本发明涉及一种医用超声探头清洁存放装置。
背景技术
医用超声探头一般由声透镜、匹配层、晶片、吸声块、支撑架和声头外壳组成。使用中如果用力摩擦,将会导致声透镜的损坏,影响诊断结果。探头结构是非水密的,一旦有液体浸入探头内部,有可能造成内部材料的短路,从而造成诊断系统不能正常工作,所以,不允许任何液体浸没探头下方接缝线。按照相关规定,每班次检查结束后,须对超声探头等进行彻底清洁和消毒处理,干燥保存。目前超声科,麻醉科医师和感控人员先用消毒湿巾对超声区进行清洁消毒,检查后再用软纸或软布对探头进行清洁。使用软纸进行清洁探头时,会用到大量的纸张,造成了不必要的浪费,而使用软布进行擦拭,虽然避免了浪费,但如果软布存放不当,也会对探头造成交叉污染。
发明内容
为解决以上技术上的不足,本发明提供了一种医用超声探头清洁存放装置,使用方便,安全卫生可靠。
本发明是通过以下措施实现的:
一种医用超声探头清洁存放装置,包括竖向的圆柱形的内筒体,所述内筒体外套有圆柱形且可相对于内筒体旋转的外筒体,内筒体顶部中心开有长方形的探头内入口,所述探头内入口下方的内筒体内部设置有探头夹紧机构,所述探头夹紧机构包括左右两侧对称设置的摆动板,所述摆动板与内筒体侧壁之间连接有支撑架,摆动板中部转动连接在支撑架上,摆动板顶部与内筒体侧壁之间连接有弹簧Ⅰ, 摆动板顶部连接有向内筒体内中心延伸的连杆,所述连杆端部设置有半圆形的夹板,摆动板底部设置有向内筒体内中心延伸的托架,内筒体左右两侧的侧壁上部均开有横向的滑槽,所述外筒体侧壁上连接有穿过滑槽并延伸入内筒体内的拨动杆,所述拨动杆末端连接有位于弹簧Ⅰ和支撑架之间的拨动凸轮;内筒体侧壁下部均匀开有若干竖向延伸的长条形的内出杆口,内筒体内设置有若干径向延伸且与内出杆口一一相对的长方形框架结构的挂布杆,所述挂布杆底部滑动连接在内筒体底部上,内筒体内底部中心竖直设置有旋转电机,所述旋转电机的驱动轴连接有可在旋转时将挂布杆从内出杆口顶出的偏心轮,内筒体内壁上设置有紫外线消毒灯;
所述外筒体顶部中心设置有长方形的探头外入口,外筒体侧壁上均匀开有若干竖向延伸的长条形的外出杆口;当外筒体旋转至行程初端时,外出杆口与内出杆口相互交错,探头外入口与探头内入口相互交错,拨动杆带动拨动凸轮旋转,拨动凸轮将摆动板上部顶起,两个摆动板顶部的夹板相互靠近,两个摆动板底部的托架相互远离;当外筒体旋转至行程末端时,外出杆口与内出杆口重叠,探头外入口与探头内入口重叠,拨动杆带动拨动凸轮旋转,拨动凸轮远离摆动板,在弹簧Ⅰ的拉力下,两个摆动板顶部相互远离,两个摆动板底部的托架相互靠近。
上述内筒体底部中心设置有防护套筒,所述旋转电机设置在防护套筒内,内筒体底部设置有若干以防护套筒为中心径向延伸的滑槽,所述挂布杆底部设置有可沿滑槽滑动的滑轮,挂布杆底部与防护套筒之间连接有沿滑槽延伸的弹簧Ⅱ。
上述托架由若干相互平行且间隔的支撑杆组成,两个托架靠近时,两个托架的支撑杆相互交叉。
上述挂布杆包括两个圆柱形的竖杆,两个竖杆之间顶部连接有横顶杆,两个竖杆之间底部连接有横底杆,所述横底杆底部设置有滑轮,偏心轮的圆弧面开有可与挂布杆的竖杆扣合的圆弧形的缺口。
上述内筒体底部设置有圆形的底板,所述底板延伸出有位于内筒体外侧的圆环形的凸台,所述外筒体底部扣在凸台上。
上述探头内入口和探头外入口边缘均设置有橡胶薄片。

使用时,医务人员将外筒体1旋转,使外出杆口8与内出杆口6重叠,探头外入口7与探头内入口3重叠,拨动杆4带动拨动凸轮15旋转,拨动凸轮15远离摆动板9,在弹簧Ⅰ16的拉力下,两个摆动板9顶部相互远离,两个摆动板9底部的托架14相互靠近,此时夹板18松开探头上方的手柄,然后将探头从重叠的探头外入口7、探头内入口3取出。启动旋转电机13,旋转电机13带动偏心轮12旋转,偏心轮12将其中一个挂布杆11向外推出,挂布杆11沿滑槽5滑动,并从重叠的外出杆口8与内出杆口6推出,取下挂在挂布杆11上的软布擦拭探头。当该挂布杆11上的软布擦拭多次以后,重新将软布挂在挂布杆11上,然后旋转电机13继续旋转,偏心轮12将相邻的下一个挂布杆11推出,而原来推出的挂布杆11在弹簧Ⅱ20的拉力作用下沿滑槽5滑动退回内筒体2内。当工作一段时间以后,将所有软布清洗烘干后重新放在内筒体2内的挂布杆11上, 然后打开紫外线消毒灯10对软布进行消毒,等消毒完成以后,关闭紫外线消毒灯10,将探头从重叠的探头外入口7、探头内入口3放入到内筒体2内,探头底部被托架14托住,然后旋转外筒体1,使外出杆口8与内出杆口6相互交错,探头外入口7与探头内入口3相互交错,从而外筒体1将内出杆口6和探头内入口3挡住,同时拨动杆4带动拨动凸轮15旋转,拨动凸轮15将摆动板9上部顶起,两个摆动板9顶部的夹板18相互靠近,两个摆动板9底部的托架14相互远离,两个夹板18将探头的手柄夹住,从而将探头固定住,防止探头被碰坏。
