The information corresponding to the third preset time may include a video screen, audio, an electronic album, text information, a coupon, and the like.
Specifically, after the vehicle is started, if the current time is determined to be the third preset time, the audio and video device is controlled to play the information corresponding to the third preset time.

The embodiment of the application provides a vehicle which comprises electronic equipment, wherein the electronic equipment is used for executing the vehicle control method.
Referring to fig. 7, the apparatus 400 includes a user setting module 410, an event detection module 420, and a control module 430.
The user setting module 410 is configured to obtain first preset time set by a first user, a vehicle control strategy corresponding to the first preset time, and a trigger condition corresponding to the vehicle control strategy, where the trigger condition includes receiving instruction information and/or detecting that a second user exists in a vehicle;
an event detection module 420, configured to, when the current time is a first preset time, if a first event is detected, determine whether the first event meets the trigger condition;
a control module 430, configured to control a target device in the vehicle to act according to the vehicle control strategy if the first event satisfies the trigger condition, where the target device is a device included in the vehicle control strategy.
In a possible implementation manner, the vehicle control strategy comprises a first control manner and a second control manner, the first control manner comprises that audio/video equipment on the vehicle displays a preset first small program, the second control manner comprises that the audio/video equipment displays operation result information, and the priority of the first control manner is higher than that of the second control manner;
the control module 430 may be specifically configured to:
searching a control mode with the highest priority in the vehicle control strategy;
if the first control mode is the control mode with the highest priority in the vehicle control strategy, controlling the audio and video equipment to display and operate a first small program according to the first control mode;
searching a control mode with the priority lower than the first control mode in the vehicle control strategy;
and if the second control mode is a control mode with a priority lower than that of the first control mode in the vehicle control strategy, after the first applet is operated, controlling the audio and video equipment to play operation result information based on the second control mode, wherein the operation result information is information set by the first user and comprises position information of a gift on the vehicle.
In one possible implementation, the control module 430 may specifically be configured to:
and if the position information is the trunk of the vehicle, controlling the trunk to be opened.

controlling audio and video equipment in the vehicle to play preset audio; and/or

the image acquisition module is used for acquiring the image data of the second user set by the first user;
the triggering condition comprises that a second user is detected to exist in the vehicle, and the first event comprises that a video in the vehicle is shot by a camera in the vehicle;
the event detection module 420 may be specifically configured to:
determining whether the users on the vehicle at the current moment include the second user based on the image data of the second user and the current in-vehicle video;
and if the user on the vehicle at the current moment comprises the second user, determining that the first event meets the trigger condition.
In a possible implementation manner, the electronic device 400 may further include:
the audio acquisition module is used for acquiring the audio data of the second user set by the first user;
if the trigger condition includes detecting the presence of a second user in the vehicle, the first event includes an audio capture device on the vehicle detecting the presence of a user on the vehicle;
the event detection module 420 may be specifically configured to:
determining whether the second user is included in the users on the vehicle at the current time based on the audio data of the second user and the audio information acquired by the audio acquisition device at the current time;
and if the user on the vehicle at the current time comprises the second user, determining that the first event meets the trigger condition.
In a possible implementation manner, the electronic device 400 may further include:
the system comprises a dialogue information acquisition module, a dialogue information acquisition module and a scene information processing module, wherein the dialogue information acquisition module is used for acquiring dialogue information set by a first user and preset scene information corresponding to the dialogue information, and the dialogue information comprises first information and second information used for answering the first information;

the mode acquisition module is used for acquiring a voice interaction mode corresponding to the first preset time and the voice data of the fourth user, wherein the voice interaction mode comprises one of a parent-child mode, a lover mode, a friend mode and a default mode, and the voice data of the fourth user is associated with the voice interaction mode corresponding to the first preset time;
the voice matching module is used for determining whether the first voice information is matched with the voice data of the fourth user according to the voice information of the fourth user if the first voice information is received under the condition that the current time is determined to be the first preset time;
the interaction mode determining module is used for acquiring a voice interaction mode corresponding to the fourth user if the first voice information is matched with the voice data of the fourth user;
the mode changing module is used for switching the current voice interaction mode to the voice interaction mode corresponding to the fourth user if the current voice interaction mode is not the voice interaction mode corresponding to the fourth user;
and the response information output module is used for controlling audio and video equipment in the vehicle to output third information based on the first voice information, wherein the third information is response information corresponding to the first voice information in the current voice interaction mode.
