Detailed Description
As one embodiment of the present invention, for example, a container with a lid 100 having a lid body 1 shown in fig. 1 to 4 will be described.
Fig. 1 is a sectional view showing the structure of a container 100 with a lid, which includes a lid body 1. Fig. 2 is a perspective view showing the appearance of the lid 1. Fig. 3 is a sectional view showing the structure of the lid body 1. Fig. 4 is a schematic diagram for explaining a use mode of the lid body 1.
As shown in fig. 1, the container with a lid 100 of the present embodiment includes a lid body 1 and a container body 2. The container with lid 100 is a cup (a container for beverage) that can keep warm or cool a beverage (contents) contained in the container body 2 by the container body 2 having a vacuum heat insulation structure.
Specifically, the container body 2 is formed of a double-layered container having an outer container 3 and an inner container 4, which are formed of stainless steel or the like and have a cylindrical shape with a bottom, and the inner container 4 is joined to the mouth side of the outer container 3 in a state where the inner container 4 is accommodated therein. Further, a vacuum insulation layer 5 is provided between the outer container 3 and the inner container 4. The vacuum heat insulating layer 5 can be formed by, for example, blocking a degassing hole provided in the center of the bottom surface of the outer container 3 in a chamber that is depressurized (evacuated) to a high vacuum.
The container body 2 includes a substantially circular bottom surface portion 2a and a body portion 2b rising in a substantially cylindrical shape from the outer periphery of the bottom surface portion 2a, and the upper end portion of the body portion 2b is opened in a circular shape as an upper opening portion 2c of the container body 2.
The container body 2 of the present embodiment has a substantially cylindrical external shape as a whole, but the external shape of the container body 2 is not particularly limited and can be appropriately changed in accordance with the size, design, and the like. The outer peripheral surface of the container body 2 may be coated, printed, or the like.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the lid body 1 of the present embodiment is used by being fitted into the container body 2 from the upper opening 2c of the container body 2, and includes a lid body 6, leg portions 7, and a grip portion 8.
The lid body 1 has an upper member 1a and a lower member 1b made of a heat-resistant resin such as polypropylene, for example, and is configured by integrating the upper member 1a and the lower member 1b by welding or the like.
The cover body 6 is formed in a substantially circular disk shape as a whole corresponding to the inside of the container body 2. In addition, the outer diameter of the cap body 6 is slightly smaller than the inner diameter of the container body 2. Specifically, the difference between the outer diameter of the cap body 6 and the inner diameter of the container body 2 is preferably at least 0.5mm or more. In the present embodiment, the difference between the outer diameter of the cap body 6 and the inner diameter of the container body 2 is set to 2.7mm, which is the most preferable.
A heat insulating layer 9 having a shape (substantially disk-shaped in the present embodiment) corresponding to the cover body 6 is provided inside the cover body 6. The heat insulating layer 9 is disposed in a space K provided between the upper member 1a and the lower member 1b constituting the cover main body 6.
The heat insulating layer 9 is made of a foamed heat insulating material made of, for example, foamed urethane resin. Instead of the above-described foamed heat insulating material, the heat insulating layer 9 may be a space made of air.
Thus, in the lid body 1 of the present embodiment, the lid main body 6 can be provided with heat insulation. In addition, the beverage can float in the container body 2 in a state of being fitted inside the container body 2.
A plurality of (3 in the present embodiment) leg portions 7 are provided in a row around the cover main body 6. The plurality of leg portions 7 are arranged at equal intervals around the cover main body 6 and have the same shape as each other.
Specifically, each leg portion 7 is provided to extend downward from the periphery of the cover main body 6 formed of the lower member 1 b. Each leg portion 7 has a shape curved in an arc shape along the inner surface of the container main body 2 in a plan view of the lid body 1. On the other hand, each leg portion 7 has a shape inclined so as to draw a sinusoidal curve across the tip thereof in a side view of the lid body 1.
The plurality of leg portions 7 are not limited to the structure provided so as to be separated from each other in the circumferential direction of the cover main body 6, and may be provided so as to be continuous with each other in the circumferential direction of the cover main body 6.
The grip portion 8 is a portion to be gripped by a user, and is provided to protrude in a fin shape from a central portion of an upper surface of the cover main body 6 formed of an upper member.
In the lidded container 100 provided with the lid body 1 of the present embodiment having the above-described configuration, as shown in fig. 1, the lid body 6 is kept floating in the beverage L in the container body 2 so as to cover the liquid surface in a state where the lid body 1 is fitted inside the container body 2.
From this state, as shown in fig. 4, when the container body 2 is tilted, the lid body 6 is prevented from being tilted in the container body 2 while the leg portions 7 are brought into contact with the inner surface of the container body 2. This enables drinking of the beverage L flowing out to the upper opening 2c side through the gap S formed between the inner surface of the container body 2 and the lid body 6.
