after the welding wire is used up, the circulating guide rail 3 drives a brand new material to move to the upper part of the adsorption component 6, at the moment, the operation of the vacuum extractor starts to be vacuumized, so that negative pressure is generated, the negative pressure acts on the inside of the empty groove through the ventilation frame 15 and the lens pad 16, at the moment, the ventilation pad 12 can generate adsorption force on the welding wire stub bar above, so that the welding wire stub bar is adsorbed on the ventilation pad 12 and then conveyed, the effect of automatically grabbing the reserved welding wire stub bar after the welding wire is used up and conveying the welding wire stub bar is achieved, and the effect of automatic installation is realized;
when the welding wire slides on the air-permeable pad 12, the photoelectric sensor 17 can detect the welding wire through the lens pad 16, and after the welding wire is used up, the light of the photoelectric sensor 17 is not shielded any more, so that a signal is sent to a system, and the effect of automatically detecting whether the welding wire exists or not is achieved;
it should be noted that the reserved length of the welding wire stub is enough for the welding wire to be adsorbed on the rotating column 13, after the welding wire is adsorbed on the rotating column 13, the rotating column 13 operates to roll and drive the welding wire to be conveyed forwards, and meanwhile, the limiting rod 4 also synchronously rotates to feed the welding wire, so that the effect of automatically conveying the welding wire is achieved;
in the process of conveying the welding wire, the welding wire can slide through the limiting ring 18, the abrasion of the welding wire to the wire supply wheel 8 caused by the shaking of the welding wire in the conveying process can be effectively reduced through the limiting of the limiting ring 18 on the welding wire, the service life of the wire supply wheel 8 and the stability of welding wire supply are improved, abnormal welding wire supply is prevented, meanwhile, the abrasion resistance of the limiting ring 18 can be improved through external ceramic materials, and the service life of the limiting ring 18 is prolonged; when the welding wire is conveyed through the wire guide column 19, the sponge in the welding wire can clean the surface of the welding wire, so that the cleanliness of the welding wire is improved, and the subsequent welding quality is improved;
when a certain coiled material is used up and rotates to the position of the vacant clamping ring 29 through the circulating guide rail 3, the electric telescopic rod 23 moves to drive the top ring 22 to slide on the limiting rod 4, so that the vacant material is pushed and extruded into the clamping ring 29, and the effect of automatically recycling the vacant material disc is achieved;
