Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of aluminum electrolytic capacitors, in particular to a method for manufacturing an integrally-formed bolt type cover plate for an aluminum electrolytic capacitor, which solves the problems that in the prior art, the number of components is large, and the assembly process is increased, so that the risk of poor forming exists, namely the transverse and longitudinal strength distribution is uneven, the sealing performance of a product is easily reduced, and particularly the bonding strength between the product and a metal terminal piece is not uniform. A manufacturing method of a cover plate for an integrated formed bolt type aluminum electrolytic capacitor comprises the cover plate, wherein an O-shaped sealing ring is sleeved on the outer side of the cover plate, and an explosion-proof plug is embedded on the cover plate. The base plastic of the invention wraps the rubber, so that the base plastic can be embedded into the aluminum shell for curling, the sealing function is achieved, the sealing performance of the cover plate can be greatly improved by adopting the safety explosion-proof plug, and meanwhile, the compatibility of the O-shaped sealing ring and the base plastic can be improved by matching the material of the O-shaped sealing ring and the material of the base plastic, and the solvent resistance, the linear expansion coefficient and the like can be realized.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a manufacturing method of a cover plate for an integrated formed bolt type aluminum electrolytic capacitor comprises the cover plate, an O-shaped sealing ring is sleeved on the outer side of the cover plate, an explosion-proof plug is embedded on the cover plate, and base plastic is fixedly connected to two sides of the cover plate.
Preferably, the matrix plastic is a thermosetting material such as epoxy resin, polyphenylene sulfide and the like, and is changed into a thermoplastic material such as nylon, polytetrafluoroethylene, polypropylene, polyethylene and the like.
Preferably, the O-shaped sealing ring is made of ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber, and the O-shaped sealing ring can be formed by injection, and butyl rubber, silicon rubber, fluororubber and the like can be selected as materials, and the rubber types can be reasonably matched according to the type of the matrix plastic, so that the compatibility of the O-shaped sealing ring and the matrix plastic is improved, and the O-shaped sealing ring can be formed in the aspects of solvent resistance, linear expansion coefficient and the like.
Preferably, the safe common silicon rubber for the explosion-proof plug has excellent solvent resistance and high temperature resistance.
Preferably, the matrix plastic is a thermoplastic material, and can be formed by injection molding, only high-temperature melting is needed to be carried out on plastic granules, the plastic granules are injected into a required mold cavity through certain pressure, the mold has the function of inlaying a metal piece, meanwhile, cooling runners are distributed on the mold, and cooling solidification molding is carried out while the mold cavity is filled with the plastic.
Preferably, the molded matrix plastic embedded with the metal piece is subjected to secondary injection molding, so that the matrix plastic wraps the rubber, the aluminum shell can be embedded for crimping, and the sealing function is achieved.
Preferably, the safety explosion-proof plug does not need to be formed additionally, a hole is reserved in the base body plastic, the base body plastic is covered by the glue layer, and the size of the explosion-proof plug can be designed according to the explosion-proof pressure.

The compatibility of the O-shaped sealing ring and the matrix plastic can be improved by matching the material of the O-shaped sealing ring and the material of the matrix plastic, and the solvent resistance, the linear expansion coefficient and the like can be realized.
Example four
Referring to fig. 1, the matrix plastic 4 is a thermoplastic material, and can be formed by injection molding, only needs to melt plastic granules at high temperature, and is injected into a required mold cavity through certain pressure, the mold has the function of inlaying metal pieces, and meanwhile, the mold is provided with cooling runners, and is cooled, solidified and molded while the mold cavity is filled with the plastic.