In the lidded container 100 of the present embodiment, since the lid body 1 is used, when the container body 2 is tilted, the lid body 6 does not tilt in the container body 2, and therefore the lid body 6 does not come into contact with the mouth edge and does not become an obstacle until the beverage L is consumed.
Here, when container body 2 is tilted, in order to prevent lid body 6 from tilting in container body 2, the relationship between the outer diameter of lid body 6 and the length of leg portion 7 can be obtained by the following calculation formula.
(outer diameter of the cap body 6) ((inner diameter of the container body 2) 2 - (length of leg 7 + height of outer peripheral part of cover body 6) 2 ) 1/2
For example, in the present embodiment, the inner diameter of the container body 2 is set to 69mm, and the height of the outer peripheral portion of the lid body 6 is set to 5.5 mm. Therefore, when the outer diameter of the cap body 6 is formed to be y and the length of the leg portion 7 is formed to be x, the relational expression is expressed by the following expression (1), and thus can be expressed by a graph as shown in fig. 5.
y=(69 2 -(x+5.5) 2 ) 1/2 …(1)
In this case, as shown in the graph of fig. 5, by increasing the length x of the leg portion 7 with respect to the outer diameter y of the cap body 6, the cap body 6 can be prevented from tilting in the container body 2 when the container body 2 is tilted.
For example, when the outer diameter y of the lid body 6 is 68mm, if the length x of the leg portion 7 is 6.2mm or more (if the height of the outer peripheral portion of the lid body 6 is included, the overall height is 11.7mm), the lid body 6 can be prevented from being tilted in the container body 2 when the container body 2 is tilted.
As described above, in the lidded container 100 using the lid body 1 of the present embodiment, the beverage L in the container main body 2 can be drunk while keeping warm by the lid body 1 without performing the conventional lid body opening and closing operation, and thus the convenience of use can be further improved.
The present invention is not necessarily limited to the above embodiments, and various modifications can be made without departing from the scope of the present invention.
For example, as another embodiment of the present invention, a structure as shown in fig. 6 of the lid body 1A can be formed. Fig. 6 is a perspective view showing the structure of the cover 1A.
Specifically, the lid body 1A includes a lid main body 6A, a plurality of (3 in the present embodiment) leg portions 7A, a notch 10, and a grip portion 8A, and is formed of a member integrally molded with a heat-resistant resin such as polypropylene.
The lid body 6A is formed in a substantially disc shape corresponding to the inside of the container body 2. The plurality of leg portions 7A are arranged at intervals around the cover main body 6A, and are provided to extend downward from the periphery of the cover main body 6A. In the present embodiment, 2 leg portions 7A out of the 3 leg portions 7A are disposed on both sides across the cutout portion 10, and 1 leg portion 7A is disposed on the opposite side of the cutout portion 10.
Each leg portion 7A has a shape curved in an arc shape along the inner surface of the container main body 2 in a plan view of the lid body 1A. On the other hand, each leg portion 7A has a linear shape toward the tip thereof in a side view of the lid body 1A.
The notch 10 is provided to cut a part of the periphery of the cover main body 6 into an arc shape. The grip portion 8A is provided to protrude upward from the periphery of the notch portion 10.
In the lidded container 100 provided with the lid body 1A of the present embodiment having the above-described configuration, as in the case of using the lid body 1 shown in fig. 1, the lid body 6 is kept floating in the beverage L in the container body 2 so as to cover the liquid surface in a state where the lid body 1A is fitted into the container body 2.
In this state, when container body 2 is tilted, the center of gravity of lid body 1A is located on the side of notch 10, and therefore lid body 1A rotates within container body 2 so that the side of notch 10 faces downward. When the container body 2 is tilted, the lid body 6A is prevented from being tilted in the container body 2 while the leg portion 7A is brought into contact with the inner surface of the container body 2. This enables drinking of the beverage L flowing out to the upper opening 2c side through the liquid passage H formed between the inner surface of the container body 2 and the notch 10.
In the lidded container 100 of the present embodiment, by using the lid body 1A, the lid body 6A does not tilt in the container body 2 when the container body 2 is tilted, and therefore the lid body 6A does not come into contact with the mouth edge and does not become an obstacle until the beverage L is consumed.
As described above, in the lidded container 100 using the lid body 1A of the present embodiment, the beverage L in the container body 2 can be drunk while keeping warm by the lid body 1A without performing the conventional opening and closing operation by the lid body, and therefore, the usability can be further improved.
In the above embodiment, the present invention is applied to a beverage container having a heat-retaining or cold-retaining function by the container body 2 having the vacuum heat-insulating structure, but the present invention is not limited to such a beverage container, and can be widely applied to a container with a lid using a lid body fitted into the container body from the upper opening of the container body having an upper opening.
