A second slider ejector rod 29 is connected to the side surface, away from the second hand wheel 25, of the second lead screw slider 28, the second slider ejector rod 29 is provided with a second hollow cavity, and the second lead screw thread 27 penetrates through the second lead screw slider 28 and extends into the second hollow cavity, so that an accommodating space is provided for the second lead screw thread 27 when the second lead screw slider 28 moves in the length direction of the second lead screw thread 27; the second slide block ejector pin 29 is provided with a second ejector pin 30. A second slider guide rail 35 is fixedly arranged on the second lead screw fixing seat 26, the second slider guide rail 35 is in sliding fit with the second lead screw slider 28, one end of the second slider guide rail 35 is fixed on the second lead screw fixing seat 26, and the other end is provided with a second guide rail plug 33 (as shown in fig. 7 and 8). The second slider guide 35 is arranged parallel to the second screw thread 27. The second fixed base plate 34 is provided with a housing fixing slot 32 of the water jet 17 for supporting and limiting the water jet 17 (as shown in fig. 7 and 8). The outer shell fixing clamping groove 32 of the water-jet propeller is preferably provided with an arc groove surface matched with the outer contour of the water-jet propeller 17, the second fixing support 31 is preferably provided with an arc surface matched with the outer contour of the corresponding position of the water-jet propeller 17, and the second fixing support 31 and the outer shell fixing clamping groove 32 of the water-jet propeller act together to limit and fix the water-jet propeller 17. When the dismounting jig is used for dismounting, the second hand wheel 25 is rotated to drive the second screw rod thread 27 to rotate, the second screw rod slide block 28, the second slide block ejector pin 29 and the second ejector pin 30 are pushed to move, so that the second ejector pin 30 abuts against the fixed end 39 of the transmission shaft 16 of the water-jet propeller 17, the transmission shaft 16 is ejected out of the third water-jet propeller bearing 42 and the fourth water-jet propeller bearing 43 (shown in fig. 10 and 11), and the dismounting and the separation of the propeller assembly 38 (shown in fig. 9) and the water-jet propeller 17 are realized. The second guide rail plug 33 is used for limiting the second screw rod sliding block 28 to prevent falling off.
In another embodiment of the present invention, the two sets of disassembling jigs may be combined, that is, the first set of disassembling jig, i.e., the disassembling jig of the pod floor water jet propeller of the present invention, is used first to disassemble and separate the pod floor 18 from the water jet propeller 17, and then the second set of disassembling jig, i.e., the disassembling jig of the water jet propeller, is used to disassemble and separate the propeller assembly 38 from the water jet propeller 17.
That is, in some embodiments of the present invention, the transmission shaft of the surfboard propeller is conveniently disassembled, and the transmission shaft disassembling jig of the present invention includes a power compartment bottom plate disassembling jig and a water jet propulsion disassembling jig, wherein:
the power cabin bottom plate dismounting jig comprises a first fixing support 1, a first fixing bottom plate 2, a first slide block ejector rod 11, a first lead screw slide block 12, a first lead screw thread 13, a first lead screw fixing seat 14 and a first hand wheel 15; a first fixing support 1 is arranged on one end of the first fixing bottom plate 2 and used for limiting the end face of the power cabin bottom plate 18, and a first lead screw fixing seat 14 is fixedly arranged on the other end of the first fixing bottom plate; a first screw rod thread 13 is rotatably connected to the first screw rod fixing seat 14 and extends along the longitudinal direction of the first fixing bottom plate 2; one end of the first screw rod thread 13 is in threaded connection with the first screw rod sliding block 13, and the other end of the first screw rod thread is fixedly connected with the first hand wheel 15; the side surface of the first screw rod slide block 12 is connected with a first slide block ejector rod 11, and the first slide block ejector rod 11 is provided with a first ejector rod ejector pin 19; the first hand wheel 15 is rotated to drive the first screw thread 13 to rotate, so that the first slide block ejector rod 11, the first screw block 12 and the first slide block ejector pin 11 are pushed to move, the first ejector pin abuts against the transmission shaft 8 of the water jet propeller 7 of the surfboard, and the water jet propeller is detached from the power cabin bottom plate;
the water spray propelling and disassembling jig comprises a second hand wheel 25, a second lead screw fixing seat 26, a second lead screw thread 27, a second lead screw sliding block 28, a second sliding block ejector pin 29, a second ejector pin 30, a second fixing support 31, a water spray shell fixing clamping groove 32 and a second fixing bottom plate 34; a second fixing bracket 31 is arranged on one end of the second fixing bottom plate 34 and used for limiting the end surface of the water-jet propeller, and a second screw rod fixing seat 26 is fixed on the other end; the second screw rod fixing seat 26 is rotatably connected with a second screw rod thread 27 which extends along the longitudinal direction of the second fixing bottom plate 34; one end of the second screw thread 27 is in threaded connection with a second screw slide 28, and the other end is fixedly connected with a second hand wheel 25; the side surface of the second lead screw slide block 28 is connected with a second slide block ejector rod 29, and the second slide block ejector rod 29 is provided with a second ejector rod ejector pin 30; a water spraying shell fixing clamping groove is arranged on the second fixing bottom plate 34 and used for supporting and limiting the water spraying propeller 17; the second hand wheel 25 is rotated to drive the second screw thread 27 to rotate, so as to push the second screw slide block 28, the second slide block ejector rod 29 and the second ejector rod ejector pin 30 to move, so that the transmission shaft of the water jet propeller is ejected out of the water jet propulsion bearing.