It should be noted that, for the information interaction, execution process, and other contents between the above devices/units, the specific functions and technical effects thereof based on the same concept as those of the method embodiment of the present application can be specifically referred to the method embodiment portion, and are not described herein again.
It should be clear to those skilled in the art that, for convenience and simplicity of description, the foregoing division of the functional units and modules is only used for illustration, and in practical applications, the above function distribution may be performed by different functional units and modules as needed, that is, the internal structure of the apparatus may be divided into different functional units or modules to perform all or part of the above described functions. Each functional unit and module in the embodiments may be integrated in one processing unit, or each unit may exist alone physically, or two or more units are integrated in one unit, and the integrated unit may be implemented in a form of hardware, or in a form of software functional unit. In addition, specific names of the functional units and modules are only used for distinguishing one functional unit from another, and are not used for limiting the protection scope of the present application. For the specific working processes of the units and modules in the system, reference may be made to the corresponding processes in the foregoing method embodiments, which are not described herein again.
The embodiment of the present application further provides a vehicle, referring to fig. 8, the vehicle 700 may include: at least one processor 710, a memory 720, and a computer program stored in the memory 720 and operable on the at least one processor 710, wherein the processor 710, when executing the computer program, implements the steps of any of the method embodiments described above, such as the steps S101 to S103 in the embodiment shown in fig. 2. Alternatively, the processor 710, when executing the computer program, implements the functions of the modules/units in the above-described device embodiments, such as the functions of the modules 410 to 430 shown in fig. 7.
Illustratively, the computer program may be divided into one or more modules/units, which are stored in the memory 720 and executed by the processor 710 to accomplish the present application. The one or more modules/units may be a series of computer program segments capable of performing certain functions, which are used to describe the execution of the computer program in the vehicle 700.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that fig. 8 is merely an example of a vehicle and is not intended to be limiting and may include more or fewer components than those shown, or some components may be combined, or different components such as input output devices, network access devices, buses, etc.
The Processor 710 may be a Central Processing Unit (CPU), other general purpose Processor, a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), an off-the-shelf Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) or other Programmable logic device, discrete Gate or transistor logic, discrete hardware components, etc. A general purpose processor may be a microprocessor or the processor may be any conventional processor or the like.
The memory 720 may be an internal memory unit of the vehicle, or may be an external memory device of the vehicle, such as a plug-in hard disk, a Smart Media Card (SMC), a Secure Digital (SD) Card, a Flash memory Card (Flash Card), and the like. The memory 720 is used for storing the computer program and other programs and data required by the vehicle. The memory 720 may also be used to temporarily store data that has been output or is to be output.
The bus may be an Industry Standard Architecture (ISA) bus, a Peripheral Component Interconnect (PCI) bus, an Extended ISA (EISA) bus, or the like. The bus may be divided into an address bus, a data bus, a control bus, etc. For ease of illustration, the buses in the figures of the present application are not limited to only one bus or one type of bus.
The vehicle control method provided by the embodiment of the application can be applied to terminal equipment such as a computer, a tablet computer, a notebook computer, a netbook, a Personal Digital Assistant (PDA) and the like, and the embodiment of the application does not limit the specific type of the terminal equipment at all.
In the above embodiments, the descriptions of the respective embodiments have respective emphasis, and reference may be made to the related descriptions of other embodiments for parts that are not described or illustrated in a certain embodiment.
