with blood bag storage area and empty tray storage area, and the blood bag storage area includes a plurality of blood type portions, and a plurality of blood type portions are used for depositing the blood tray 500 after the letter sorting, and the blood tray 500 after the letter sorting has held the blood bag of corresponding blood type, and empty tray storage area is used for placing empty tray 500.

Optionally, the transfer table 140 is further configured to temporarily store the empty blood tray 500 to be discharged during the empty blood tray discharging process; and an in-out control device electrically connected to the unstacking mechanism 120, the in-out control device being further configured to control the main robot 160 to transport the empty blood storage tray 500 to the empty storage area of the rack 170 and normally perform the warehousing process in a state where the empty blood storage tray 500 is not transported to the unstacking mechanism 120 when the warehousing operation of the first jack-up transfer device 110 and the empty tray out-of-warehouse transferring operation of the transfer table 140 occur simultaneously.
It can be understood that, when there are empty blood trays 500 to be taken out of the warehouse on the turnover table 140 and there are a plurality of stacked blood trays 500 to be put into the warehouse on the first lifting transfer machine 110, the in-out control device determines that the warehousing action of the first lifting transfer machine 110 and the empty tray taking-out turnover action of the turnover table 140 occur simultaneously, and the warehousing process conflicts with the empty tray taking-out process, in this case, if the empty blood trays 500 are not transported to the folding mechanism 120, the empty blood trays 500 are taken out of the warehouse, and the empty tray taking-out process is restarted after the warehousing process of the blood bags is completed.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, optionally, the bag picking mechanism 150 includes a bag picking frame body 151, a jacking device 152, a sorting manipulator 153, an information recognition device, and a bag picking control device, wherein a plurality of sorting stations 1511 are disposed in the middle of the bag picking frame body 151, and the sorting stations 1511 are used for placing blood discs 500; the jacking device 152 is arranged below the sorting stations 1511, and the jacking device 152 comprises a lifting structure which is used for penetrating through the sorting stations 1511 and the blood disc 500 and lifting blood bags to be sorted; the sorting manipulator 153 is arranged above the sorting station 1511, and the sorting manipulator 153 is used for grabbing the blood bag to be sorted lifted by the lifting device 152 and placing the blood bag to be sorted on the blood tray 500 corresponding to the sorting station 1511; the information identification device is used for identifying the blood information and the position information of the blood bag according to the electronic tag attached to the blood bag; the bag picking control device is electrically connected with the information identification device, the jacking device 152 and the sorting manipulator 153 respectively, and the bag picking control device is configured to control the jacking device 152 and the sorting manipulator 153 to act according to the blood information and the position information.
It can be understood that the bag picking mechanism 150 of the present disclosure confirms the blood bag to be sorted through the information recognition device and the bag picking control device, and the bag picking control device raises the blood bag to be sorted from the blood tray 500 using the lifting device 152, and then grasps the raised blood bag to be sorted using the sorting robot 153 and transports to the corresponding position. Because the blood bag is soft usually, and current blood bag is the mode of adopting to put perpendicularly more, the blood bag is placed denser, and the manipulator 153 of not being convenient for on the one hand picks up and gets, and on the other hand is not convenient for discern the relevant information of blood bag. Optionally, the sorting station 1511 is provided with five stations, including an original station and four sorting stations, the original station is used for placing the blood tray 500 for carrying the blood bags to be sorted; each sorting station corresponds to a kind of blood bag respectively, and the sorting station is used for placing blood tray 500 for sorting, and blood tray 500 for sorting is used for bearing the blood bag of corresponding kind. .
It will be appreciated that sorting station 1511 is the same type of blood contained within the blood bag. Blood bag classification can be classified with reference to the ABO blood group system, i.e. into a, B, AB and O types. Every sorting station corresponds a blood type respectively, and sorting station is used for placing letter sorting and uses blood tray 500, and letter sorting is used for blood tray 500 to hold the blood bag of the corresponding blood type that has accomplished the letter sorting at the letter sorting in-process, and letter sorting is used blood tray 500 to hold become the blood tray 500 after the blood bag of the corresponding blood type of predetermined quantity.
