Detailed Description
In order to make the technical solution of the present invention better understood, the technical solution of the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, not all of the embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments obtained by a person of ordinary skill in the art based on the embodiments in the present specification without making any creative effort belong to the protection scope of the present specification.
Please refer to fig. 1. The present specification provides a scenario example of an instant messaging method. Specifically, a parent, namely a Zhang Xiaobao mother, needs to consult Zhao teacher with examination English scores and details of students. Parents leave a message to the executive officer on instant messaging software, namely how the examination score is at the end of the period of Zhang Xiaobao, and the word and writing are scored. ". The client used by the parent sends instant communication information to the executive. At this time, the client may send the message content and the account information of the master to the server, and the server may send the instant messaging information sent by the parent to the master client according to the account information of the master.
Please refer to fig. 2 and fig. 3. The executive sees the parent's message on the client. Since the executive can not know the specific situation exactly, the parents can ask the teacher in English class directly to 'Zheng teacher'. The executive mainly triggers the instant messaging information and the 'conversation transfer' control sent by the parents at the client, and the client sends a request for establishing instant messaging to the server, and the request is accompanied with the information of the parents. And the server returns the student lessee teacher information corresponding to the parents to the executive chief client according to the parent information. After the executive selects the english-language lessee teacher 'zheng teacher' at the client, the client of the executive sends an instant communication request for establishing instant communication for the parents 'zhang xiao mama' and the english-language lessee 'zheng teacher' to the server, and can be attached with instant communication information sent by the parents.
The server receives the instant communication request, establishes instant communication between the Captain Zhang Xiaobao mother and the English currant teacher Zheng teacher, and sends an instant communication establishing instruction to the client of the parents Zhang Xiaobao mother and the English currant teacher Zheng teacher. The client used by the parent Zhang Xiaobao mother and the client used by the English curriculum teacher Zhang Zheng teacher respectively display an instant communication interface with the other party, and display instant communication information sent by the parent selected by the executive.
English any lesson teachers can know what learning conditions the parents want to know after seeing the instant messaging information sent by the parents, and can quickly give learning scores and learning suggestions.
Please refer to fig. 4. The present specification also provides a scenario example of a referral method. Specifically, in a "nursery group", a member "a little father" of the group issues a message "baby suddenly develops many small pimples on his feet, especially itches, cries all the time, and also knows how to get back to his face".
After the person who is in the same group with "Yan Xiao dad" sees the message, a "Li Assistant" with the identity of "doctor Assistant" analyzes the possible etiology of the condition of the child according to the professional knowledge of the child, and answers the question of "Yan Xiao dad": "the preliminary judgment is urticaria, allergic dermatitis, and XX syrup can be orally taken".
"Zhang Xiaobadad" sees "Li Assistant" to ask way after reply: "can here directly, buy the medicine, still need go to the hospital to open the certificate". Since the 'plum assistant' professional level is limited and has no prescription authority, then the method reverts to: "I can not drive medicine here, you wait for I to give you a specialist and can drive medicine directly if he confirms it".
Please refer to fig. 5. The Li Assistant selects 4 chat records considered important by oneself as target chat records, and decides to refer to Zhang Xiao Bao dad as a specialist for professional diagnosis. The "lie assistant" sends the said instant communication message to the server by pressing "zhangxiadadadad" on the client side, and the client side of "lie assistant" sends the referral request to the server. And the server returns an instruction for establishing referral after analysis. And after the plum assistant selects to complete the target chat record, triggering a referral control of the client. The client of "li assistant" establishes a referral request for "zhangbao dad" and sends it to the server, accompanied by the target chat record selected by "li assistant".
Please refer to fig. 6. The server receives a referral request sent by the client side of the Lissajous assistant and analyzes the target chat record selected by the Lissajous assistant. The information of "zhangxiaoba" shows that "dadadad" belongs to "the child group" mainly communicates with children suffering from illness, and the registration information of "zhangxiadad" is a father of a boy of 3 years old, so the specialist should be a pediatrician.
The server analyzes the 4-entry label chat log. The server carries out semantic splitting on the 4 item label chatting records, extracts keywords 'baby', 'foot', 'face', 'urticaria', 'allergic dermatitis' and 'XX syrup', and judges that the patient needs to consult the pediatrics specifically; among them, the department of pediatric health care and the department of pediatric internal medicine are preferred. Then, the system matches the keywords with the doctor departments in the database, and sends the information of three more suitable doctors which can be consulted to the plum assistant client.
