and the middle part of the bearing table (201) is provided with a positioning groove (203) which is spliced with the positioning head (404).

The clamping and fixing device for machining the gear of the speed reducer as recited in claim 7, wherein: the rotating base (403) is arranged at the lower part of the fixed plate (402), a disc (405) is arranged between the rotating base (403) and the positioning head (404), positioning columns (406) distributed in a circular array are arranged at the lower part of the disc (405), and the positioning head (404) is arranged at the middle part of the positioning columns (406) distributed in the circular array;
the positioning head (404) has a length greater than the positioning post (406).
9. The clamping and fixing device for machining the gear of the speed reducer as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the front side of the upper end face of the processing table (1) is provided with a cleaning groove (106), and the cleaning groove (106) is communicated with the circular groove (101).
10. The use method of the clamping and fixing device for machining the gear of the speed reducer according to any one of claims 1 to 9, is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
a: firstly, a speed reducer gear is placed on a bearing table (201), a central hole of the speed reducer gear is aligned to a positioning groove (203), and then a lifting positioning assembly (4) starts to operate;
b: at the moment, the telescopic rod (401) begins to contract, so that the fixing plate (402) moves downwards along with the telescopic rod (401), the positioning head (404) begins to descend until the positioning head (404) is inserted into the positioning groove (203), and meanwhile, the positioning column (406) presses the speed reducer gear to complete the positioning operation of the speed reducer gear;
c: then the clamping assembly (3) starts to operate, at the moment, the telescopic cylinder (303) starts to operate, the adjusting rod (301) is pushed to move in the adjusting clamping groove (103) and the adjusting cavity (104) so as to drive the clamping rack (302) to move towards the speed reducer gear, and therefore the clamping rack (302) is enabled to be meshed, clamped and fixed on the speed reducer gear, and then the speed reducer gear can be machined;
d: when the machining position of the speed reducer gear needs to be adjusted, the locking bolt (308) can be loosened, then one clamping rack (302) is pushed to move, the two clamping racks (302) move in opposite directions, the speed reducer gear is driven to rotate on the bearing table (201), the bearing table (201) rotates in the rotating cavity (102) through the pin shaft (202), and the rotating seat (403) rotates along with the speed reducer gear to complete rotation adjustment of the speed reducer gear on the bearing table (201).