Optionally, there are three jacking devices 152, and the first jacking device 152 corresponds to two sorting stations 1511 at the first end; the second lifting device 152 corresponds to a sorting station 1511 located at the middle position; the third lifting device 152 corresponds to two sorting stations 1511 at the second end. If a plurality of stacked blood discs 500 are stored in the empty blood discs 500 in the warehousing-out process, when the empty blood discs 500 to be warehoused exist on the turnover table 140 and the plurality of stacked blood discs 500 to be warehoused exist on the first jacking transfer machine 110, the warehousing-in and warehousing-out control device determines that the warehousing action of the first jacking transfer machine 110 and the warehousing-out and turnover action of the empty discs of the turnover table 140 occur simultaneously, the warehousing-in process conflicts with the empty disc warehousing-out process, if the empty blood discs 500 are transported to the folding mechanism 120, the folding mechanism 120 is controlled to complete the stacking action of the plurality of empty blood discs 500, then the stacked plurality of empty blood discs 500 are returned to the turnover position and are transported to the temporary storage station 1512 of the bag picking mechanism 150 by the main manipulator 160 for temporary storage, and the empty disc warehousing-out process is restarted after the warehousing process of the blood bags is completed.

It can be understood that the method can be used for sorting blood bags and also for checking the blood bags before they are taken out of the warehouse by checking whether the blood bag type corresponds to the sorting station 1511 or not and lifting the blood bags to be sorted into the corresponding sorting blood tray 500 when the blood bag type does not correspond to the sorting station 1511.
As shown in fig. 8 and 9, optionally, the folding mechanism 120 includes a main body 121, a jacking assembly 122, and a clamping assembly 123, wherein an folding bin 1211 is disposed inside the main body 121; the jacking assembly 122 is arranged in the folding warehouse 1211 and can jack or sink in the vertical direction; the clamping and holding assembly 123 is arranged in the folding warehouse 1211, and part of the clamping and holding assembly 123 is positioned above the jacking assembly 122 and can be clamped and held or released along the horizontal direction; the clamping and holding assembly 123 is released while the jacking assembly 122 jacks up, and the clamping and holding assembly 123 clamps and holds while the jacking assembly 122 sinks down, so that the blood disk 500 is stacked or disassembled in the stacking and folding bin 1211.

A belt line 124 is disposed in the folded warehouse 1211 and is used for conveying the blood disc 500 into the folded warehouse 1211 or conveying the blood disc 500 out of the folded warehouse 1211; the jacking component 122 is disposed inside the belt line 124, and can jack the belt line 124 to extend above the plane, or sink the belt line 124 to retract below the plane. Therefore, the blood disk 500 can be conveyed into the folding bin 1211 through the belt line 124, or the split blood disk 500 is conveyed out of the folding bin 1211, the jacking component 122 is arranged on the inner side of the belt line 124, when the blood disk 500 needs to be folded, the jacking component 122 can jack the blood disk 500 on the belt line 124, and when the blood disk 500 needs to be split, the split blood disk 500 can fall on the belt line 124 along with the sedimentation of the jacking component 122, so that the blood disk 500 can be conveniently stacked or split, and the stability of the blood disk 500 during stacking or splitting is improved.
As another example, the folding warehouse 1211 is provided with a delivery opening corresponding to the position of the belt line 124. In this way, the external blood disk 500 can be conveyed to the belt line 124 through the conveying opening, or the blood disk 500 on the belt line 124 can be conveyed to the outside through the conveying opening. The belt line 124 interfaces with a blood tray 500 transport line in the blood station, through which blood trays 500 in the blood station can be transported to the belt line 124, and onto which blood trays 500 detached on the belt line 124 can also be transported.
As shown in fig. 10 and 11, optionally, the main manipulator 160 includes a taking and placing device and a multi-axis moving device, the taking and placing device includes a base 161, a clamping assembly and a telescopic assembly, the clamping assembly is telescopically movable on the base 161 via the telescopic assembly, the clamping assembly is used for clamping the blood disc 500, the telescopic assembly is used for enabling the blood disc 500 to telescopically move on the base 161, and the taking and placing device is used for taking and placing the blood disc 500; and the multi-axis moving device is connected with the taking and placing device and is used for moving the taking and placing device.