The client of the 'lie assistant' receives the information of three doctors and displays the information on the client, the 'lie assistant' triggers a control displayed as a 'Yangtao' doctor, and the client sends a request for establishing instant communication between the 'Zhang Xiaodadadad' and the 'Yangtao' doctor to the server. The server receives the request, establishes instant communication between the doctors of "father of Zhang Xiao" and "billo", and sends an instruction requesting the establishment of instant communication to the clients of the two.
Please refer to fig. 7 and 8. "Zhang Xiao Bao fath" receives the referral message to show the doctor of "heavy Duan". "Zhang Xiao Bada" agrees with the referral request; meanwhile, the doctor of "Yangtao" receives the referral message to remind, the Li assistant of "the nursery school" is displayed to transfer a consultation for the doctor of "Yangtao", and the doctor of "Yangtao" agrees with the referral request.
Please refer to fig. 9 and 10. After the server receives the instructions that doctors of both dad and billow agree to make a referral, establishing chat windows for doctors of dad and billow for instant messaging; in the chat window, 4 entry marked chat records selected by "lie assistant" are displayed, and a doctor "from" can directly check the symptoms described by "zhaodad" and the judgment of "lie assistant" without repeating the description of "zhaodad".
Please refer to fig. 11. After the examination and judgment of the doctor of "Yang Tao", the method returns: "I see chat records, should be urticaria, last for 3-5 days, and add more water. XX syrup can be taken orally without worry. The appointment purchase link of "oral XX syrup" is sent later, and the link displays the administration method of "taking by dose", the information of the patient "Zhang Xiao Bao, male, 3 years old", the diagnosis result "urticaria" and the drug "XX syrup".
Please refer to fig. 12 and 13. "Zhang Xiao Badad" clicks the appointment purchasing link of "orally taking XX syrup", and the client of "Zhang Xiao Badad" displays "XX syrup appointment succeeds! ". After the consultation was completed, dad chose to end the conversation with the doctor "billow". The doctor "from Yan" and "lie assistant" know that the consultation of "Zhang Xiao dad" is finished when they see the message prompt of the end of the conversation. The instant communication between "father of baby" and "billow" doctors is over.
The above description is only exemplary of the present invention and should not be construed as limiting the present invention, and any modifications, equivalents and the like within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
Please refer to fig. 14. The embodiment of the specification provides a referral method and an instant messaging system. The client may be an electronic device with network access capabilities. Specifically, for example, the client may be a desktop computer, a tablet computer, a notebook computer, a smart phone, a digital assistant, a smart wearable device, a shopping guide terminal, a television, a smart speaker, a microphone, and the like. Wherein, wearable equipment of intelligence includes but not limited to intelligent bracelet, intelligent wrist-watch, intelligent glasses, intelligent helmet, intelligent necklace etc.. Alternatively, the client may be software capable of running in the electronic device. The server may be an electronic device having a certain arithmetic processing capability. Which may have a network communication module, a processor, memory, etc. Of course, the server may also refer to software running in the electronic device. The server may also be a distributed server, which may be a system with multiple processors, memory, network communication modules, etc. operating in coordination. Alternatively, the server may also be a server cluster formed by several servers. Or, with the development of scientific technology, the server can also be a new technical means capable of realizing the corresponding functions of the specification implementation mode. For example, it may be a new form of "server" implemented based on quantum computing.
Please refer to fig. 15. The embodiment of the specification provides an instant messaging method which can be applied to a client for initiating an account, and the method can comprise the following steps.
Step S110: providing an instant messaging session interface; wherein the instant messaging session interface comprises a plurality of accounts; wherein the plurality of accounts includes the originating account.
The instant messaging session interface may be a human-machine interaction interface provided based on instant messaging technology. The accounts included in the instant communication session interface can communicate by sending instant communication messages in the instant communication session interface. The instant messaging messages may include text, pictures, video, email, blog, music, television, games, and other hyperlinked messages. The instant messaging session interface can display messages sent between accounts and also can display account information of the sent messages. For example, the content of each message, the time when the message was sent, whether the message was read, and the identity information of the account may be presented on the instant messaging session interface.
The initiating account may initiate a request to establish instant messaging for the designated two accounts. The initiating account can be an account which is in communication connection with a plurality of accounts, and can also be an account which serves as an administrator in the project. For example, the initiating account may be a group administration of a product consulting group, responsible for solving simple cases of products.
