Technical Field

The elastic vest can be sleeved in the lower template, then the two movable support rods can be driven by the motor through the gear transmission mechanism and the two screw rods to simultaneously move downwards along the two guide rods, the elastic vest is properly tensioned by the two movable support rods and is propped against the free end of the lower template through the movable support rods, concave parts can be formed by the male mold and the female mold through hot pressing at positions of the elastic vest corresponding to the chest, then the male mold moves upwards along with the upper template to leave the lower template, the two support rods can move upwards for a proper distance to enable the elastic vest to be loose, so that elastic materials, particularly the concave parts can be uniformly contracted in a mold cavity, finally, the breast cups can be placed in the concave parts, and the breast cups and the peripheries of the concave parts are pressed together through the pressing frame and the lower template.
The process for attaching the chest cup to the elastic vest and the ironing machine thereof are suitable for manufacturing the female traceless elastic vest, can form the concave part on the elastic material rolled into the cylindrical vest and attach the chest cup to the concave part, solve the problem that the female traceless elastic vest can not be produced by a machine all the time, and are beneficial to reducing the labor intensity of workers and improving the production and manufacturing efficiency.

The vest has the characteristics of a breast cup and no trace, and can be accepted and loved by women.
The manufacturing process and the ironing machine of the invention are provided based on the process that the elastic vest is attached to the breast cup, but the invention can also be suitable for processing seamless tubular fabrics or seamless annular clothes and underwear which are attached with other auxiliary materials.