It can be understood that, the main manipulator 160 is located between the shelf 170 and the bag picking mechanism 150, and after the main manipulator 160 grabs the blood tray 500 through the clamping assembly, the main manipulator can be driven by the telescopic assembly to perform telescopic displacement in a first direction and a second direction on the base 161, where the first direction and the second direction are two opposite directions and correspond to the bag picking mechanism 150 and the shelf 170, respectively. This facilitates the transportation of blood bags between the bag picking mechanism 150 and the rack 170, and the main robot 160 can move X, Y, Z-axis direction in the sorting storage 100 by the multi-axis driving assembly, so that the pick-and-place device for the blood station can move to the rack 170 at different positions to pick and place the blood disc 500.
Optionally, the grasping assembly further includes a first grasping arm 162 and a second grasping arm 163, the first grasping arm 162 being telescopically mounted on an inner sidewall of the first support plate 1611; the second clamping arm 163 is telescopically arranged on the inner side wall of the second support plate 1612, and the second clamping arm 163 and the first clamping arm 162 can be synchronously telescopic; the first grasping arm 162 and the second grasping arm 163 are used to grasp the blood disk 500 and to move the blood disk 500 telescopically between the first plate 1611 and the second plate 1612.
As an example, the master robot 160 includes a base 161, first and second gripper arms 162, 163, and a push-pull assembly 164. A first supporting plate 1611 and a second supporting plate 1612 which can move oppositely or back to back are arranged on the upper side of the base 161; the first clamping arm 162 is telescopically arranged on the side wall of the first support plate 1611 opposite to the second support plate 1612; the second grasping arm 163 is telescopically disposed on a side wall of the second leg 1612 opposite to the first leg 1611; the first and second grasping arms 162 and 163 can be extended or retracted synchronously between the first and second support plates 1611 and 1612, and when the first and second support plates 1611 and 1612 move relatively, the first and second grasping arms 162 and 163 perform a grasping operation, and when the first and second support plates 1611 and 1612 move back to back, the first and second grasping arms 162 and 163 perform a releasing operation.
In the disclosed embodiment, in the case where the sorted blood disk 500 needs to be placed in the storage position of the shelf 170, the blood disk 500 is clamped and fixed by the first clamping arm 162 and the second clamping arm 163 by driving the first plate 1611 and the second plate 1612 to move relatively, then the first clamping arm 162 and the second clamping arm 163 are driven to extend between the first plate 1611 and the second plate 1612, the blood disk 500 is extended into the storage position of the shelf 170, then the first plate 1611 and the second plate 1612 are driven to move back and forth, the first clamping arm 162 and the second clamping arm 163 are released, the blood disk 500 is placed in the storage position of the shelf 170, in the case where the blood disk 500 stored in the storage position of the shelf 170 needs to be taken out, the blood disk 500 is clamped and fixed by the first clamping arm 162 and the second clamping arm 163 by driving the first plate 162 and the second plate 1612 to extend into the storage position of the shelf 170, then the first plate 1611 and the second plate 1611 are driven to move relatively, then, the first and second grasping arms 162 and 163 are driven to retract between the first and second support plates 1611 and 1612, so that the blood disk 500 is grasped between the first and second support plates 1611 and 1612 from the storage position of the shelf 170, and the first and second grasping arms 162 and 163 are released by driving the first and second support plates 1611 and 1612 to move back and forth, so that the grasped blood disk 500 is placed between the first and second support plates 1611 and 1612, thereby facilitating the taking out of the blood disk 500.
The push-pull assembly 164 is disposed between the first support plate 1611 and the second support plate 1612, one end of the push-pull assembly 164 is connected to the first support plate 1611, and the other end is connected to the second support plate 1612, so as to drive the first support plate 1611 and the second support plate 1612 to move relatively or back to back. In this way, the push-pull assembly 164 drives the first support plate 1611 and the second support plate 1612 to move synchronously, so that the first support plate 1611 and the second support plate 1612 move oppositely or oppositely, the first clamping arm 162 arranged on the first support plate 1611 and the second clamping arm 163 arranged on the second support plate 1612 are driven to clamp or release, the sorted blood tray 500 is taken and placed, the blood tray 500 is prevented from falling off due to asynchronous movement of the first support plate 1611 and the second support plate 1612, and the taking and placing stability of the blood tray 500 is improved.