Those of ordinary skill in the art will appreciate that the various illustrative elements and algorithm steps described in connection with the embodiments disclosed herein may be implemented as electronic hardware or combinations of computer software and electronic hardware. Whether such functionality is implemented as hardware or software depends upon the particular application and design constraints imposed on the implementation. Skilled artisans may implement the described functionality in varying ways for each particular application, but such implementation decisions should not be interpreted as causing a departure from the scope of the present application.
In the embodiments provided in the present application, it should be understood that the disclosed terminal device, apparatus and method may be implemented in other ways. For example, the above-described terminal device embodiments are merely illustrative, and for example, the division of the modules or units is only one logical function division, and there may be another division in actual implementation, for example, multiple units or components may be combined or may be integrated into another system, or some features may be omitted, or not executed. In addition, the shown or discussed mutual coupling or direct coupling or communication connection may be an indirect coupling or communication connection through some interfaces, devices or units, and may be in an electrical, mechanical or other form.
The units described as separate parts may or may not be physically separate, and parts displayed as units may or may not be physical units, may be located in one place, or may be distributed on a plurality of network units. Some or all of the units can be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the solution of the embodiment.
In addition, functional units in the embodiments of the present application may be integrated into one processing unit, or each unit may exist alone physically, or two or more units are integrated into one unit. The integrated unit can be realized in a form of hardware, and can also be realized in a form of a software functional unit.
The integrated unit, if implemented in the form of a software functional unit and sold or used as a stand-alone product, may be stored in a computer readable storage medium. Based on such understanding, all or part of the processes in the methods of the embodiments described above may be implemented by a computer program, which may be stored in a computer readable storage medium and used by one or more processors to implement the steps of the embodiments of the methods described above.
The integrated unit, if implemented in the form of a software functional unit and sold or used as a stand-alone product, may be stored in a computer readable storage medium. Based on such understanding, all or part of the flow of the method of the embodiments described above can be realized by a computer program, which can be stored in a computer-readable storage medium and can realize the steps of the method embodiments described above when the computer program is executed by one or more processors.
Also, as a computer program product, when the computer program product runs on a terminal device, the terminal device is enabled to implement the steps in the above-mentioned method embodiments when executed.
Wherein the computer program comprises computer program code, which may be in the form of source code, object code, an executable file or some intermediate form, etc. The computer-readable medium may include: any entity or device capable of carrying the computer program code, recording medium, usb disk, removable hard disk, magnetic disk, optical disk, computer Memory, Read-Only Memory (ROM), Random Access Memory (RAM), electrical carrier wave signals, telecommunications signals, software distribution medium, and the like. It should be noted that the computer readable medium may contain other components which may be suitably increased or decreased as required by legislation and patent practice in jurisdictions, for example, in some jurisdictions, computer readable media which may not include electrical carrier signals and telecommunications signals in accordance with legislation and patent practice.
The above-mentioned embodiments are only used for illustrating the technical solutions of the present application, and not for limiting the same; although the present application has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it should be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some technical features may be equivalently replaced; such modifications and substitutions do not substantially depart from the spirit and scope of the embodiments of the present application and are intended to be included within the scope of the present application.
Claims (10)
1. A vehicle control method characterized by comprising:
acquiring first preset time set by a first user, a vehicle control strategy corresponding to the first preset time and a trigger condition corresponding to the vehicle control strategy, wherein the trigger condition comprises receiving instruction information and/or detecting that a second user exists in a vehicle;
when the current time is first preset time, if a first event is detected, judging whether the first event meets the trigger condition;
and if the first event meets the trigger condition, controlling a target device in the vehicle to act according to the vehicle control strategy, wherein the target device is a device included in the vehicle control strategy.