Step S120: determining a target account among the plurality of accounts according to user input at the instant messaging session interface; wherein the target account is different from the originating account.
The user input may be an operation control instruction generated by the client corresponding to the user's operation on the instant messaging session interface. The client may determine the target account from among the accounts included in the instant messaging session interface according to the user input. Specifically, for example, the user input may be an icon that triggers an account in the instant messaging session interface, and the account may be the target account. For example, the user input may be to trigger an instant message, and at this time, the account corresponding to the instant message may be determined as the target account.
In some embodiments, the user initiating the account encounters an unresolved question and the account that posed the question needs to be identified as the target account in order to better resolve the question. For example, the system determines the user as the target account when it detects that the question posed by the user is unanswered within a few minutes, or the user feels that the response is unsatisfactory.
Step S130: sending an instant communication establishment request to indicate that instant communication between the target account and a specified account is established; wherein the designated account is different from both the originating account and the target account.
The client issuing the instant communication establishment request may be sending a request to the server to establish instant communication between the target account and the designated account. The designated account may be an account selected by the initiating account, an account recommended by the system according to an algorithm, or an account capable of solving a problem posed by the target account.
The initiating account may establish instant messaging between the target account and the designated account to facilitate contact between the designated account and the target account. In some cases, the target account may have some urgent problems that it may be expected to be able to be solved quickly, and in this embodiment of the present specification, the initiating account may establish instant communication between the target account and the designated account, so as to improve the efficiency of solving the problems. For example, the target account wants to know details of a product, the initiating account can select a design department, a promotion operation department or a manufacturing department of the product as the designated account according to a question of the target account, and instant communication is established between the target account and the designated account, so that the problem solving speed is increased.
In some implementations, it may also be desirable for both the client of the target account and the client of the designated account to agree to the request to establish instant communications. Therefore, the communication willingness of the user respecting the target account and the designated account can be considered on the basis of improving the communication efficiency.
In some embodiments, the instant communication establishing method can also be applied to the medical field. Please refer to fig. 16. The implementation mode of the specification provides a referral method which is applied to the account initiating client. The referral method may comprise the following steps.
Step S210: providing a medical group session interface; wherein the medical group session interface includes a plurality of accounts.
The medical group may be structured to communicate medical information. Specifically, the medical group may be a group that addresses a class of conditions, or may be a regional group. For example, the medical group may be a "diabetic patient group," or a "novice mom group. The medical group session interface includes a plurality of accounts that may publish information in the medical group. For example, to ask for health status, to investigate medical conditions, or to share medical resources. The originating account may act as an administrator identity in the medical group, and may view individual account sent messages.
Due to the geographical location, time and medical resource limitations, many patients or patient families can ask for conditions in the medical group, saving time. The originating account in the medical group may be a worker with a certain medical level or medical knowledge responsible for maintaining the daily operations of the medical group.
Step S220: determining a target account among the plurality of accounts based on user input at the medical group session interface.
Due to the professional level or limited authority of the initiating account, when a user presents a medical problem which is difficult to solve or a problem which exceeds the authority of the initiating account, the initiating account can select the user as a target account and perform subsequent operation. The target account can be a patient or a family member of the patient, and questions needing professional answers are sent in the medical group. For example, there is a user who wishes to open a drug, and the originating account has no drug opening rights, when the user is the target account. The target account may also be a control related to a certain user in the medical group triggered by the initiating account, so as to provide referral operation for the user. For example, the user initiating the account triggers the avatar of a certain user, and the client initiating the account sends a request for establishing referral to the server for the certain user, which is the target account.
Step S230: a referral request is issued to instruct establishment of instant communication between the target account and a designated doctor account.
After the target account presents a medical problem that is difficult to solve or a problem that exceeds the initiating account authority, the initiating account may establish instant communication between the target account and the designated doctor. The designated doctor may be a doctor of a department associated with the problem posed by the target account. And the client initiating the account sends a request for instant communication between the target account and the designated doctor account to a server, and the server receives the request and executes the request.
After the instant communication between the target account and the designated doctor is established, the target account and the designated doctor can issue the illness state or prescription in a network chat mode, and the diagnosis efficiency is improved.