The first clamping arm 162 is divided into a first telescopic arm 1621 and a second telescopic arm 1622, the first telescopic arm 1621 is slidably connected with the side wall of the first supporting plate 1611, the second telescopic arm 1622 is slidably connected with the side wall of the first telescopic arm 1621, when the first clamping arm 162 and the second clamping arm 163 are matched to take and place the blood disc 500, the first telescopic arm 1621 and the second telescopic arm 1622 can synchronously extend or retract, and under the condition that the same telescopic stroke is needed, compared with the case of adopting one telescopic arm, the synchronous extension and retraction of the first telescopic arm 1621 and the second telescopic arm 1622 is adopted, the extension and retraction time is shortened, and the taking and placing efficiency of the blood disc 500 is improved.
In one embodiment, the first telescopic arm 1621 has a rack 1623 on a side wall thereof, the first support plate 1611 has a first motor, the output end of the first motor has a gear 1624, and the gear 1624 is engaged with the rack 1623 to drive the first telescopic arm 1621 to extend and retract. Like this, rotate through first motor drive fluted disc 1624 to drive the rack 1623 motion on the first flexible arm 1621 through fluted disc 1624, thereby make first flexible arm 1621 carry out the concertina movement, through setting up first motor on first extension arm 1611, when through first motor drive first flexible arm 1621, avoid the drive of first flexible arm 1621 to cause the influence to the motion between first extension arm 1611 and the second extension arm 1612, make first clamp get arm 162 and the second clamp get arm 163 and can press from both sides when flexible and embrace and loose the action.
Optionally, the transfer device 200 comprises a housing 210, a movable base 220 and a roller line 230, wherein a cavity 211 is formed inside the housing 210, and an opening 212 communicated with the cavity 211 is formed in the side wall of the housing 210; a moving base 220 is disposed at the lower side of the housing 210 for carrying the housing 210 to move in the automated blood storage; a roller wire 230 slidably disposed within the cavity 211 for receiving the blood tray 500; wherein the roller wire 230 can extend out of or retract into the cavity 211 along the opening 212, so that the blood disk 500 contained on the roller wire 230 can extend out of or retract into the cavity 211.
It can be understood that, when the blood disk 500 containing the blood bag is transported, the driving roller wire 230 extends out of the cavity 211 along the opening 212 to contain the external blood disk 500, then the driving roller wire 230 retracts into the cavity 211, the cover 210 is carried by the movable base 220 to move in the blood station, when the blood disk 500 is moved to a specific position, the driving roller wire 230 extends out of the cavity 211 along the opening 212 again, the blood disk 500 contained on the driving roller wire 230 extends out of the cavity 211, and the driving roller wire 230 retracts into the cavity 211 again after the blood disk 500 is taken down. This kind of transfer device 200 utilizes drum line 230 to stretch out cavity 211 and connects the blood dish 500 that holds the blood bag greatly, transports in retracting cavity 211 with blood dish 500, and the blood bag in blood dish 500 is in with the isolated cavity 211 of external environment in the transportation, reduces the contaminated risk of blood bag, places blood dish 500 in housing 210 in addition and transports, improves the stability of blood dish 500 in the transportation, and the blood bag is difficult for dropping.
Referring to fig. 12, a blood tray 500 is provided in the embodiment of the present disclosure, and is applied to the bag picking mechanism 150 for a blood station in some embodiments, and includes a tray body 501, a plurality of blood bag placing grooves 502 are provided in a middle portion of the tray body 501, and through holes for the jacking device 152 to pass through are provided in bottom walls of the plurality of blood bag placing grooves 502.
The automated blood storage according to the present disclosure will be described below with reference to fig. 1 to 12 as an example.
The automatic blood storage warehouse of the present disclosure includes a sorting storage warehouse 100, a transfer device 200, a blood bag stacking area 300, and a blood bag taking area 400.
The blood bag stacking section 300 is used to manually stack blood bags into an empty blood tray 500. When the blood bag stacking area 300 comprises a first temporary storage area 301, a tray splitting mechanism, a stacking station 303, a tray stacking mechanism 304 and a second temporary storage area 305, the first temporary storage area 301 is located upstream of the empty tray splitting mechanism 302 and is used for temporarily storing the empty blood trays 500; a second buffer area 305 is located downstream of the tray stacking mechanism 304 for buffering a plurality of stacked blood trays 500. After a whole stack of empty trays are conveyed, the empty tray splitting mechanism 302 splits the trays, the staff manually stacks blood bags on the empty trays at the stacking station 303, the stacked blood trays 500 are gradually accumulated, then the stacking mechanism 304 stacks a plurality of blood trays 500 containing the blood bags, and then the blood trays are conveyed to the sorting storage warehouse 100 through the operation device.