2. The vehicle control method according to claim 1, wherein the vehicle control strategy includes a first control mode and a second control mode, the first control mode includes that an audio/video device on the vehicle displays a preset first applet, the second control mode includes that the audio/video device displays operation result information, and the priority of the first control mode is higher than that of the second control mode;
the controlling the target device in the vehicle to act according to the vehicle control strategy comprises the following steps:
searching a control mode with the highest priority in the vehicle control strategy;
if the first control mode is the control mode with the highest priority in the vehicle control strategy, controlling the audio and video equipment to display and operate the first small program according to the first control mode;
searching a control mode with the priority lower than the first control mode in the vehicle control strategy;
and if the second control mode is a control mode with a priority lower than that of the first control mode in the vehicle control strategy, after the first applet is operated, controlling the audio and video equipment to play the operation result information based on the second control mode, wherein the operation result information is information set by the first user and comprises position information of a gift on the vehicle.
3. The vehicle control method according to claim 2, characterized by, after the controlling the audio-visual device to play the operation result information, comprising:
and if the position information is the trunk of the vehicle, controlling the trunk to be opened.
4. The vehicle control method of claim 1, wherein controlling a target device in the vehicle to act according to the vehicle control strategy based on the vehicle control strategy comprises:
controlling audio and video equipment in the vehicle to play preset audio; and/or
Controlling the audio and video equipment to play a preset video; and/or
Controlling a lamp on the vehicle to turn on; and/or
Controlling a fragrance device on the vehicle to turn on.
5. The vehicle control method according to claim 1, characterized by further comprising:
acquiring image data of the second user set by the first user;
the triggering condition comprises that a second user is detected to exist in the vehicle, and the first event comprises that a video in the vehicle is shot by a camera in the vehicle;
the determining whether the first event satisfies the trigger condition includes:
determining whether the users on the vehicle at the current moment include the second user based on the image data of the second user and the current in-vehicle video;
and if the user on the vehicle at the current moment comprises the second user, determining that the first event meets the trigger condition.
6. The vehicle control method according to claim 1, characterized by further comprising:
acquiring audio data of the second user set by the first user;
if the trigger condition comprises that a second user exists in the vehicle, the first event comprises that an audio acquisition device on the vehicle detects that the user exists on the vehicle;
the determining whether the first event satisfies the trigger condition includes:
determining whether the second user is included in the users on the vehicle at the current time based on the audio data of the second user and the audio information acquired by the audio acquisition device at the current time;
and if the user on the vehicle at the current time comprises the second user, determining that the first event meets the trigger condition.
7. The vehicle control method according to claim 1, characterized by further comprising:
acquiring dialogue information set by a first user and preset scene information corresponding to the dialogue information, wherein the dialogue information comprises first information and second information used for answering the first information;
after receiving voice information of a third user, judging whether the current scene in the vehicle is matched with the preset scene information;
if the current scene in the car is matched with the preset scene information, detecting whether the voice information of the third user is matched with the first information;
and if the voice information of the third user is matched with the first information, controlling audio and video equipment in the vehicle to play the second information.
8. The vehicle control method according to claim 1, characterized by further comprising:
under the condition that the current time is determined to be second preset time and the first user exists on the vehicle, the audio and video equipment in the vehicle is controlled to play reminding information, the second preset time is the time before the first preset time, and the reminding information is used for reminding the festival type of the first preset time.
9. The vehicle control method according to claim 1, characterized by further comprising:
acquiring a voice interaction mode corresponding to the first preset time set by the first user and voice data of the fourth user, wherein the voice interaction mode comprises one of a parent-child mode, a lover mode, a friend mode and a default mode, and the voice data of the fourth user is associated with the voice interaction mode corresponding to the first preset time;
under the condition that the current time is determined to be the first preset time, if first voice information is received, determining whether the first voice information is matched with voice data of the fourth user;
if the first voice information is matched with the voice data of the fourth user, acquiring a voice interaction mode corresponding to the fourth user;
if the current voice interaction mode is not the voice interaction mode corresponding to the fourth user, switching the current voice interaction mode to the voice interaction mode corresponding to the fourth user;
and controlling audio and video equipment in the vehicle to output third information based on the first voice information, wherein the third information is response information corresponding to the first voice information in the current voice interaction mode.
10. A vehicle characterized in that the vehicle includes an electronic device for executing the vehicle control method according to any one of claims 1 to 9.
