In this embodiment: when the liquid pushing rod 1 is pushed, the controller 8 is started, the controller 8 starts the lubricating spray head 232, lubricating oil is sprayed on the protective pad 6 of the sleeving plate 2455, the friction force between the inner wall of the colon of the patient and the protective pad 6 is reduced while the colon is enlarged, the comfort level of the patient is further improved, liquid is sprayed into the colon of the patient through the spray head 231, the threaded hole I3 and the threaded rod 4 which are mutually matched are further arranged on the opposite sides of the spray head 231 and the fixing cylinder 241, the appropriate spray head 231 is selected, the threaded rod 4 of the fixing cylinder 241 is installed in the threaded hole I3 of the spray head 231, replacement is further facilitated, and the applicability is higher.
It should be noted that: the lubricating nozzles 232 are arranged in four groups, and the four groups of lubricating nozzles 232 are respectively opposite to the four groups of sleeving plates 2455, so that the protective pads 6 on the sleeving plates 2455 can uniformly contact with lubricating oil while extending out of the supporting sleeve 21, and the using effect of the device is further improved.
With the above in mind:
in an alternative embodiment: the limiting part 22 comprises an arc-shaped sleeve 221, a limiting plate 222 and a second threaded hole 223, one side of the limiting plate 222 is fixedly connected with the surface of the supporting sleeve 21, the arc-shaped sleeve 221 is sleeved on the surface of the middle of the limiting plate 222 in a sliding mode, and one sides of the arc-shaped sleeve 221 and the limiting plate 222 are fixedly connected inside the second threaded hole 223 through bolts.
In this embodiment: the spout 5 with arc cover 221 looks adaptation is seted up at the middle part of limiting plate 222, can easily adjust the height of arc cover 221 through spout 5, after arc cover 221 can closely laminate patient's thigh, install arc cover 221 with the bolt and fix on limiting plate 222 in screw hole two 223, inside the liquid that makes the operation in-process leak can flow into arc cover 221, and then guarantee the clean health of operating table.
It should be noted that: the top surface of arc cover 221 and muff-coupling plate 2455 still viscidity is connected with the protection pad 6 that the material is the same, makes patient's thigh portion suitably reduce the friction with patient's thigh portion behind laminating arc cover 221, and then promotes patient's comfort level.
The working principle is as follows: after liquid is poured into the fixed cylinder 241, the spraying head 231 is screwed down, the controller 8 switch of the lubricating spray head 232 and the heating wire 243 is started, meanwhile, the liquid pushing rod 1 is pushed, the fixed cylinder 241 slides out along the inside of the supporting outer cylinder, after the maximum length is reached, the liquid pushing rod 1 pushes the liquid in the liquid storage cylinder 242 to be sprayed out along the inner wall of the colon, on one hand, after the heating wire 243 heats the thermal expansion foaming microspheres 7, the thermal expansion foaming microspheres 7 push the sleeve plate 2455 to abut against the inner wall of the colon for expansion, and after the liquid is heated by the heat transfer sheet 244, the liquid is sprayed out along the inner wall of the liquid storage cylinder 242; on the other hand, adjust arc cover 221 to the height of closely laminating with patient's thigh, fix arc cover 221 and limiting plate 222 respectively through the bolt, and then collect the liquid of revealing outside patient's thigh.

1. A colon perfusion device for anorectal surgery, which comprises a liquid pushing rod (1) and is characterized in that: the upper end of the liquid pushing rod (1) is provided with a filling mechanism (2);
the filling mechanism (2) comprises a supporting sleeve (21), a limiting portion (22), a spraying portion (23) and an expanding portion (24), the liquid pushing rod (1) is sleeved in the supporting sleeve (21) in a sliding mode, the inner side of the limiting portion (22) is fixedly connected with the outer wall face of the supporting sleeve (21), the expanding portion (24) is sleeved in the supporting sleeve (21) in a sliding mode, the inner wall of one side of the expanding portion (24) is connected with the outer wall face of the liquid pushing rod (1) in a sliding mode, and the bottom of the spraying portion (23) is connected with the outer wall of one side of the expanding portion (24) in a threaded mode.

The anorectal surgical colonic perfusion device of claim 1 wherein: the expansion part (24) comprises a fixed cylinder (241), a liquid storage cylinder (242), a heating wire (243), a heat transfer sheet (244) and a limiting component (245), the fixed cylinder (241) is sleeved in the supporting sleeve (21) in a sliding mode, the liquid storage cylinder (242) is fixedly sleeved in the fixed cylinder (241), the inner wall of the liquid pushing rod (1) penetrates through the inner wall of one side of the fixed cylinder (241) and is connected with the inner wall face of the liquid storage cylinder (242) in a sliding mode, the outer wall of the heating wire (243) is clamped on the opposite side of the heat transfer sheet (244), and the two sides of the heat transfer sheet (244) are fixedly connected with the surface of one side of the liquid storage cylinder (242) and the surface of one side of the limiting component (245) respectively.

The anorectal surgical colon infusion device of claim 2 wherein: the limiting assembly (245) comprises an expansion bag (2451), a fixing plate (2452), a compression spring (2453), a supporting seat (2454) and a sleeving plate (2455), the sleeving plate (2455) is sleeved in the supporting seat (2454) in a sliding mode, the expansion bag (2451) is arranged in the bottom end of the supporting seat (2454), the top of the expansion bag (2451) is fixedly connected with the surface of the fixing plate (2452), two sides of the compression spring (2453) are fixedly connected with the sleeving plate (2455) and one side of the fixing plate (2452) respectively, and one side of the supporting seat (2454) is fixedly connected with the surface of the heat transfer sheet (244).

The anorectal surgical colonic perfusion device of claim 3 wherein: the spraying part (23) comprises a spraying head (231) and a lubricating spraying head (232), the output end of the lubricating spraying head (232) is arranged at the upper end of the sleeve joint plate (2455), one side of the lubricating spraying head (232) is fixedly connected with the surface of the supporting sleeve (21), the spraying head (231) is arranged on the outer side of the fixed cylinder (241), and one side surface of the spraying head (231) is in threaded connection with the outer side of the fixed cylinder (241).
5. The anorectal surgical colonic perfusion device of claim 4 wherein: the opposite sides of the sprinkler head (231) and the fixed cylinder (241) are also provided with a first threaded hole (3) and a threaded rod (4) which are matched with each other.

The anorectal surgical colon infusion device of claim 4 wherein: spacing portion (22) include arc cover (221), limiting plate (222) and screw hole two (223), one side of limiting plate (222) with the fixed surface of support sleeve (21) is connected, arc cover (221) slide to cup joint the middle part surface of limiting plate (222), just arc cover (221) with one side of limiting plate (222) is through bolt fixed connection in the inside of screw hole two (223).

9. The anorectal surgical colon infusion device of claim 3 wherein: the expansion bag (2451) is filled with a plurality of groups of thermal expansion foaming microspheres (7).

The anorectal surgical colon infusion device of claim 6 wherein: the surface of the supporting sleeve (21) is further provided with a controller (8), and the output end of the controller (8) is electrically connected with the lubricating spray head (232) and the inner part of the heating wire (243).