The transfer device 200 is used to transport the blood disks 500 between the blood bag stacking area 300 and the sorting storage 100, and between the sorting storage 100 and the blood bag taking area 400.
The sorting storage 100 is used for batch sorting and storing of blood bags, and comprises a storage body 101, a first jacking transfer machine 110, a folding mechanism 120, a second jacking transfer machine 130, a turnover table 140, a bag picking mechanism 150, a main manipulator 160, a shelf 170 and an in-out storage control device.
The storage body 101 is provided with an entrance 102, and a temporary storage table 180 is provided on a side of the entrance 102, and the temporary storage table 180 temporarily stores a plurality of stacked blood disks 500.
The first lift-up transfer unit 110 is provided with a first transfer position, a second transfer position, and a third transfer position, the first transfer position is abutted against the entrance 102 of the storage body 101, the second transfer position is abutted against the folding mechanism 120, and the third transfer position is abutted against the temporary storage table 180.
The second jacking transfer machine 130 is provided with a fourth transfer position and a fifth transfer position, and the folding mechanism 120 is butted with the second transfer position of the first jacking transfer machine 110 and the fourth transfer position of the second jacking transfer machine 130, and is used for folding or splitting the plurality of blood discs 500. The turnover table 140 is butted with a fifth transfer station and is used for temporarily storing part of the blood disc 500 in the warehousing process and temporarily storing part of the blood disc 500 which passes the verification in the ex-warehouse process;
the bag picking mechanism 150 comprises a bag picking frame body 151, a jacking device 152, a sorting manipulator 153, an information recognition device and a bag picking control device, wherein the middle part of the bag picking frame body 151 is provided with a plurality of sorting stations 1511, and the sorting stations 1511 are used for placing blood discs 500; the jacking device 152 is arranged below the sorting stations 1511, and the jacking device 152 comprises a lifting structure which is used for penetrating through the sorting stations 1511 and the blood tray 500 and lifting blood bags to be sorted; the sorting manipulator 153 is arranged above the sorting station 1511, and the sorting manipulator 153 is used for grabbing the blood bag to be sorted lifted by the lifting device 152 and placing the blood bag to be sorted on the corresponding sorting blood tray 500; the information identification device is an antenna board arranged at the sorting station 1511 or the blood disk 500 and is used for identifying the blood information and the position information of the blood bag according to the RFID electronic tag attached to the blood bag; the bag picking control device is electrically connected with the information identification device, the jacking device 152 and the sorting manipulator 153 respectively, and the bag picking control device is configured to control the jacking device 152 and the sorting manipulator 153 to act according to the blood information and the position information.
The main robot 160 interfaces with the turnaround 140, the bag picking mechanism 150, and the shelf 170 for transporting the transfusion tray 500.
In the warehousing process, the first jacking transfer machine 110 receives a plurality of stacked blood trays 500 from the entrance 102 through the first transfer position and transports the blood trays to the folding mechanism 120 through the second transfer position; the folding mechanism 120 splits the plurality of stacked blood trays 500, the second jacking transfer machine 130 receives the split blood trays 500 from the folding mechanism 120 through a fourth transfer position, and transfers the blood trays 500 to the transfer table 140 one by one through a fifth transfer position; the main robot 160 transfers the blood trays 500 one by one to the bag picking mechanism 150 to sort the blood bags, and transports the sorted blood trays 500 from the bag picking mechanism 150 to the shelf 170.
In the delivery process, the main manipulator 160 takes the blood disc 500 to be delivered from the shelf 170, sends the blood disc to the bag picking mechanism 150 for verification, and transports the blood disc 500 passing the verification to leave the bag picking mechanism 150 and place the blood disc to the turnover table 140, the second lifting transfer machine 130 receives the blood disc 500 passing the verification from the turnover table 140 through the fifth transfer position, and transports the blood disc 500 to the folding mechanism 120 one by one through the fourth transfer position, the folding mechanism 120 folds the blood disc 500 passing the verification under the condition that a plurality of blood discs 500 passing the verification exist, and the folding mechanism 120 transports the blood disc 500 passing the verification singly under the condition that the blood disc 500 passing the verification is one; the first lift-up transfer unit 110 receives the verified blood disk 500 or the stacked verified blood disks 500 from the unstacking mechanism 120 through the third transfer station, and conveys the blood disks to the entrance 102 through the first transfer station for shipment.