When a doctor is selected by a patient, the patient needs to know the department of the doctor, and the patient can be registered and queued after the doctor is selected, so that the condition of the patient can be described for the doctor. In the medical treatment group, the target account can describe the disease condition to the initiating account, a proper doctor is selected for the target account by the professional initiating account, and after network referral, the target account can directly inquire the specified doctor account for the disease condition, so that the treatment efficiency is improved.
In some embodiments, the instant communication session interface may include interface elements for the corresponding account; the step of determining a target account among the plurality of accounts based on user input at the instant messaging session interface may include: in the case that the interface element is triggered, the account corresponding to the interface element may be determined as the target account.
The interface element may be a control displayed in the instant messaging session interface. Specifically, for example, the interface element may include an avatar, a name, and the like of the account, or may be a control displayed as "select" on the instant communication session interface. The interface element is triggered, which may be that the user initiating the account presses the avatar of the target account at the client for a long time, or that the user initiating the account triggers a "select" control after the client selects the target account, and the account corresponding to the interface element may be determined as the target account.
In some embodiments, the instant messaging method may be applied in the medical field. In the medical group, the client of the initiating account may include a "referral" control, and when the problem raised by the target account is not solved, the initiating account first selects the target account, and may initiate a referral operation for the target account by triggering the "referral" control. The medical group can also be preset with answers to some questions, and when the target account considers that the own questions are not solved, the system can automatically send out referral operation.
In some embodiments, in the event the interface element is triggered, providing a referral portal; wherein the referral entry corresponds to the interface element; and under the condition that the referral entrance is triggered, determining the account corresponding to the corresponding interface element as a target account.
The referral portal may be a control displayed on the session interface that queries the originating account for referrals. The referral portal corresponding to the interface element may be that the referral portal displays information such as a head portrait, an identity or a name of the target account.
The referral portal can help the initiating account to further determine whether the target account exists or not, and the probability of misoperation is reduced.
In some embodiments, in the step of issuing an instant messaging establishment request, the instant messaging establishment request may be accompanied by at least part of the historical instant messaging messages issued by the target account in the instant messaging session interface.
The historical instant messaging message may be any message sent by the target account prior to issuing an instant messaging establishment request. The historical instant messaging messages may also be questions that the target account would like to consult. The historical instant messaging messages may be displayed on the instant messaging page established.
Before the instant messaging between the target account and the designated account is established, the instant messaging message sent by the target account can be used as a historical instant messaging message. The originating account may establish instant messaging from the historical instant messaging messages. In order to avoid the problem that the target account explains the designated account again, the instant messaging establishment request can be accompanied with at least part of the historical instant messaging messages sent by the target account in the instant messaging session interface, so that the communication efficiency is improved. For example, when the parents and the executive consult the achievement, the executive may attach the historical instant messaging message, i.e., the questions that the parents are interested in, to the instant messaging setup with the teacher of the lesson. After seeing, the teacher in any class can directly reply to the parents without the parents releasing the same problem again.
In some embodiments, the instant messaging method is applied to the medical field. Please refer to fig. 5. In the step of sending a referral request in a medical group, the referral request may be accompanied by at least a part of historical instant messaging messages sent by the target account in the medical group session interface.
At least part of the historical instant messaging messages sent by the target account in the medical group session interface can be messages issued by the target account in the medical group, and can also be messages related to illness description of the target account. For example, the historical instant messaging message may be "baby suddenly got a lot of small pimples on their feet, is particularly itchy, the child cries all the time, and also has how to get back on their face at present".
To help the physician better know what is going on, the historical instant messaging messages may also be messages sent by other accounts in the medical group. For example, where users in the medical group have experienced similar medical conditions, or where the originating account has made some more professional judgment, the conversation between these users and the originating account and the target account may also be accompanied by the referral request. For example, the target user sends a picture of a child with a rash on its skin, and the other users send messages: the "previous allergy symptoms of my child are also the same", both the photograph of the skin of the child with the rash and the "previous allergy symptoms of my child are also the same" may be accompanied in the referral request as the historical instant messaging message.
In order to facilitate doctors to quickly know the illness state, the referral request is accompanied with at least part of the historical instant messaging messages sent by the target account in the medical group session interface, and the target account does not need to repeat the explanation of the illness state again.
In some embodiments, the instant messaging method may further include: historical instant messaging messages of the target account in the instant messaging session interface can be selected according to user input in the instant messaging session interface; accordingly, the instant communication establishment request may be accompanied by the selected historical instant communication messages in the step of issuing an instant communication establishment request.
