The cooling device comprises a PLC (programmable logic controller) 25, an air storage tank 26 for storing refrigerant medium and a compressor 27 for conveying the refrigerant medium to the interior of the roller 20; the air storage tank 26 is provided with an air inlet pipe communicated with the air inlet 23 and an air outlet pipe communicated with the air outlet 24; the compressor 27 is arranged on the air inlet pipe; the refrigerant medium can be Freon-12.
The core shaft 21 is provided with a temperature sensor 28 for detecting the temperature of the coating film on the roller 20, and the temperature sensor 28 is electrically connected with the compressor 27 through the PLC 25. The PLC 25 controls the compressor 27 to convey the refrigerant medium to the roller 20, so that the vehicle coating film coated on the circumferential outer wall of the roller 20 is cooled, the temperature accumulation generated during coating of the vehicle coating film can be effectively reduced, the failure phenomena of deformation, wrinkling, unqualified physical properties and the like of the vehicle coating film due to overhigh temperature are prevented, the production quality of the vehicle coating film is ensured, the coating film is better in adhesion effect, and the separation of the coating film is prevented.

1. The antibacterial and ultraviolet-proof car clothing film tape-casting extrusion equipment is characterized by comprising an installation box, wherein the top of the installation box is provided with an extruder for heating and extruding car clothing film raw materials into a sheet structure;
an unwinding roller, a winding roller, an extrusion roller assembly, a coating roller and a plurality of guide rollers are arranged in the installation box;
the extrusion roller assembly and the coating roller are arranged between the unwinding roller and the winding roller;
a rolling assembly is arranged between the extruder and the unwinding roller and is used for gradually rolling the vehicle clothing film from the extruder into a thin film structure from a sheet structure;
the car coating film with the film structure sequentially passes through the plurality of guide roll shafts to the unwinding roll, the extrusion roll assembly, the coating roll and the winding roll;

and 6, winding the cooled car clothes film onto a winding roller through a guide roller, and finishing winding collection of the car clothes film by the winding roller.
