In actual use, the valve body assembly is used for controlling water flow on-off, and mainly comprises a valve seat 216, a valve ball (ball), a plug 218, a valve rod 215, and accessories such as a spring, a sealing element and the like. The gun body comprises a gun shell, an upper embedded identification block 24, a valve body assembly, a side embedded identification block 24, a gun barrel, a handshaking rubber coating 12, a rotary joint assembly and a water inlet joint. The gun shell is provided with the wear-resistant convex nails 13, when the gun is placed on the ground, the gun shell body cannot be ground, and the wear-resistant convex nails 13 are worn first, so that the gun shell is protected to be smooth like a new outer surface.
The induction coil 3 (including a chip) is arranged in the gun shell and can communicate with an induction card at the gun hanging position, so that the induction card at the gun inserting position of the car washer can identify parameters of the gun, and the self-service car washer can be used for intelligent service, so that an external circuit can sense the state of the gun. For example: the clean water gun (foam gun) is pulled out from the gun inserting position, the clean water function (foam function) can be started without pressing a function key, the gun is put back into the gun inserting position, and the function is stopped; if the cleaning gun and the foam gun are misplaced, the car washer can send out a voice prompt to enable an operator to be put back to the correct position.
The gun shell is internally provided with a strong magnetic sheet 27, and the gun can be adsorbed on a cabinet or a rocker arm upright post. The gun can be conveniently placed in the case without a hook or a gun inserting box. The rotary joint assembly is arranged at the joint of the water inlet joint of the gun and the high-pressure rubber pipe, and the torsion water gun cannot wind the high-pressure pipe in the use process, so that the car washing experience of a customer is improved.