Claims (13)

1. A disassembly jig for a bottom plate water jet propeller of a power cabin comprises a first fixed support (1), a first fixed floor (2), a power cabin floor (18) and a transmission shaft (16) of the water jet propeller;
the device is characterized in that the first fixing support (1) is arranged on one end of the first fixing bottom plate (2) and used for limiting the end face of a power cabin bottom plate (18) for accommodating a transmission shaft (16), and a first lead screw fixing seat (14) is fixedly arranged at the other end of the first fixing bottom plate (2); the first screw rod fixing seat (14) is rotatably connected with a first screw rod thread (13) which extends along the longitudinal direction of the first fixing bottom plate (2); one end of the first screw rod thread (13) is in threaded connection with the first screw rod sliding block (12), and the other end of the first screw rod thread is fixedly connected with the first hand wheel (15); the side surface of the first screw rod sliding block (12) is connected with a first sliding block ejector rod (11), and the first sliding block ejector rod (11) is provided with a first ejector rod ejector pin (19); one end of a transmission shaft (16) of the water jet propeller (17) penetrates through the inner cavity of the power cabin (18) and extends outwards, and the other end of the transmission shaft (16) is aligned with the first ejector pin (19) so as to be inserted into a baseplate bearing (22) close to the first ejector pin (19); the first hand wheel (15) is rotated to drive the first screw threads (13) to rotate, so that the first ejector pin ejector pins 19 move to abut against a transmission shaft (16) of the surfboard propeller (17), and the water-jet propeller 17 is ejected out of the power cabin bottom plate 18), and the water-jet propeller (17) is detached.

A dismounting jig according to claim 1, further comprising a guide rod fixing seat (3), a guide rod (6), a guide rod rotating seat (9); the middle of two side edges of a first fixed bottom plate (2) is respectively and fixedly provided with a guide hole (8) in the middle of a guide rod (6), a guide rod fixing seat (3) and a guide rod rotating seat (9), one end of the guide rod (6) is rotatably connected to the guide rod rotating seat (9) through a guide rod rotating shaft (10), and the other end of the guide rod (6) is detachably and fixedly connected to the guide rod fixing seat (3); the first ejector rod ejector pin (19) can movably penetrate through a guide hole (8) formed in the middle of the guide rod (6).
3. A disassembly jig according to claim 1 or 2 wherein the other end of the drive shaft (16) passes through the guide hole (8) to effect alignment of the first ejector pin (19) for insertion into the bed bearing (22) adjacent the first ejector pin (19).

A dismounting jig according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the first screw rod fixing seat (14) is fixedly provided with a first slide block guide rail (23), the first slide block guide rail (23) is in sliding fit with the first screw rod slide block (12), and the first slide block guide rail (23) is arranged in parallel with the first screw rod thread (13); preferably, one end of the first sliding block guide rail (23) is fixed on the first screw rod fixing seat (14), and the other end of the first sliding block guide rail is provided with a first guide rail plug (24) used for limiting the first screw rod sliding block (12) to prevent the first sliding block from falling off.