A photosensor is provided on the turnaround station 140 for detecting the presence of a blood disc 500 or a blood disc 500 that passes a verification on the turnaround station 140. The warehouse-in and warehouse-out control device is used for regulating and controlling warehouse-in progress and warehouse-out progress, and the turnover table 140 and the first jacking transfer machine 110 are used as two reference points for judging whether warehouse-in actions and warehouse-out actions conflict or not. When the tested blood tray 500 to be taken out of the warehouse exists on the turnover table 140 and a plurality of stacked blood trays 500 to be put in the warehouse exist on the first jacking transfer machine 110, the in-out-warehouse control device determines that the tested blood tray 500 or the plurality of stacked tested blood trays are taken out of the warehouse and conflict with the plurality of stacked blood trays 500, the first jacking transfer machine 110 puts the plurality of stacked blood trays 500 received from the entrance 102 to the temporary storage table 180 for temporary storage through the third transfer position, the tested blood tray 500 or the plurality of stacked tested blood trays continue to be taken out of the warehouse, and after the taking out of the warehouse is completed, the first jacking transfer machine 110 receives the plurality of stacked blood trays 500 from the temporary storage table 180 and transports the stacked blood trays 500 to the unpacking mechanism 120 through the second transfer position to normally carry out the warehousing process.
When the sorting and storing magazine 100 according to the present disclosure is used, the empty blood tray 500 is discharged from the magazine and the temporary storage station 1512 of the bag picking mechanism 150 is empty, in many cases, when the number of operations for discharging and storing blood is small. If a plurality of stacked blood discs 500 are put in storage in the process of unloading the empty blood discs 500, when the empty blood discs 500 to be unloaded are on the transfer table 140 and a plurality of stacked blood discs 500 are on the first jacking transfer machine 110, the unloading and unloading control device determines that the warehousing action of the first jacking transfer machine 110 and the unloading and transferring action of the empty blood discs of the transfer table 140 occur simultaneously, and the warehousing process conflicts with the unloading process of the empty blood discs. 1. An automated blood storage library, comprising:
a blood bag stacking section (300) for stacking blood bags to a blood tray (500) and stacking a plurality of the blood trays (500) containing the blood bags in a warehousing process;
the sorting storage warehouse (100) is used for sorting the blood bags contained in the blood tray (500) in the warehousing process, then conveying the sorted blood bags to a shelf (170) by using the blood tray as a bearing body for storage, taking the blood tray (500) to be taken out of the warehouse in the ex-warehouse process for blood bag verification, and taking the blood bags out of the warehouse through the verification, wherein the number and the types of the blood bags contained in the verified blood tray (500) are the same as those of the blood bags set to be taken out of the warehouse;

a first temporary storage area (301) located upstream of the empty tray splitting mechanism (302) for temporarily storing the empty blood tray (500);
a second buffer (305) downstream of the tray stacking mechanism (304) for buffering the plurality of stacked blood trays (500).
4. The automated blood storage library of claim 2,

the stacking station (303) is provided with a counting device, and the counting device counts blood bags placed in the same blood tray (500) through the electronic tags.

a folding mechanism (120) for folding or transporting a plurality of said blood discs (500) in a warehouse-in process and a plurality of said blood discs (500) in a warehouse-out process;
the bag picking mechanism (150) is used for sorting the blood bags in the blood tray (500) in the warehousing process, and checking the blood bags in the blood tray (500) to be ex-warehouse in the ex-warehouse process;
the main manipulator (160) is used for transporting the blood disc (500) to the bag picking mechanism (150) for blood bag sorting in the warehousing process, and transporting the classified blood disc (500) containing the sorted blood bag to the shelf (170); during the delivery process, the blood disc (500) to be delivered is taken out from the shelf (170), transported to the bag picking mechanism (150) for verification, and transported to the blood disc (500) passing the verification to leave the bag picking mechanism (150).
6. The automated blood storage library of claim 5, wherein the bag picking mechanism (150) comprises:

10. The automated blood storage according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the transfer device (200) comprises:
